BUTTERFLY MARTENSITE NUCLEATION IN AN Fe-Ni-V-C ALLOY

The butterfly martensite nuclei in an Fe-Ni-V-C alloy were observed under TEM,they con-sist of enveloping dislocations with Burger's vector(1/2)[(?)]_(fcc) and arrays of dislocationswith Burger's vector(1/2)[(?)10]_(fcc) piled up within the former.The enveloping dislocationsand the arrays of dislocations provide the required shear when the planes((?)11)_(fcc)move witheach other to alter their stacking order and change into the planes(110)_(bcc) respectively.Thenecessary adjustment of the spacings is provided by the dislocations in martensite.Thecrystallographic relationship after double-shear is K-S one.     

ACOUSTIC EMISSION DURING CORROSION FATIGUE

Acoustic emisssion(AE)behavior during fatigue in either airer or 3.5% NaCl solution hasbeen studied for a structural steel(SM5OB-Zc)as quenched and normalized states.The ex-perimental results show that AE activity is strongly affected by the heat treatment and thecondition of environment.Some material constants about A E related with fatigue behaviorwere obtained and the AE sources in corrosion fatigue were discussed.     

STATISTICAL EVALUATION OF CRITICAL INCLUSION FACTOR FOR SECONDARY RECRYSTALLIZATON IN 3%Si STEEL Lecturer,Department of Materials Engineering,Southwestern Jiaotong University,Chengdu 610031,China

On the basis of statistical data of MnS in the conventional 3% Si steel sheeets after variousannealing processes,the critical inclusion factor has been evaluated to be 20 mm~(-1).The inhi-bition of MnS to grain growth has been exactly described.     

Enhancement of cellular immune response in HIV-1 seropositive individuals: A DNA-based trial

A DNA-based vaccine containing HIV-1 Env and Rev genes was tested for safety and host immune response in 15 HIV-infected asymptomatic patients with CD4-positive lymphocyte counts >/=500/microl of blood and receiving no antiviral therapy. Successive groups of patients received three doses of vaccine at 30, 100, or 300 microg at 10-week intervals in a dose-escalation trial. Some changes were noted in cytotoxic T-lymphocyte activity against gp160-bearing targets. Importantly, enhanced specific lymphocyte proliferative activity against HIV-1 envelope was observed in multiple patients. Three of three patients in the 300-microg dose group also developed increased MIP-1alpha levels which were detectable in their serum. Interestingly patients in the lowest dose group showed no overall changes in the immune parameters measured. The majority of patients who exhibited increases in any immune parameters were contained within the 300 microg, which was the highest dose group. These studies support further investigation of this technology for the production of antigen-specific immune responses in humans.     

智能变色材料在包装上的应用及设计形式研究

目的探索适用于智能变色材料在包装运用领域的理念和方法,结合智能材料从设计学层面探究智能变色包装的设计形式。方法以智能变色材料的物理属性为基础,对智能变色包装进行分类研究,并结合相关的设计实例,分析、归纳和总结智能变色包装的设计形式,为智能变色包装设计的发展和科学研究从设计学层面提供一种新的角度和研发依据。结果智能"光敏、温敏、电敏、气敏"变色材料在包装上的应用可通过颜色对比设计、颜色渐变设计、颜色变化融入图形创意这3种设计形式应用于包装安全、包装防伪、包装交互等领域。结论智能变色包装材料在实际应用过程中结合了包装设计学原理和包装的品牌诉求,采用了"科技与艺术"相结合的变色方案,设计出了符合消费审美的智能包装作品。     

Ni-Al涂层对Ti-22Al-26Nb合金抗氧化性能的影响

采用爆炸喷涂技术在Ti-22Al-26Nb(原子分数,％)基体上制备了Ni-68．5Al(原子分数,％)合金涂层,涂层在退火后与基体结合良好．XRD分析表明,退火后涂层主要由β-NiAl以及少量Al3Ti和Al3Nb组成．研究了Ni—Al涂层对Ti-22Al-26Nb合金在800℃静态空气中氧化性能的影响．Ti-22Al-26Nb合金氧化后主要生成了疏松多孔的TiO2,其抗高温氧化性能很差．施加Ni—Al涂层后,高温下生成了一层致密的Al2O3,氧化动力学曲线满足抛物线规律,抗氧化性能显著提高．     

pH值对挤压Mg合金AM60腐蚀的影响

观察了挤压Mg合金AM60在pH值分别为3,7和12的3．5％NaCl溶液中的腐蚀形貌,测量了蚀坑的数目和尺寸,讨论了pH值对AM60腐蚀的影响和AlMn相粒子在腐蚀中的作用,提出了AM60的点蚀模型．实验表明,在溶液pH值为酸性和中性(pH=3或pH=7)时,AM60产生点蚀,它萌生于与AlMn相粒子相邻的α相;pH值为碱性(pH=12)时,产生高Al区(如：AlMn相和β相)的均匀腐蚀,呈现蜂窝状腐蚀形貌．pH=7时,点蚀坑数目最多．
