The sputum specimens from 1363 patients at the age of 16 to 65 years with nonspecific pulmonary diseases and the pleural exudate specimens from 325 patients were tested for fungi in 1989-1994. The etiological significance of Candida was stated at a concentration of > 10(5) GFU per 1 ml of the sputum. The identification was performed by the routine methods. An increase in the rate of the fungi isolation was studied in the time course of the observation: 15.3 +/- 1.9 per cent in 1989 and 31.6 +/- 3.4 per cent in 1994. The fungi were more frequently isolated from the patients with lung abscesses (38.0 +/- 4.1 per cent of the cases). In the patients with pyothorax the fungi were isolated from the pleural exudate specimens only in 6.8 +/- 1.4 per cent of the cases. The groups of risk of the susceptibility to Candida were revealed. They included patients at the age of 21 to 30 years and above 60. Out of 484 Candida isolates 80.7 per cent belonged to C. albicans, 4.2 per cent to C. tropicalis, 2.1 per cent to C. kefyr and 1.8 per cent to C. krusei. The isolates of C. parapsilosis, C. guillermoudii, C. utilis and C. brumptii were rate. The isolates were highly susceptible to nystatin (91,8 per cent) and lowly susceptible to levorin (35.4 per cent), amphoglucamine (24.7 per cent) and ketokonazol (16.8 per cent). 相似文献

We report the use of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in a renal transplant recipient in whom neutropenia developed following a presumed viral infection. G-CSF was successful in producing a rise in neutrophil count which coincided with a resolution of fever; there was no adverse effect on renal function. This is the first use of G-CSF in a paediatric renal transplant recipient, and its use should be considered for the immunosuppressed child with persistent neutropenia. 相似文献

A less traumatic and safe way was sought for the superlobular bronchus and artery occlusion that permits the hemostatic effect to be quickly achieved, the risk and duration of the operation to be minimized. The approach consists in the use of transsternal approach instead of a conventional intercostal approach in 5 patients with superlobular fibrotic cavernous pulmonary tuberculosis, its positive effects being lessening of traumatic harm, improving of safety of operation, together with reduction of intraoperative time. 相似文献

A case is reported of a 43-year-old man who presented prostatitis and hepatitis due to Brucella melitensis. His symptoms were icterus, weakness, anorexia, fever, and urinary discomfort. Physical examination revealed icterus and hepatosplenomegaly. Lymphomonocytosis, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate and abnormal liver functions had been detected in laboratory tests. Brucella melitensis was isolated from prostatic fluid and blood cultures. 相似文献

The authors have formulated the basic principles of the creation of metallo-constructions with DNA which possess biological activity. Thus, the interaction of metal and DNA during formation of metallo-construction must not destabilize the structure of initial DNA. Extracts of the cells of Thiocapsa roseopersicina, strains BBS and SL, grown in the light in anaerobic conditions and in the dark in aerobic conditions oxidize sulphite in the presence of cytochrome c and AMP or in the absence of AMP. The rate of the oxidation, especially AMP-dependent, is higher in the cells cultivated in the dark on a mineral medium. The oxidation of sulphite, both in the absence and presence of AMP, is related to the membrane fraction and is inhibited by p-CMB while azide and atebrine inhibit mainly AMP-independent sulphite oxidation. Two enzymes are presumed to be involved in sulphite oxidation by Thiocapsa roseopersicina: APS-reductase and sulphite: cytochrome c-oxidoreductase. 相似文献
