In the work the factors, rendering essential influence on organization of donorship in modern army conditions are systematized. The organization of donorship should be connected to functioning of territorial system of medical maintenance of the Armed Forces of RF. It assumes presence of four organizational levels: central, district, zone and garrison. Perfecting the system of organization of donorship, we should be guided by the following conducting principles: maximum maintenance of safety of donorship; wide introduction of a method of plasmacytopheresis in work of establishments and subdivisions of blood supply service; organization of autodonorship and quota of the donors of an emergency reserve in each military-medical establishment; reliable maintenance of revealing of markers of hemotransmissible infections at inspection of the donors. 相似文献

The principle of the formation of the microbiological phenotype in the intestine of healthy persons was studied by the method of the population-genetic analysis. The microbial composition of the intestinal flora of healthy members of 10 complete families (altogether 50 persons) was studied. The study revealed that practically in all cases the variability of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the phenotype under study on the levels of both genera and individual microbial species is formed mainly under the influence of environmental factors. The presence of indigenous bacteria in the intestinal microbiocenosis (including Escherichia coli with normal enzymatic properties) is strongly genetically determined. 相似文献

Direct and modulate effects of platelet activating factor (PAF), its structural analogues and ATP on primary and second processes at peritoneal neutrophils and P388D1 cells activation has been studied. The effect of compounds was evaluated on changes in Ca2+ transport and generation of reactive oxygen species. It was shown, that the synthetic analogues of MS series interact with PAF receptor, mobilize Ca2+ from thapsigargin-dependent intracellular stores and inhibit Ca2+ response on PAF in both types of cells. Unlike PAF the analogues do not induce the formations of reactive oxygen species in neutrophils and inhibit the PMA-induced respiratory burst. The activation of pyrinoreceptor of P388D1 cells by exogenous ATP does not inhibit PAF induced Ca2+ rise in cytoplasm, though partly releases Ca2+ from the same store. 相似文献

The hydrodynamic model of a cochlea (dimensions 520 x 120 x 100 (mm)), with the basilar membrane (BM) consisting of 50 discrete resonance links in the frequency band from 1 Hz to 128 Hz was constructed. Two ways of giving harmonic and impulse's signals at the model were used; a) through the membrane of the vestibular window (directly through the filled model liquid along the BM) and b) through the thread fastened to the basal part of the BM (by the travelling wave on the BM). It was shown that in the first case the transmission's time to apical part of the BM equals 0.8 ms and in the second--several seconds. The conclusion is that the main hydrodynamic processes of sound's coding in a cochlea are the processes according to the Helmholtz's resonance theory, but not Békésy's travelling wave theory. 相似文献

500--700 rat oocytes were solubilized in 0.3--0.6 ml of 1% sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) --0.06 tris-HCl, pH 6.7. The excess of SDS was removed in the form of unsoluble Ba2 (SDS) and the lysate was placed on the surface of 1% agarose microgel, performed in a glass capillar with the inner diameter 600 and the length of gel 7--8 nm. The microvolume (1.3 mcl) of monospecific antiserum against alpha1-human antitrypsin was placed on the opposite surface of the agarose gel. After 48 hours, the amount of microimmunoprecipitate was determined by staining the gel with Amido Black 10 B, followed by quantitative scanning using a double wave microspectrophotometer. The mean value of alpha1-antitrypsin was about 2.3+/-1.4 pcg per ovum. It is supposed that this antienzyme may terminate the "zone" and "cortical" reactions during the fertilization in mammals. 相似文献
