Monolithic integration of a 5.3 GHz regenerative frequency divider using a standard bipolar technology

A monolithic microwave frequency divider IC with an operating range of 1.4?5.3 GHz was developed and fabricated in a standard bipolar technology. The circuit operates on the principle of `regenerative frequency division?. Compared to the most popular divider concepts based on a master-slave D-flip-flop, an almost twice as high input frequency can be divided, provided that the same technology is used. A further advantage is the low power consumption.

NMR测井不能直接测定束缚流体饱和度（Swir）和束缚总流体（BVI）体积，而是根据T1分布和有效孔隙度（φe）间接确定。其精度取决于解释T2分布所选用的方法及其相关参数。NMR测井确定VBI方法有T21截止值方法，频谱BVI（简称SBVI）方法和BVI加权函数方法。     

A generalized equation for the prediction of melting temperatures of homopolymers and copolymers

A generalized equation was derived to calculate the melting temperatures of homopolymers and copolymers. The Gibbs‐Thomson equation for homopolymers and a modified application to copolymers were derived using the proposed equation. The melting temperature T_m⁰ in the Flory equation corresponds to the melting temperature T_m^C,∞ of copolymer crystals with stems of infinite length. Also, T_m^C,n*, the melting temperature for copolymer crystals with stems containing the maximum possible number of structural units, n*, should be used instead of T_m⁰ as the basis of supercooling in crystallization. The proposed equation shows good agreement with experimental data for α‐alkene‐ethylene homogeneous copolymers.

Delayed neurological symptoms from the spontaneous migration of a bullet in the lumbosacral spinal canal. Case report

In a patient wounded by a gunshot in the abdomen, the bullet was radiologically located intradurally at S1 level. Although she had no neurological deficit at admission, she developed pain and motor weakness a few days later. At operation the bullet was found at L4 level and its removal resulted in complete neurological recovery.
