With the aid of stop motion cinemicrography of the interaction of D. murinus with cells in the tissue culture there was revealed a marked irritation of the cells by rickettsia with activation of mobility of the affected cells and their exit from the cell layer. Development of the causative agent of vesicular rickettsiosis in the cells was accompanied by an intensive movement of rickettsia in the cytoplasm, their active exit from the cell and their marked cytopathic action on the cells.  相似文献

The effect of triterpen glycosides of cauloside C from Caulophyllum robustum, theasaponine from Thea sinensis ahd stichoposide A from Stichopus japonicus on multiplication and biosynthesis of RNA in the cells of a 7-hour culture of Saccharomyces carlsbergensis was studied. It was shown that cauloside C, theasaponine and stichoposide A in concentrations of 7.5 gamma/ml inhibited multiplication of the yeast cells by 65, 10 and 90 per cent respectively. The summation RNA of the yeast cells is divided into 3 zones on Sephadex G-100. The glycosides induced no pronounced changes in the chromotographic profile of RNA. Biosynthesis of the transport and ribosomal RNA were inhibited to the same extent. Triterpen glycosides inhibited the biosynthesis of RNA at the stage of 14C-uridine in corporation into the nucleotide pool of the yeast cells.  相似文献

The authors report a clinico-morphological traits in Ray's syndrome which occurred in 10 children with acute respiratory disorders. The prevalent symptoms were encephalopathy with fatty dystrophy of the internal organs and mainly of the liver. Literature data concerning the clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of this disorder are discussed.  相似文献

The results of treatment in 67 patients with associated injuries of the face and other regions of the body are analysed. Sixteen of them died. Their poor state was conditioned not by facial injuries but by traumas of other organs and system of the organism. It is concluded that such patients should be treated not in stomatological but in special traumatological departments for polytraumas. Surgery is first to be performed in the region where the damage is most hazardous. But the first step is to prevent aspiration of blood from the oral cavity into the respiratory tract followed by the fixation of jaw fragments.  相似文献

The passage of penicillin G from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was studied by continuous ventriculocisternal perfusion in conscious rabbits. The concentration of penicillin G in the perfusate, collected from the cisterna magna, was 76.5 percent +/- 1.0 (SEM) of that entering the ventricles (having adjusted for normal secretion of CSF). The mean concentration of penicillin G rose 15 percent (p less than 0.005) in the cisternal CSF after probenecid (2 mg per milliliter) was added to the perfusion fluid. We conclude that an active transport system removes penicillin G from the CSF; this mechanism can be inhibited by intraventricular probenecid. Our results are in accord with observations deriving from studies on anesthetized animals given probenecid intravenously or intraperitoneally.  相似文献
