One of the main problems in the VANET(vehicular ad-hoc network)routing algorithms is how to establish the stable routes.The link duration in these networks is often very short because of the frequent changes in the network topology.Short link duration reduce the network efficiency.Different speeds of the vehicles and choosing different directions by the vehicles in the junctions are the two reasons that lead to link breakage and a reduction in link duration.Several routing protocols have been proposed for VANET in order to improve the link duration,while none of them avoids the link breakages caused by the second reason.In this paper,a new method for routing algorithms is proposed based on the vehicles trips history.Here,each vehicle has a profile containing its movement patterns extracted from its trips history.The next direction which each vehicle may choose at the next junction is predicted using this profile and is sent to other vehicles.Afterward each vehicle selects a node the future direction of which is the same as its predicted direction.Our case study indicates that applying our proposed method to ROMSGP(receive on most stable group-path)routing protocol reduces the links breakages and increases the link duration time.  相似文献

The term Internet of Things (IoT) represents all communicating countless heterogeneous devices to share data and resources via the internet. The speedy advance of IoT devices proposes limitless benefits, but it also brings new challenges regarding security and forensics. Likewise, IoT devices can generate a massive amount of data that desires integrity and security during its handling and processing in an efficient way. IoT devices and data can be vulnerable to various types of cyber-crimes at each IoT layer. For combating these cyber-crimes in IoT infrastructure, IoT forensic term has shown up. The IoT forensic is the process of performing digital forensic investigation in the IoT environment in a forensically sound and timely fashion manner. Sundry challenges face the IoT forensics that requires urgent solutions and mitigation methods; digital evidence needs to be collected, preserved, analyzed, processed, and reported in a trusted manner to be acceptable for presenting in the court of law. Preserving the evidence unchanged or tampered with is the most critical challenge in digital forensics. Authentication is another challenge facing digital forensics; who is allowed to deal with the evidence? One of the most recent solutions for supporting IoT forensics is the use of Blockchain. Using Blockchain in digital forensics guarantees data integrity, immutability, scalability, and security. Therefore, this paper presents a comprehensive review of IoT security and forensics with the integration with Blockchain technology. It begins by providing an inclusive discussion of IoT security, as well as the need for IoT forensics, and the concepts of Blockchain. Then, a review of Blockchain-based IoT security and forensics issues is presented. Finally, a discussion of open research directions is provided.

Existing research in association mining has focused mainly on how to expedite the search for frequently co-occurring groups of items in “shopping cart” type of transactions; less attention has been paid to methods that exploit these “frequent itemsets” for prediction purposes. This paper contributes to the latter task by proposing a technique that uses partial information about the contents of a shopping cart for the prediction of what else the customer is likely to buy. Using the recently proposed data structure of itemset trees (IT-trees), we obtain, in a computationally efficient manner, all rules whose antecedents contain at least one item from the incomplete shopping cart. Then, we combine these rules by uncertainty processing techniques, including the classical Bayesian decision theory and a new algorithm based on the Dempster-Shafer (DS) theory of evidence combination.  相似文献

A fundamental challenge in the design of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is to maximize their lifetimes especially when they have a limited and non-replenishable energy supply. To extend the network lifetime, power management and energy-efficient communication techniques at all layers become necessary. In this paper, we present solutions for the data gathering and routing problem with in-network aggregation in WSNs. Our objective is to maximize the network lifetime by utilizing data aggregation and in-network processing techniques. We particularly focus on the joint problem of optimal data routing with data aggregation en route such that the above mentioned objective is achieved. We present Grid-based Routing and Aggregator Selection Scheme (GRASS), a scheme for WSNs that can achieve low energy dissipation and low latency without sacrificing quality. GRASS embodies optimal (exact) as well as heuristic approaches to find the minimum number of aggregation points while routing data to the Base-Station (BS) such that the network lifetime is maximized. Our results show that, when compared to other schemes, GRASS improves system lifetime with acceptable levels of latency in data aggregation and without sacrificing data quality.  相似文献

Most simulation models of electric machines use the coupled circuit approach, where the machine is considered as an electric circuit element with time-varying inductances (abc model) or with constant inductances (dq0 model). On the other hand, the rotating magnetic field approach, which considers the electric machine as two groups of windings producing rotating magnetic fields and can give insight into internal phenomena of the machines, has not yet received much attention in electric machines modeling, especially for machine transient analysis. Based on the rotating magnetic field approach, this paper presents a transient model of the induction machine including main flux saturation effect. Based on the direct computation of the magnetizing fluxes of all machine windings, the model represents instantaneous main flux saturation by simply introducing a main flux saturation factor. No iteration process is involved to incorporate the saturation effects. The model combines the advantages of the dq0 and abc models advantages, such as rapid computation time and nonsymmetrical conditions simulation, respectively. The simulation results and the experimental tests show advantages and verification of the model.  相似文献

A novel Ni2+ optode was prepared by covalent immobilization of thionine, 3,7-diamine-5-phenothiazoniom thionineacetate, in a transparent agarose membrane. Influences of various experimental parameters on Ni2+ sensing, including the reaction time, the solution pH and the concentration of reagents were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, a linear response was obtained for Ni2+ concentrations ranging from 1.00 × 10−10 to 1.00 × 10−7 mol l−1 with an R2 value of 0.9985. The detection limit (3σ) of the method for Ni2+ was 9.30 × 10−11 mol l−1. The influence of several potentially interfering ions such as Ag+, Hg2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Co3+, Cr3+, Al3+ and Fe3+ on the determination of Ni2+ was studied and no significant interference was observed. The membrane showed a good durability and short response time with no evidence of reagent leaching. The membrane was successfully applied for the determination of Ni2+ in environmental water samples.  相似文献

The Bazanski approach to deriving paths is applied to Finsler geometry. The approach is generalized and applied to a new developed geometry called “Absolute parallelism with Finslerian Flavor” (FAP). A set of path equations is derived for the FAP. It is a horizontal (h) set. A striking feature in this set is that the coefficient of the torsion term jumps by a step of one-half from one equation to the other. It is tempting to believe that the h-set admits some quantum features. Comparisons with the corresponding sets in other geometries are given. Conditions for reducing the set of path equations obtained to well-known path equations in some geometries are summarized in a schematic diagram.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to develop a systematic methodology for mass integration in drain systems and watersheds. Mass integration is a holistic approach to the tracking, transformation, and allocation of species and streams. The watershed and drain system is first discretized into reaches. The MFA model developed in part I of this work (Simulation and Application to Ammonium Management in Bahr El-Baqar Drain System) is used to describe the environmental phenomena that affect the fate and transport of targeted species and the operators that characterize the system inputs and outputs as they relate to the surroundings. Next, we develop an integration framework which encompasses sources, sinks, and interception technologies to aid in the development for nitrogen-management strategies. The simulation model was transformed into a synthesis model by introducing optimization variables and including models for the potential management strategies. The problem of minimizing negative environmental impact subject to technical, social, economic, and regulatory constraints was posed as a nonlinear optimization program whose solution identified and synthesized the most effective solution strategies. These mathematical models and management strategies were coded into a computer-aided tool using LINGO programming platform. The program can be readily modified to address a variety of cases. Tradeoffs and sensitivity analysis were established using the devised model. The devised framework was applied to an Egyptian drain system (Bahr El-Baqar) along with the outfall to Lake Manzala. The results of the case study provide solution strategies for nitrogen management along with their technical, economic, and environmental implications.  相似文献
