Degradation studies of transparent conducting oxide: a substrate for microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cells 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Aluminium doped ZnO films have been developed by RF-magnetron sputtering at 350 °C substrate temperature on glass substrate and commercially available SnO2-coated glass substrate. The developed ZnO and SnO2/ZnO films can be used as the substrates of microcrystalline silicon based solar cell. The electrical, optical properties and surface morphologies of ZnO film and SnO2/ZnO bi-layer films have been investigated and they are compared with the commercially available SnO2-coated glass substrate. The resistivities of ZnO and SnO2 films are comparable (10−4 Ω-cm). Surface morphologies of different transparent conducting oxide coated substrates before and after H-plasma exposure were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The optical transmission of ZnO, SnO2/ZnO and SnO2 films are comparable and varies from 85 to 90% in the visible region. The optical transmission reduces drastically to less than 20% in SnO2 films and for ZnO film it remains almost unchanged after H-plasma exposure. For SnO2/ZnO film transmission decreases slightly but remains considerably high (80%). The performance of microcrystalline silicon solar cells fabricated on different transparent conducting oxides as substrates (ZnO/glass, SnO2/glass and ZnO/SnO2/glass double layer) is investigated in detail. 相似文献

We consider a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wideband Rayleigh block-fading channel where the channel state is unknown to both the transmitter and the receiver and there is only an average power constraint on the input. We compute the capacity and analyze its dependence on coherence length, number of antennas and receive signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) per degree of freedom. We establish conditions on the coherence length and number of antennas for the noncoherent channel to have a "near-coherent" performance in the wideband regime. We also propose a signaling scheme that is near-capacity achieving in this regime. We compute the error probability for this wideband noncoherent MIMO channel and study its dependence on SNR, number of transmit and receive antennas and coherence length. We show that error probability decays inversely with coherence length and exponentially with the product of the number of transmit and receive antennas. Moreover, channel outage dominates error probability in the wideband regime. We also show that the critical as well as cutoff rates are much smaller than channel capacity in this regime 相似文献

通过比较常规透射电镜制样法、快速冷冻固定-冷冻超薄切片法及磷钨酸乙醇(EPTA)染色法在嗜铬颗粒透射电镜X射线显微分析中的应用,发现磷钨酸乙醇染色法能使嗜铬颗粒电子着色,从而较好地显示嗜铬颗粒的超微结构。同时磷钨酸乙醇染色法也以在一定程度上原位保留生物样品中元素,可以应用于检测样品元素含量的变化或比较样品元素含量的组间差别,提示磷钨酸乙醇染色法是一种可应用于透射电镜X射线显微分析的经济简便的生物样品制备方法。 相似文献

This paper presents the design and simulation of a 9-Tap CMOS Analog Discrete-Time Finite Impulse Response (FIR) Filter system. This unique design features a Circular Buffer Architecture which achieves high sampling rate that can be easily expanded to improve speed and extended to higher order filters. Novel area-efficient four quadrant CMOS analog adder and multiplier circuits are employed to respond for high frequency and wide linear range inputs. The layout for all circuits has been realized using the design tool MAGIC with a 1.2 m CMOS process. The performance for each circuit and the whole system are characterized using HSPICE simulation based on the extracted MAGIC netlist. The 9-tap filter was designed to achieve 5 MHz sampling rate. The implemented design requires a total chip area of 1690.9 m by 2134.2 m and ±5 volt power supply. 相似文献

Adults of a generalist herbivore, the lubber grasshopper,Romalea guttata, can be converted to functional specialists by feeding them exclusively on catnip,Nepeta cataria. No obvious adverse effects on adult development resulted from this enforced monophagy. Notwithstanding the fact thatR. guttata has had no coevolutionary relationship with this Eurasian mint, it readily sequesters compounds that are identical to or derived from the terpenoid lactones that are characteristic ofN. cataria. R. guttata appears to both biomagnify minor allelochemicals and to sequester metabolites of theNepeta terpenes in its paired defensive glands. The levels of autogenously produced phenolics are not affected by feeding onN. cataria and the defensive secretions of catnip-fed grasshoppers are more repellent to ants than those of wild-fed acridids. Metabolites of theN. cataria monoterpenes are sequestered in the defensive glands when catnip is added to the natural diet ofR. guttata. The ability of a generalist,R. guttata, to facilely bioaccumulate a potpourri of foreign allelochemicals when feeding in a specialist mode is analyzed in terms of its biochemical, physiological, and functional significance. The glass-formation region of the calcia-gallia-silica system was determined. The glasses within this region were measured to have a density of 3 to 4 g/cm3 , a refractive index of 1.6 to 1.73, an Abbe number between 35 and 58, a thermal expansion coefficient of 6.5 × 10−7 /°C to 11.5 × 10−7 /°C, softening temperatures between 730° and 790°C, and a Vickers microhardness of 5.2 to 7.3 GPa. Crystalline phases were identified along the glass-formation boundary. Infrared transmission spectra were used to explain glass structures and their effect on glass properties. The results suggest that the role of calcia in the glass structure is similar to that for calcia in calcium aluminosilicate glasses. 相似文献

The problem of identifying and counting rolling leukocytes within intravital microscopy is of both theoretical and practical interest. Currently, methods exist for tracking rolling leukocytes in vivo, but these methods rely on manual detection of the cells. In this paper we propose a technique for accurately detecting rolling leukocytes based on Bayesian classification. The classification depends on a feature score, the gradient inverse coefficient of variation (GICOV), which serves to discriminate rolling leukocytes from a cluttered environment. The leukocyte detection process consists of three sequential steps: the first step utilizes an ellipse matching algorithm to coarsely identify the leukocytes by finding the ellipses with a locally maximal GICOV. In the second step, starting from each of the ellipses found in the first step, a B-spline snake is evolved to refine the leukocytes boundaries by maximizing the associated GICOV score. The third and final step retains only the extracted contours that have a GICOV score above the analytically determined threshold. Experimental results using 327 rolling leukocytes were compared to those of human experts and currently used methods. The proposed GICOV method achieves 78.6% leukocyte detection accuracy with 13.1% false alarm rate. 相似文献
