The microwave properties of barium strontium titanate (Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3) thin films grown on (100) LaAlO3 (LAO) and (100) MgO single-crystal substrates through the sol–gel technique were investigated. The interdigital capacitor (IDC) technique was used to measure the nonlinear dielectric properties in the frequency range from 1 GHz to 10 GHz. The results show that the Curie temperature, capacitance, and tunability of the films are strongly dependent upon the substrate. The film fabricated on the LaAlO3 substrate has a higher tunability of 16.77% than that grown on the MgO substrate (~8.38%), measured at 10 GHz with an applied voltage of 35 V. The loss tangent is a linear function of the frequency in the microwave range, and the film grown on the MgO substrate has a lower loss tangent than that grown on the LAO substrate. 报道了激光二极管(LD)侧面抽运Nd:YAG激光晶体腔内三倍频355 nm紫外激光器.实验中采用声光调Q技术,选用结构简单、紧凑的三镜折叠、平一凹腔设计,在腔内对1064 nm基波采用Ⅰ类相位匹配LiB3O5(LBO)晶体二倍频、Ⅱ类相位匹配LBO晶体实现三倍频,获得了较好光束质量的准连续紫外激光输出.在激光二极管抽运功率为155 W,声光调Q的调制频率为5.40 kHz的工作条件下,获得脉宽为45 ns,最高平均输出功率为2.14 W,光场均匀分布的355 nm准连续紫外激光,808 nm抽运光到355 nm紫外激光的光-光转换效率达到1.38%,1 h内输出稳定性为3.30%.此外,对影响腔内三倍频转换效率的因素进行了相应的分析研究. 相似文献

蓝宝石晶体已经成为现代工业,尤其是微电子及光电子产业极为重要的衬底材料,提高其化学机械抛光效率是业界无法回避的问题。在CMP系统中,磨料是决定去除速率及表面状态的重要因素。分析了化学机械抛光过程中抛光液中磨料的作用以及抛光机理,在确保表面状态的基础上,研究了抛光液中磨料体积分数、粒径和抛光液的黏度对速率的影响,指出纳米磨料是蓝宝石衬底抛光的最佳磨料。选用合适的磨料体积分数、粒径及抛光液黏度,不仅获得了良好的去除速率,而且有效地解决了表面状态方面的问题。 相似文献

The terahertz complex permittivity of the molecular plastic crystal succinonitrile (SN) or 1,2 dicyanoethane (N≡C?CH2?CH2?C≡N), doped with the lithium salts LiBF4, LiPF6, LiTFSI, and LiClO4 to form solid-state plastic crystal electrolytes, is measured and compared using temperature-dependent terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). In contrast to the trends at low frequency, SN’s terahertz conductivity decreases slightly when doped with Li-salts. This indicates that at high frequencies the dielectric response is not dominated by ionic charge transport, but instead by relaxational processes which are hindered by the presence of the ionic dopants. Assuming a single Cole-Cole distribution of Debye-like processes dominates the measured spectra, the average relaxation times τ and Arrhenius activation energies E a are extracted for each electrolyte and are shown to increase significantly relative to undoped SN’s τ and E a, indicating the relaxational processes are hindered by the presence of the ionic dopants. 相似文献

The identity and localization of the oligosaccharides of Rauscher murine type C viral glycoproteins have been examined by techniques of in vitro labeling. Terminal sialic acid was labeled with tritium by borohydride reduction after selective periodate oxidation, and galactose was labeled by borohydride reduction after specific enzymatic oxidation of the nonreducing terminal of the sugar. The results were compared with those of protein surface labeling with pyridoxal phosphate or lactoperoxidase catalyzed radioiodination. Examination of the labeled reaction products by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulfate showed that in every case the major component labeled was a glycoprotein of about 70,000 daltons. The identity of this glycoprotein as the virion envelope component was confirmed by immunoprecipitation with mono-specific antiserum prepared against purified Rauscher virus glycopeptides of 69,000 and 71,000 daltons. No other protein or glycoprotein on the surface of the virion was detected, and disruption of virions-before labeling did not reveal additional distinctive glycoproteins. There was minor labeling of sugar residues of other components, but these remain to be characterized and are not now identified as other viral proteins. Studies of the structural organization of virion proteins using the cross-linking reagent methyl-4-mercaptobutyrimidate showed only linkage of the virion envelope or core proteins to themselves. These results indicate that most, if not all, of the oligosaccharides at the surface of Rauscher virus are entities of the 69,000- and 71,000-dalton glycopeptides and that they contain a terminal sialic acid and galactose and a subterminal galactose. 相似文献
