In this paper, we have successfully presented a fuzzy Petri net (FPN) model to design the genetic regulatory network. Based on the FPN model, an efficient algorithm is proposed to automatically reason about imprecise and fuzzy information. By using the reasoning algorithm for the FPN, we present an alternative approach that is more promising than the fuzzy logic. The proposed FPN approach offers more flexible reasoning capability because it is able to obtain results with fuzzy intervals rather than point values. In this paper, a novel model with a new concept of hidden fuzzy transition (HFT) to design the genetic regulatory network is developed. We have built the FPN model and classified the input data in terms of time point and obtained the output data, so the system can be viewed as the two-input and one output system. This method eliminates possible false predictions from the classical fuzzy model thereby allowing a wider search space for inferring regulatory relationship. The experimental results show the proposed approach is feasible and acceptable to design the genetic regulatory network and investigate the dynamical behaviors of gene network. 相似文献

In this paper, the Cournot competition is modeled as a stochastic dynamic game. In the proposed model, a stochastic market price function and stochastic dynamic decision functions of the rivals are considered. Since the optimal decision of a player needs the estimation of the unknown parameters of the market and rivals’ decisions, a combined estimation-optimization algorithm for decision making is proposed. The history of the rivals’ output quantities (supplies) and the market clearing price (MCP) are the only available information to the players. The convergence of the algorithm (for both estimation and decision making processes) is discussed. In addition, the stability conditions of the equilibrium points are analyzed using the converse Lyapunov theorem. Through the case studies, which are performed based on the California Independent System Operator (CA-ISO) historical public data, the theoretical results and the applicability of the proposed method are verified. To model fuzzy binary observations, a new model named “Fuzzy Logistic Regression” is proposed and discussed in this study. In fact, due to the vague nature of binary observations, no probability distribution can be considered for these data. Therefore, the ordinary logistic regression may not be appropriate. This study attempts to construct a fuzzy model based on possibility of success. These possibilities are defined by some linguistic terms such as …, low, medium, high…. Then, by use of the Extension principle, the logarithm transformation of “possibilistic odds” is modeled based on a set of crisp explanatory variables observations. Also, to estimate parameters in the proposed model, the least squares method in fuzzy linear regression is used. For evaluating the model, a criterion named the “capability index” is calculated. At the end, because of widespread applications of logistic regression in clinical studies and also, the abundance of vague observations in clinical diagnosis, the suspected cases to Systematic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) disease is modeled based on some significant risk factors to detect the application of the model. One of the most encumbering issues in RF MEMS resonators is spurious modes. The problem of spurious modes becomes more critical, when the ring type resonators are used. In the ring shape anchored contour mode disk resonator, for achieving a low serial resistance, the inner radius of the disk must be increased. This causes the spurious modes to become too close to the desired mode and degrade the operation of the resonator. In this work, spurious modes of before-mentioned device are introduced and their characteristics are evaluated by exact analytical approach. Based on those analytical approaches, we introduce two techniques for spurious mode suppression. The first technique is based on exciting the desired mode by proper electrode engineering and hence is an electrical approach. The second technique is reconfiguring of the anchor from a continuous ring to crossed ring segments and locating the segments on the phase discriminating lines to increase the insertion loss for spurious modes and decrease the losses for the fundamental mode. The final harmonic analysis verifies that the proposed techniques result a resonator with a pure frequency spectrum and spurious modes excluded over a very wide frequency range. 相似文献

Peer-to-peer (P2P) networks are beginning to form the infrastructure of future applications. Computers are organized in P2P overlay networks to facilitate search queries with reasonable cost. So, scalability is a major aim in design of P2P networks. In this paper, to obtain a high factor of scalability, we partition network search space using a consistent static shared upper ontology. We name our approach semantic partition tree (SPT). All resources and queries are annotated using the upper ontology and queries are semantically routed in the overlay network. Also, each node indexes addresses of other nodes that possess contents expressible by the concept it maintains. So, our approach can be conceived as an ontology-based distributed hash table (DHT). Also, we introduce a lookup service for the network which is very scalable and independent of the network size and just depends on depth of the ontology tree. Further, we introduce a broadcast algorithm on the network. We present worst case analysis of both lookup and broadcast algorithms and measure their performance using simulation. This paper presents sliding mode control and model reference adaptive control strategies for the tape transport mechanism. A nonlinear multivariable MIMO model of the process, consisting of take-up and supply reel servos for tape tension control and capstan servo for speed control is considered. The sliding mode control is applied for the nonlinear dynamic model of the process, while the model reference adaptive control deals with the linearized one. Moreover, in order to associate with the realistic model of system, design of controllers is accomplished with respect to parametric uncertainties. It is shown that both control strategies can guarantee asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system and tracking of desired outputs with the appropriate pace in the presence of uncertainties. With the progress of electronics technology, the development of civilian UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) applications becomes possible. In addition, smartphones have rapidly gained popularity and become very important due to the simple operability and mobility. Hence, there is a need to have an easy and flexible way to control a UAV using such technology. In this study, a remote controller using an iOS device is developed for a quadrotor to enable remote control with easy operations. Four basic programs for obtaining compass information, controlling a gimbal, autopilot function for return, and video preview function are developed and implemented for an iOS device. The basic functionalities of the programs are evaluated and confirmed through experiments using a quadrotor and an iOS device. 相似文献
