Comparative analysis was performed with a CFo ATP synthase subunit II homologue (CFo-II) derived from marine or fresh-water algae. The marine algae-derived CFo-II-transformed Escherichia coli grew and accumulated ATP more vigorously in NaCl or Cadmium containing medium, suggesting that this gene was useful for the development of stress-tolerant plant.  相似文献

The precision cutting of a molding die is realized using a square end mill on a 5-axis control machine. In this study, first the tool setting errors are analyzed and the compensation method of the errors is proposed. The effectiveness of compensation in precision cutting is confirmed. Next, the form accuracy of the spiral tool pass is compared with contour one in precision cutting of a spherical surface. Finally, the molding die with spherical surface is manufactured using a square end mill made out of single-crystal diamond based on the results of the compensation of the errors and the comparison of the two tool passes, and the form accuracy and surface roughness of the molding die are measured.  相似文献

As a test of the superconducting order parameter, we have developed an intrinsic Josephson junction by the name of cross-whisker junction. This junction was made using two Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+d single crystal whiskers. Two whiskers were connected at their c planes with various cross-angles. Angular dependence of the critical current densities shows d-wave-like fourfold-symmetry. However, the angular dependence is much stronger than that of the conventional dx 2-y 2 wave. The Jc shows its smallest value around 45 deg, which suggests that the Josephson penetration depth becomes longer. We have successfully observed a Fraunhofer pattern in the cross-whisker junction with cross-angle 45 deg.  相似文献

The study of 20-μm-pitch interconnection technology of three-dimensional (3D) packaging focused on reliability, ultrasonic flip–chip bonding and Cu bump bonding is described. The interconnection life under a temperature cycling test (TCT) was at an acceptable level for semiconductor packages. Failure analysis and finite element analysis revealed the effect of material properties. Basic studies on ultrasonic flip–chip bonding and very small Cu bump formation were investigated for low-stress bonding methods. The accuracy of ultrasonic flip–chip bonding was almost the same level as that of thermocompression bonding and the electrical connection was also confirmed. Atomic-level bonding was established at the interface of Au bumps. For Cu bump bonding, a dry process was applied for under bump metallurgy (UBM) removal. Electroless Sn diffusion in Cu was investigated and the results clarified that the intermetallic layer was formed just after plating. Finally, we succeeded in building a stacked chip sample with 20-μm-pitch interconnections.  相似文献

Significant softening of Zr-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) can be seen in a hypoeutectic Zr-enriched composition, which brings about very high toughness (for the Zr55Cu35Al10 and Zr60Cu30Al10 BMGs) and tensile plasticity at room temperature (for the Zr70Ni16Cu6Al8 BMG). The unique features of such BMGs include the formation of multiple shear bands and harmonic alternating movements that can immediately accommodate concentrated stresses and avoid accidental catastrophic fracture.  相似文献

This paper describes a method to analyze harmonic magnetic fields of squirrel cage induction motors considering rotor skew and higher harmonics in the secondary current. The proposed method is based on a two‐dimensional finite element method. The rotor skew structure is expressed by multiple 2D finite element mesh models, produced in suitable axial positions, and the magnetic field in each mesh model is calculated by the revised secondary current taking into account the skew effect. The secondary currents, magnetic flux densities, and electromotive forces are calculated by the proposed method. Then the differences between a skewed rotor and a nonskewed rotor are discussed. The high transport critical current density (J c ) > 500 kA/cm 2 at 4.2 K, 10 T is obtained in the Bi-2212/Ag multilayer tapes fabricated by using PAIR (Pre-Annealing and Intermediate Rolling) and melt-solidification process. This J c value is twice higher than existing high-quality Bi-2212/Ag tapes (250 kA/cm 2 ). By applying PAIR process to Bi-2212/Ag tapes, Bi-2212 grain alignment is much improved and a large J c enhancement is achieved. J c has been increased strongly by performing pre-annealing at 840°C in oxygen (1 atm) and intermediate rolling with 25% deformation.  相似文献

The aerobic oxidation kinetics of methyl eicosapentaenoate (20:5n-3) and methyl linoleate (18:2n-6) were compared in homogeneous chlorobenzene solution and in Triton X-100 aqueous micelles at 37°C. The rate of disappearance of 20:5n-3 was two times faster than that of 18:2n-6 in chlorobenzene, while the former was five times slower than the latter in aqueous micelles. It was also observed that ΔO2=Δ18:2n-6 and ΔO2=2Δ20:5n-3 in aqueous micelles. In the oxidation of a 1∶1 mixture of 20:5n-3 and 18:2n-6 in micelles, the rate of disappearance of 20:5n-3 was 3.6 times faster than that of 18:2n-6, and the rate of total substrate disappearance was reduced by a factor of 5 as compared with 18:2n-6 oxidation. These data suggest that the peroxyl radical derived from 20:5n-3 is more polar than that from 18:2n-6, and the former is likely to diffuse from the core to the micelle surface. This lowers the oxidizability for 20:5n-3 in aqueous micelles by enhancing the termination reaction rate for peroxyl radicals and by reducing the rate of propagation since there may be more 20:5n-3 peroxyl radicals at the surface than in the micelle core.  相似文献
