Cell heterogeneity of cytochemical characteristics of chromatin in the norm and after provocative factors in vitro (a heating at 45 degrees C, X-irradiation and joint actions of heating and X-ray irradiation) was investigated in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of sheep and mouse, the lymphoid cell populations of the murine bone marrow, spleen and thymus. As a criterion of cytochemical heterogeneity were used the distinctions in the rate of staining of cell nuclei with DNA-specific dyes, that was registered by means of measurement of coefficient variation of the DNA-histogram basis peak, with a flow cytometry. Heterogeneity of cytochemical characteristics are dealt with showed a variability of spatial organization of interphase nuclei of single cells. The provocative factors bring about a decrease in the level of the cytochemical characteristics heterogeneity in the sheep mononuclear cells. In the murine cell populations studied no such equalizing of the marker of variability was revealed.  相似文献

Hemosorption (HS) and plasmapheresis (PA) stimulate significantly the pulmonary metabolic functions due to their potent detoxicational effect. Arterial hypoxemia occurs simultaneously. The PA application contra HS causes more durable and stable detoxicational effect. It is mandatory in patients with an acute ileus to combine the HS conduction and repeated sessions of spontaneous respiration with end-expiratory additional pressure and to include fatty emulsions in complex of substitutional therapy while PA application.  相似文献

In [1], the existence of two competing secondary structures at the 5'-end of Leptomonas collosoma spliced leader RNA was shown. On going from one steady-state secondary structure to the other, and vice versa, RNA passes through several states in which the chain gets tied up into nodes. If the transitions are reversible, the nodes are figurative both in the forth and back directions although the secondary structures that arise in this process are quite different, and the forth and back routs do not coincide. It is assumed that under certain conditions, the chain can get tied into the next node of series 5(2), which most likely will not get untied. This node is tightened around GG nucleotides. In this case, the migration of the gap is possible, as a result of which the chain can break. Independent experiments indicate that the RNA chain breaks just at this site upon splicing. Based on these results, a possible role of nodes in the enzymatic activity is discussed.  相似文献

High-resolution ultrasonic spectroscopy is a novel technique with enormous potential for analysis of a wide range of samples and processes. This technique is based on precision measurements of velocity and attenuation of acoustical waves at high frequencies propagating through materials. It allows fast at/on line measurements analysis of formulation consistency (composition, structure) of raw materials, ingredients and intermediates, process impurity analysis, particle sizing, batch to batch variation, stability assessment etc in pharmaceutical industry. The technology can be used for static fingerprint measurements or for dynamic analysis of systems. Optical transparency is not required as ultrasonic waves propagate through opaque samples. The analysis is fast and non-destructive. High-resolution ultrasonic spectrometers were developed, patented and brought to the market by Ultrasonic Scientific Ltd. and recognised with various international awards. These instruments require small sample volumes, down to 0.03 ml, and give excellent resolution. They can be used for the analysis of composition, aggregation, particle sizing, gelation, micellisation, crystallisation, sedimentation, enzymatic activity, conformational transitions in polymers, biopolymer-ligand binding and antigen-antibody interactions, etc. This article describes main features of High-Resolution Ultrasonic Spectroscopy and area of applications of new high-resolution HR-US series of ultrasonic spectrometers. Several applications are illustrated including the monitoring of denaturation and aggregation of proteins in antibody solution, the measurements of the particle size in emulsions, precipitation in synthetic blood substitutes and crystallisation  相似文献

Comparative study of the cardioprotective effect of antioxidants emoxipin and hystochrom was conducted in patients with chronic ICD during and after operation for aorto-coronary shunting. Both drugs effectively inhibited LPO activation and reduced the reperfusion damage to the myocardium recorded according to the release of MB-PCK into the blood. The new antioxidant hystochrom proved to be more effective. Its prevalent effect is associated with its higher antioxidant activity.  相似文献

It is shown that the damage of sarcoma 45 cells at different stages of cell life cycle occurs under the effect of vinblastine treatment against a background of higher activity of the blood anticoagulating system. A decrease in the mitotic activity, mitosis accumulation in prophase and especially in the metaphase as well as essential changes in the interphase cell ultrastructure are detected.  相似文献
