A single administration of a physiological dose of noradrenaline to animals. in contrast to adrenaline, stimulates the respiration of mitochondria not only under oxidation of FAD-dependent Krebbs cycle substrate of the succinase but also HAD-dependent substrate of alpha-ketoglutarate. In the both cases the phosphorylation rate increases, since the action of noradrenaline, separating the respiration and oxidative phosphorylation, was not found. Noradrenaline increases the capacity of mitochondria to more actively absorb calcium ions under oxidation of succinate than under that of alpha-ketoglutarate.  相似文献

Results are submitted of employment of intraarterial superselective polychemotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors of female genital organs in 106 patients; of these, forty individuals presented with carcinoma of the neck of the womb, 33 with tumours of the trophoblast, 18 had carcinoma of the ovaries, and 15 carcinoma of the body of the womb. A clinical analysis was done of the results obtained as were clinical-morphological correspondences (there has been studied a therapeutic pathomorphosis of the tumours) depending on the disease stage, individual schemes of polychemotherapy. The greatest benefit from the above treatment occurred in proliferative and invasive vascular mole and choriocarcinoma; patients with carcinoma of the neck and body of the womb derived less benefit, those with carcinoma of the ovaries experienced the least therapeutic effect. Intraarterial polychemotherapy permits the generative function to be preserved in trophoblast disease, the percentage of operability to be raised in carcinoma of the neck and body of the womb.  相似文献

The review summarizes results of studies on the conformational changes in contractile proteins during muscle contraction. The studies were carried out by polarized fluorescence technique in the UV and visible light. The revealed were alterations of actin and myosin in muscle fiber, taking place at various stages of contractile cycle. Transition from a weak binding state of actomyosin to a strong one was accompanied by F-actin subunit rearrangements, with C- and N-terminals moving relative to the core of thin filament. Myosin light chains and 20-kDa domain of myosin head moved in the same direction as C- and N-terminal regions of actin. The flexibility of actin filaments increased, whereas that of C- and N-terminal regions decreased sharply. Actin-myosin interaction changed dramatically tropomyosin flexibility and caused displacement of the protein relative to C- and N-terminals of actin. Actin structure "freezing" by glutaraldehyde or phalloidin, actin cleavage by subtilisin, as well as actin alteration in denervational atrophy inhibited markedly the intramolecular movement and isometric tension of muscle contraction. Besides, troponin-, caldesmon-, calponin-, and myosin-systems, regulating muscle contraction, modified actomyosin rearrangements in a Ca(2+)-dependent manner. The role of the movement of polypeptide chains in contractile proteins during muscle contraction is discussed.  相似文献

Myelomic spinal cord damage may be a result of both its compression and vascular disorders (squeezing of an artery, disorders of venous outflow). Diagnosis is based on evaluation of the following signs: normochromic anemia; increase of ESR, total protein and calcium levels; discovery of M-gradient in protein fractions of gamma-zone; multiple regions of destruction in spondylogramme. In doubtful cases magneto-resonance and computer tomography were the most informative. Highly effective was therapy with intensive chemoprogramme including either a range of preparations (alkeran, BGNU, cyclophosphan, adriblastina, prednisolon) or a combination of polychemotherapy with irradiation. The operation was indicated in both insufficiency of conservative therapy and increasing of the symptoms of the damage.  相似文献

The possibility of using the methods of artificial pulmonary ventilation (APV) with positive pressure at the end of expiration (PPEE) and inverse ratio of the respiratory cycle phases for treatment of patients with grave wounds and mechanical injuries is assessed. PPEE is shown to have negative influence on gas exchange respiratory biomechanics and hemodynamics. The using of APV with inversed phases of the respiratory cycle allow to avoid the negative influence of APV on hemodynamics, improve the gas exchange and respiratory biomechanics indices as well as to reduce the amount of complications. The criteria are proposed showing when it is expedient to substitute the routine APV for the APV with inversed respiratory cycle phases.  相似文献

To study flow dynamics in a fixed-bed reactor, experiment and numerical simulation are used. In this work, the flow dynamics in a fixed-bed reactor filled with porous particles was simulated. For verification, experimental data were used. Porous particles were prepared from grains with sizes from 0.2 to 2.0 mm. Porous particles made by sintering grains in a muffle furnace. The study of pressure drop was performed in the velocity range up to 3 m/s. Numerical calculation was performed for a realistic computational domain obtained by RBD-algorithm (rigid body dynamics). It was found that if the pore size is less than 0.5 mm, then the flow through the porous medium of particles is minimal; if the pore size is larger than 0.5 mm, then there is a flow through the porous elements of the fixed-bed reactor. To take into account the porosity of the particles, γ correlation coefficient was proposed for the Ergun equation.  相似文献

Transcutaneous puncture of pancreatic cavities under ultrasonographic control was conducted in 68 patients. The cavity contents investigation using cytological, bacteriological and biochemical methods was conducted. The method permits to diagnose the cavity, its connection with ductal system of pancreas, to select the adequate antibacterial therapy, to conduct the cavity decompression before the operation. It may be applied for symptomatic treatment conduction. There were no complications observed as a consequence of the procedure.  相似文献

The paper presents vibrometry data on resonance function of the vocal apparatus in healthy subjects and patients suffering from nasal and paranasal sinus diseases. It is shown that changes in the resonance function promote negative trends in development of dysphonia.  相似文献
