The object of investigation is superhigh-molecular-weght polyethylene (SMWP) with a molecular weight of up to 8 × 106 g/mole and a particle size from 63 to 315 μm obtained by the technique developed at the Boreskov Institute of Catalysis, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences. The purpose of this work is to create structural polymer materials with high physical and technical characteristics and to extend the scope of the application of this polymer in industry. The problem is solved by the modification of SMWP powder particles via the introduction of nanodispersed ceramic materials. Based on the data obtained, the methods of the production of the article samples from nanocomposite materials based on SMWP via the hot-pressing technique were developed and the influence of the nanomodifiers on the properties of the composite material was studied.  相似文献

Results of experimental investigations of directly synthesizing nanocrystalline titanium diboride in a hypervelocity jet of electrodischarge plasma generated by a pulse high-current coaxial magnetoplasma accelerator with titanium electrodes are presented. The main result of the investigations is manufacturing a product with a mass of up to ~3 g containing more than 90% of titanium diboride obtained mostly in the form of hexagonal and dodecagonal particles.  相似文献

Thin-film electrodes based on vanadium oxides have been obtained using the thermal oxidation of vanadium films deposited in vacuum. It is established that these electrodes admit the reversible incorporation of lithium from aprotic electrolytes and possess an initial capacity exceeding 250 mA h/g. Heterodyne mixing with frequency modulation is employed for detection of torsional resonances of whiskers in rhombic TaS3 (typical quasi-1D conductor) with charge-density wave (CDW). The dependences of both torque and the feedback signal of torsion on the internal properties of CDW are distinctive features of the proposed method. Sample placement in the vicinity of the electrode that serves as gate is unnecessary. Electromechanical and elastic properties of the CDW systems can be studied with the aid of the proposed method, at least, in the megahertz frequency range.  相似文献

Results obtained from long-term studies conducted at the NPO Central Boiler-Turbine Institute on determining corrosion longevity of gas turbine blade protective coatings applied using different methods are presented.
