雷达扫描图像的图像信息单一,大部分为黑色背景,运用传统的1/8图像插值算法放大显示不仅运算复杂度高,处理延时大,而且会使雷达目标航迹的图像边缘十分模糊,难以得到满意的视觉效果。为此,结合Canny算子检测雷达扫描图像的边缘,提出了一种雷达图像1/8插值改进算法。实验结果表明,经本文算法插值放大的雷达扫描图像的目标边缘清晰,且算法复杂度较低,便于硬件实现,可实现实时图像缩放。目前该算法已成功应用于雷达站某系统的图像处理模块。  相似文献

针对气膜在沸腾过程中的低热导率以及能够降低流体流动阻力的特点,应用分子动力学模拟的方法在等温等压系综下模拟了气膜的形成过程,在较低的温度下得到了气膜.通过改变固液界面的接触角来改变固液界面的浸润度,进一步影响气膜的形成.结果表明,超疏水性固体壁面明显能够增强气膜形成,在较低温度下,一般的疏水性界面不能形成气膜,而超疏水性界面能够在较短时间内形成气膜,既可以减小流体流动阻力,又可以防止器件表面温度过高而烧坏.  相似文献

Primary cultures of neonatal rat aortic smooth muscle cells inoculated at high densities (1 X 10(6) cells/25 cm2 Falcon flask) with adequate nutrient media and pH control grow rapidly and form multilayers of cells with typical "hill and valley" organization. After 10 days growth insoluble elastin formation could be visualized by phase contrast microscopy as small particles which grew rapidly to become larger irregular refractile aggregates and later coalesced to form larger aggregates and small fibres. With light and electronmicroscopy, elastin was the predominant matrix protein formed, with the "hill regions" of cultures containing abundant elastin aggregates and some collagen. In 2-week-old cultures differentiation could be observed within the cell multilayer. The older deeper cells contained more protein synthesis organelles and myofilaments and were in close association with large often coalescing elastin aggregates; compared to younger more superficial cells which contained more free polyribosomes less myofilaments, and were associated with fewer and small elastin aggregates. In older cultures this differentiation was not apparent; the cells contained many myofilaments, dense bodies, and lysosomes. Elastin aggregates and newly formed elastic fibres were abundant in the matrix. Quantitative analysis of insoluble elastin formation in the cell layer during the 4-week culture period indicated continuous biosynthesis and deposition which paralleled that of desmosine formation. Amino-acid analysis of a hot alkali insoluble residue (regarded as elastin) from 30-day-old cultures gave a profile identical with neonatal rat aortic elastin in vivo. Insoluble collagen formation in the cell layer tended to plateau after the log phase of growth was completed (10 days). Proteoglycans were found predominantly in the supernatant media. Glycosaminoglycan analysis revealed a profile of dermatan sulphate (32%), chondroitin 4-sulphate (43%), keratan and heparan sulphate (30%), with only a trace of hyaluronic acid. This study indicates that primary cultures of neonatal rat aortic smooth muscle cells remain differentiated in culture and have the unique capacity to continue to synthesize and deposit large amounts (mg) of insoluble elastin which aggregate and from elastic fibres in vitro.  相似文献

We have purified a protein from rabbit serum with a molecular weight of 90,000 that inhibits the polymerization of actin measured viscometrically and that we have named "brevin" (from the Latin breviare, to shorten). From the extent of purification, we estimate that this inhibitor constitutes 0.3% of the total protein in plasma and serum. Brevin is also present in sera from humans and rats. Almost all of the activity in blood is extracellular; only 1% is present in platelets or other cellular elements. Several lines of evidence indicate that brevin is the same protein as the factor described by Fagraeus and Norberg [Fagraeus, A. & Norberg, R. (1978) Curr. Top. Microbiol. Immunol. 82, 1-13] as an actin-depolymerizing factor (ADF). If ADF and brevin are identical, then "ADF" is an inappropriate name because we find that the protein shortens actin filaments without depolymerizing them. Thus, brevin causes little change in the critical concentration of monomeric actin, even though the inhibitor binds to monomeric actin complexed to DNase I-agarose. Binding of brevin to filaments was demonstrated by sedimenting the inhibitor with F-actin. From the amounts of actin and brevin sedimented, and from the lengths of filaments measured by electron microscopy, we calculated that the stoichiometry of binding is one brevin molecule per filament over a wide range of inhibitor concentrations. This stoichiometry suggests that brevin inhibits polymerization by binding at the end of elongating actin filaments, a mechanism similar to that proposed for several intracellular actin-binding proteins and for the cytochalasins. Its abundance suggests that brevin plays an important physiological role in serum, but one not directly concerned with intracellular motility. Therefore its relationship to cytoplasmic actin-binding proteins remains to be determined.  相似文献

提出了一种基于等测地轮廓线的局部描述符来识别三维人脸。首先对三维人脸数据进行预处理, 得到统一的人脸区域并进行姿态归一化; 然后根据测地距离提取到鼻尖点相同距离的点组成等测地轮廓线, 对轮廓线进行重采样, 并对轮廓线上每个采样点的邻域提取局部描述符; 最后在建立测试人脸和库集人脸的点对应关系后进行局部描述符的加权融合和比较, 给出最终识别结果。算法在FRGC(face recognition grand challenge)v2. 0数据库上进行测试, 实验结果表明该方法具有较好的识别性能。  相似文献

Arteriosclerotic intimal proliferation is one of the main long-term complications of organ transplantation. Low-molecular-weight, heparin-like molecules prevent myointimal proliferation in arterial wall injury and limit rejection in skin allografts. Cyclosporin limits rejection but has no major effect on intimal proliferation. Therefore, an experimental protocol was designed to test whether heparin-like molecules interacted with low doses of cyclosporin to prevent arterial wall immune system injury and response in a model of arterial graft rejection in normotensive and hypertensive rats. Aortic allografts were performed in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) and Wistar-Kyoto (WKY) normotensive control rats. Four groups of 10 allografted (SHR and WKY) rats were used: one group was treated with placebo, one with low doses of cyclosporin (2 mg/kg body wt per day), one with low-molecular-weight, heparin-like molecule (1 mg/kg body wt per hour), and one with low doses of cyclosporin plus low-molecular-weight, heparin-like molecule. Ten SHRs and 10 WKYs were isografted and served as the control groups. All rats were killed 8 weeks after aortic grafting. Structural parameters of the grafted segment were measured by morphometric analysis on formalin-fixed sections with specific stains. The classical signs of immune system injury and response were present in the untreated allografts in SHRs and WKYs: inflammatory infiltration of the adventitia, medial injury, and intimal proliferative response. Low doses of cyclosporin had a significant beneficial effect on immune medial injury by increasing medial thickness and the number of remaining smooth muscle cells and decreasing the extracellular matrix injury. Cervid species represent a growing livestock enterprise in the United States of America (USA). The zoonotic threat of bovine tuberculosis (Mycobacterium bovis) is the only significant public health risk posed by this alternative livestock industry. This paper examines the potential sources of tuberculosis exposure as related to public health and compares and contrasts the status of tuberculosis in Cervidae with the situation in the cattle industry in the USA. Based on the existing prevalence of the disease and the limited potential of human exposure to infected meat or meat products, bovine tuberculosis in Cervidae poses a minimal threat to public health. The only significant public health concern is exposure to infected free-ranging cervids of hunters who field-dress carcasses and may unknowingly incise tuberculous lesions. This risk is mitigated only by the small size of the cervid population at risk when compared to the general population of cervids hunted yearly.  相似文献
