研究了抗干扰能力强、控制可靠性高的数字化并联控制技术,提出了一种数字均流控制方法一相位调制跟踪法。该方法将每个模块有功功率、无功功率和同步信号通过相位调制的方法变换为相位变化的周期脉冲信号,然后通过锁相同步的方法使所有并联逆变器模块都跟踪相位最超前,即输出功率最大模块的脉冲信号,从而实现功率均分。该方法具有控制信号分辨率高,抗干扰能力强以及稳定性好等优点,提高了系统均流控制精度;同时,自然实现了民主主从控制,具有好的控制冗余性。克服了线路阻抗变化对系统均流精度的影响。实验结果表明,该方法能较好地实现逆变模块的功率均分,模块间输出电流偏差小于1%。  相似文献

Spoilage of fruit juice by Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris is characterized by a distinct medicinal or antiseptic off odor attributed to guaiacol, a metabolic by product of the bacterium. Detection of low populations of A. acidoterrestris that would precede sensory detection of guaiacol would enable juice processors to select appropriate processing and storage conditions that would minimize or eliminate spoilage. The objective of this study was to determine the recognition threshold of guaiacol in apple juice by sensory analysis and the population of A. acidoterrestris and incubation time at 21 and 37 degrees C necessary for chemical detection of guaiacol. Commercially sterilized apple juice (pH 3.54 +/- 0.04, 11.3 +/- 0.3 degrees Brix) was inoculated with a five-strain mixture of A. acidoterrestris spores (2.98 log10 CFU/ml) and stored at 21 or 37 degrees C for up to 61 days. Using an experienced sensory panel and the forced-choice ascending concentration method of limits, the best estimate threshold (BET) for recognition of guaiacol added to uninoculated apple juice was 2.23 ppb. Numbers of A. acidoterrestris spores and cells in inoculated juice remained constant during the 61-day storage period; however, the panel detected (P < or = 0.01) guaiacol in juice stored at 37 degrees C within 8 days. At three of four sampling times ranging from 13 to 61 days at which the sensory panel detected (P < or = 0.001) guaiacol, concentrations of 8.1 to 11.4 ppb were detected by chromatographic analysis. The panel detected (P < or = 0.1 to P < or = 0.01) guaiacol in five samples stored at 21 to 37 degrees C for 8 to 61 days in which the compound was not detected by chromatographic analyses. It appears that guaiacol content in apple juice inoculated with A. acidoterrestris is not always correlated with numbers of cells, and the limit of sensitivity of chromatographic quantitation of the compound is higher than the BET.  相似文献

The development of an electromagnetic-field probe for microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies is reported. The probe uses an optically sensed thermometer to measure the heating of a resistive element in an electromagnetic field. The response is calculated for several different configurations of the resistive element, and two optimal designs are chosen. Measurements on experimental probes of these designs are presented. One of the designs displays a flat frequency response above 30 GHz and a sensitivity of 38 V/m. Although left anterior oblique (LAO) gastric emptying studies appear to be an adequate alternative to geometric mean (GM) measurements in patients with normal gastric anatomy, it is not clear whether they can be used after gastric or duodenal surgery. In this study, dual-phase gastric emptying studies with combined solid-liquid meal were performed in 54 patients who had undergone pancreaticoduodenectomy (Whipple procedure). Gastric emptying was studied with GM, LAO, and anterior (ANT) methods. T1/2 and percent gastric retention at 10, 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes were calculated. Results from the three methods were compared using correlation analysis and the t test. The t test showed no significant difference in T1/2 and percent retention values between the GM and LAO or ANT views. The solid emptying T1/2 showed a better correlation between GM and LAO values (r = 0.824) than between GM and ANT (r = 0.589). For the liquid T1/2, the reverse was true. Correlation between GM and ANT (r = 0.939) was better than between GM and LAO (r = 0.839); however, both LAO and ANT views correlated well with GM liquid emptying. It is concluded that the LAO view can replace GM gastric emptying methods in postpancreaticoduodenectomy patients for evaluation of both solid and liquid emptying, although the ANT view appears completely adequate for the study of liquid emptying.  相似文献

The modified fluorescence method was used to determine the accumulation of norfloxacin by Mycobacterium aurum A+ and Mycobacterium smegmatis mc(2)155. By using an exogenous norfloxacin concentration of 10 microg/ml, a steady-state concentration (SSC) of 160 to 180 ng of norfloxacin/mg of cells was obtained for M. aurum, and an SSC of 120 to 140 ng of norfloxacin/mg of cells obtained for M. smegmatis. For both species of mycobacteria, the SSC was achieved within 5 min. The silicon oil method was investigated and gave higher SSCs than the modified fluorescence method. Further studies on the mechanism of norfloxacin accumulation by M. aurum were performed. An increase in the pH of the wash buffer from 7.0 to 9.0 did not significantly affect the final SSC obtained. Accumulation was nonsaturated over a norfloxacin concentration range of 0 to 100 microg/ml, and the proton motive force inhibitor 2,4-dinitrophenol (1 and 2 mM), whether it was added before or after norfloxacin was added, had no effect on the final SSC obtained. 2,4-Dinitrophenol also had no effect on norfloxacin accumulation by M. smegmatis. Furthermore, norfloxacin accumulation by M. aurum was unaffected by the presence of either Tween 80 or subinhibitory concentrations of ethambutol in the growth medium. Therefore, it is proposed that norfloxacin accumulation by mycobacteria occurs by simple, energy-independent diffusion.  相似文献

A new classification algorithm, called VFI5 (for Voting Feature Intervals), is developed and applied to problem of differential diagnosis of erythemato-squamous diseases. The domain contains records of patients with known diagnosis. Given a training set of such records, the VFI5 classifier learns how to differentiate a new case in the domain. VFI5 represents a concept in the form of feature intervals on each feature dimension separately. classification in the VFI5 algorithm is based on a real-valued voting. Each feature equally participates in the voting process and the class that receives the maximum amount of votes is declared to be the predicted class. The performance of the VFI5 classifier is evaluated empirically in terms of classification accuracy and running time.  相似文献
