涂装管理的发展趋势——单车结算

近些年现代化的汽车涂装工厂采用先进生产管理和运作模式——单车结算（CPU）,奇瑞汽车公司涂装制造车间进行了深入的探讨,主要就单车结算工作的成果和实际运作过程中的问题做简要介绍。

冷冻干燥法制备层状多孔羟基磷灰石支架过程中的溶剂升华行为

采用水基羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)浆料,经冷冻干燥和烧结工艺(1 250℃烧结3 h)制备了层状多孔HA支架.研究了冷冻温度、干燥压力和干燥温度对水基HA浆料中溶剂升华行为的影响.结果表明:随着冷冻温度的降低,多孔HA支架的层间距逐渐减小,支架的升华时间增加;由于样品的干燥过程同时受到传热和传质的...     

Anti-reflective nano- and micro-structures on 4H-SiC for photodiodes

In this study, nano-scale honeycomb-shaped structures with anti-reflection properties were successfully formed on SiC. The surface of 4H-SiC wafer after a conventional photolithography process was etched by inductively coupled plasma. We demonstrate that the reflection characteristic of the fabricated photodiodes has significantly reduced by 55% compared with the reference devices. As a result, the optical response I _illumination/I _dark of the 4H-SiC photodiodes were enhanced up to 178%, which can be ascribed primarily to the improved light trapping in the proposed nano-scale texturing.     

Poly(lactic acid) blends with desired end-use properties by addition of thermoplastic polyester elastomer and MDI

The disadvantages of the poor mechanical properties of polylactic acid (PLA) limit its ability to be used in a wide number of applications. Melt blending of PLA and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) has been performed in an effort to toughen the PLA without significant losses in modulus and ultimate tensile strength. In order to enhance the compatibility of PLA and TPEE, a diisocyanate compound was used as a reactive modifier. The thermal and mechanical properties, miscibility and phase morphologies of the blends were investigated. A blend of PLA and TPEE with a modifier does not lead to an important drop in tensile strength and modulus whereas the elongation at break is characterized by a significant increase (above 300%), compared with that of neat PLA and PLA/TPEE. The blends of PLA/TPEE/Modifier were found by thermal and fractured surface analysis to be an immiscible system with the addition of a modifier. However, the relative ductility of PLA/TPEE/Modifier is 34 times higher than that of neat PLA. The brittle fracture of neat PLA was transformed into a ductile fracture by the addition of a modifier.

2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸的合成新方法

以2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醛为原料,通过相转移催化反应在水-氯仿体系中先合成α-羟基-2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸(收率52%);再通过次磷酸还原α-羟基-2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸得到最终产物2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸(收率91%)。此法绿色便捷,成本相对较低。     

ZSM-5 Supported Cobalt Catalyst for the Direct Production of Gasoline Range Hydrocarbons by Fischer–Tropsch Synthesis

Abstract  

Fischer–Tropsch synthesis (FTS) reaction for the direct production of gasoline range hydrocarbons (C₅–C₉) from syngas was investigated on cobalt-based FTS catalyst supported on the ZSM-5 possessing a four different Si/Al ratio. The FTS catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using cobalt nitrate precursor in a slurry of ZSM-5, and they were characterized by surface area, XRD, H₂-TPR and NH₃-TPD. Cobalt supported catalyst on ZSM-5 having a low Si/Al ratio of 15 was found to be superior to the other catalysts in terms of better C₅–C₉ selectivity due to the formation of small cobalt particle and the presence of larger number of weak acidic sites. It also exhibited the highest catalytic activity because of the higher reducibility and the small cobalt particle size.     

大学无机化学实验教学改革探讨

本文以大学无机化学实验教学改革为主题,浅谈了对无机化学实验教学改革的几点设想。无机化学实验教学改革提高了化学实验教学效果,激发了学生对化学实验的兴趣,增强了学生的实验基本操作能力,为进一步培养学生的创新能力打下了良好的基础。     

低变质粉煤热解过程研究

在管式电炉上研究了碱房沟、王家沟、孙家岔煤热解过程中温度变化对其热解产物收率和性能的影响。研究结果表明,管式炉电加热25 min温度达到500℃左右,热解气体大量析出,且随温度的升高,煤样失重率、煤气收率呈递增趋势,焦油收率基本不变;加热终温为800℃时,除CO外三种煤热解气体成分变化趋势基本一致,这和煤样的组织结构有关。
