电子元器件的贮存可靠性及评价技术

综述了国内外元器件的贮存可靠性研究现状,分析了元器件贮存失效模式及原因,表明减少元器件自身缺陷、改善固有可靠性是提高其贮存可靠性的关键。并从应用性角度出发,对现场贮存、长期自然贮存试验、极限应力、加速贮存寿命试验等贮存可靠性评价技术进行了对比分析。     

Study of optical absorption in thin films of a-As2Se3 by photocapacitance spectroscopy

Photocapacitive spectroscopy is used for the first time to study optical absorption in thin films of a-As₂Se₃ for optical photons with energies below the gap width. Photocapacitance spectra are obtained over energies of 0.83–1.94 eV and used to characterize the density of localized states in the tail of the valence band and in deep states of charged defects. Aging and illumination of the film are found to affect the level of optical absorption by deep centers. Fiz. Tekh. Poluprovodn. 32, 490–493 (April 1998)     

栅氧化层TDDB可靠性评价试验及模型参数提取

采用恒定电压和恒定电流试验方法对20nm栅氧化层进行了TDDB可靠性评价试验，并完成了1／E模型参数提取，给出了恒定电流应力下描述氧化层TDDB退化的统计模型，较好地解释了试验结果。     

Formation of liquid film downstream of an atomizer and its disintegration in gaseous medium

Results from experimental and calculation studies of liquid film downstream of a dual-orifice centrifugal atomizer are presented. It is revealed that film generated downstream of an atomizer with a specified geometry may exist in different forms, which depend only on the liquid flow rate.     

Chromatographic method of determining oxygenates in commercial gasolines

The analysis conditions required to make a quantitative determination of ten oxygenates in different commercial gasolines are determined using a Kristall 5000.2 chromatograph manufactured by the Special Design Office Khromatek JSC.     

双极型电压比较器的强电磁脉冲效应

基于大电流注入法(BCI),利用瞬态脉冲产生器模拟强电磁脉冲在双极型电压比较器中产生的耦合电流,观测到输出信号在注入瞬态大电流后的波形变化,包括占空比变化及脉冲衍生等。从基本电路原理方面分析了实验现象的产生机理,以及注入电流幅值、电路偏置等因素对双极型电压比较器强电磁脉冲效应的影响。     

Acoustic emission in hafnium under tensile deformation

The paper addresses the dependence of acoustic emission produced in rolled hafnium GFé-1 under tensile deformation on the material’s structural state. A correlation has been established between the material structure, the level of mechanical properties and the values of acoustic parameters. Acoustic emission in non-recrystallized hafnium under tensile deformation is recorded only at the stages that precede fracture. Upon recrystallization annealing at temperatures of 1123 and 1373 K acoustic emission occurs at all the stages of tensile deformation. The highest level of acoustic emission activity in hafnium is observed during the transition from elastic to elastic-plastic strain.
