文章介绍了两种移植和可控纳米沉积荧光粉颗粒和纳米铁电体颗粒的载体.第一种载体是一种可以悬浮和沉积合成的具有亚微米级尺寸大小的荧光粉颗粒的油墨.解决了该油墨的聚集和沉降问题,并发现该油墨具有良好的液流学性能,从而可用于印刷高分辨率的荧光粉.测量了相关的单个象素的阴极发光密度以评定这种丝网印刷油墨的可重复性.第二种载体是一种粘结剂,这种粘结剂不仅可以携带 30 μm 以及更大的尺寸的电致发光的荧光粉,还可以携带纳米铁电体颗粒.这种新型的粘结剂可应用于不需要额外的绝缘反射层的低造价的 EL 显示器.从衬底按要求将发射层剥下来就形成了柔性薄膜,将该薄膜置于两电极之间,仍可保持其电致发光的活性.该粘结剂薄膜可以很容易地印刷和定型制成显示屏.  相似文献

In this paper, recent results of Weibull slopes, area scaling factors, and breakdown behaviors observed for both soft breakdown and hard breakdown are discussed. These results would help to shed light on the breakdown mechanism of HfO2 gate dielectrics. The Weibull slope β of the hard breakdown for both the area dependence and the time-to-dielectric-breakdown distribution was found to be β=2, whereas that of the soft breakdown was about 1.4 (EOT=14 Å). We also integrated the time-to-breakdown characteristics of HfO2 under unipolar AC voltage stress on MOS capacitors. The results show that longer lifetime of HfO2 has been observed when compared to constant voltage stress. Higher frequency and lower duty cycle in the AC stress resulted in longer lifetime. As thickness decreases, the amount of lifetime enhancement decreases. The enhancement of unipolar tBD is attributed to less charge trapping during the “on time”, ton and charge detrapping during the off time, toff. It is proposed that time (τin) for charge to be trapped in HfO2 is longer than ton of unipolar stress under high frequency. In addition to experimental results, possible solutions are discussed.  相似文献

Souring in the Medicine Hat Glauconitic C field, which has a low bottom-hole temperature (30 °C), results from the presence of 0.8 mM sulfate in the injection water. Inclusion of 2 mM nitrate to decrease souring results in zones of nitrate-reduction, sulfate-reduction, and methanogenesis along the injection water flow path. Microbial community analysis by pyrosequencing indicated dominant community members in each of these zones. Nitrate breakthrough was observed in 2-PW, a major water- and sulfide-producing well, after 4 years of injection. Sulfide concentrations at four other production wells (PWs) also reached zero, causing the average sulfide concentration in 14 PWs to decrease significantly. Interestingly, oil produced by 2-PW was depleted of toluene, the preferred electron donor for nitrate reduction. 2-PW and other PWs with zero sulfide produced 95% water and 5% oil. At 2 mM nitrate and 5 mM toluene, respectively, this represents an excess of electron acceptor over electron donor. Hence, continuous nitrate injection can change the composition of produced oil and nitrate breakthrough is expected first in PWs with a low oil to water ratio, because oil from these wells is treated on average with more nitrate than is oil from PWs with a high oil to water ratio.  相似文献

The presence of hock injury was assessed in the milking herds of 80 dairy farms (40 organic, 40 nonorganic) across the United Kingdom. A wide range of information on farm management and husbandry was gathered via interview to assess the factors contributing to hock damage for all 80 farms, and a comprehensive building appraisal was conducted for 40 farms visited during the winter housing period. The prevalence of hock lesions was lower on organic compared with nonorganic farms (37.2 vs. 49.1%). Prevalence of hock damage was greater in the spring than fall (59.9 vs. 21.6%) and cows housed in free-stalls had a greater prevalence of hock lesions than those housed on straw (46.0 vs. 25.0%). Prevalence of hock damage increased with lactation number. In the analysis of fall/spring data, the age first mated, herd biosecurity, duration of summer grazing, and cow milk yield were significant factors relating to herd hock damage. Larger herds had a greater proportion of cows with hock swellings. Farms with a shorter calving interval had more cows with hock swellings. Factors relating to housing conditions that were positively associated with the prevalence of hock damage were low feed face space per cow, inferior passageway cleanliness, low total standing area per cow, and the type of bedding added to the free-stall. To assess whether free-stall versus straw-pen or organic versus nonorganic farms had different sets of risk factors, the data were reanalyzed for these types separately. For the straw-pen farms a high culling rate was associated with more hock damage. Within nonorganic farms, the length of summer grazing was significant, with longer periods meaning less hock injury. The prevalence of hock injuries on many UK farms, both organic and non-organic, exceeded levels that are deemed acceptable for cow comfort. Efforts are needed to improve housing standards to reduce the prevalence of hock injury and consequently improve cow welfare.  相似文献

Assigned 60 male undergraduates to 1 of 3 groups that (a) could avoid shock by tapping rapidly, (b) tapped rapidly but could not avoid shock, and (c) neither tapped nor could avoid shock. All groups received the same amount of shock. Several measures of heart rate and electrodermal reactivity were examined. Almost all measures were sensitive to motor effort and to imminence of threat. Nonspecific skin conductance responses were a highly sensitive measure of threat and, alone among the physiological measures, discriminated the group with an avoidance response from the group with an incidental motor response. The avoidance group produced fewer nonspecific skin conductance responses and rated its anxiety lower than the other groups. Results support the conceptualization of anxiety as a state of diffuse arousal induced by the perception of threat in the absence of a coping response. The Maxim's Electron Scatter Chamber (Maxim Chamber) was developed to obtain uniform dose distribution when applying electron beam (e-beam) irradiation to materials of irregular surface. This was achieved by placing a stainless steel mesh surrounding a cylindrical area where the target sample was placed. Upon contact with the mesh, electrons scatter and are directed onto the target from multiple angles, eliminating the e-beam linearity and resulting in a uniform dose distribution over the target surface. The effect of irradiation in the Maxim Chamber on dose distribution and pathogen reduction was tested on rabbit carcasses to simulate other larger carcasses. The dose uniformity ratio (DUR) on the rabbit carcasses was 1.8, indicating an acceptable dose distribution. On inoculated carcasses, this treatment reduced Escherichia coli O157:H7 by > 5 log cycles. These results indicate that carcass irradiation using e-beam is feasible using the Maxim's electron scattering chamber. Appropriate adjustments will be further needed for commercial application on beef and other animal carcasses.  相似文献
