The paper considers the influence of the insolation level on the electric power quality indicators and efficiency of a grid-tie inverter operating as part of a grid-connected photovoltaic power plant. Over the course of a year, data were recorded for Moscow on incoming solar radiation and the grid-tie inverter input and output capacity provided by a 1 kW grid-connected photovoltaic power plant. The insolation threshold values for a Solar River 1100 TL inverter are experimentally established, corresponding to both the beginning and end of stable inverter operation, as well as the required phase angle value for the electric energy supplied to the grid.  相似文献

Chromosome synapsis in meiosis is performed through the formation of a synaptonemal complex (SC). The SC aggregates homologues until the diplotene stage, when the function of physical binding is carried out by a chiasmata. SC formation is controlled by specific genes. Regularities of SC formation in animals and plants are being studied at the Laboratory of Cytogenetics, Vavilov Institute of General Genetics, the Russian Academy of Sciences. It was shown that, in Drosophila melanogaster, the presence or absence of SC in meiosis is determined by balance between autosomes and sex chromosomes. i.e., SC is formed according to regularities in sex determination. The dose of the 8C-11A segment of X chromosome plays a key role in this process. Eight mutations in synaptic genes that affect SC formation were studied in rye Secale cereale. SC variants occurring in heteromorphic sex chromosomes were analyzed in the Ellobius genera and in B-chromosomes of Apodemus peninsulae. It was shown that, in addition to homologous synapsis, non-homologous synapsis of aberrant chromosomes occurs in rye and mouse heterozygotes at chromosome rearrangements. Twice as many heterozygous chromosome rearrangements were revealed, when the SC was studied at pachytene instead of diakinesis and metaphase I. Simple methods of SC investigations extended the capabilities of cytogenetic analysis of meiosis and provided new perspectives for studying the action of meiotic gen.  相似文献

The deformation behavior of ceramic-metal composites with a bulk-linked metal skeleton made of highly porous cellular nickel and a stainless wire mesh is examined. It is established that samples of skeletal ceramics remain intact after all types of destructive tests and show high plasticity and strain and fracture energies. A technique is developed for producing ceramics with a bulk-linked metal skeleton by filling a highly porous framework with a ceramic powder and subsequent pressing and sintering of the composite. The technique is tested for two types of skeletal ceramics: structural ceramics such as pyroceramics-highly porous cellular nickel and bioceramics such as hydroxyapatite-highly porous stainless wire skeleton. Alloy powders containing rare earth metals are prepared by the gas atomization method and their structure, surface, technological, and electrochemical properties are studied. Powders of the alloys LaNi4.5Al0.5, LaNi2.5Co2.4Al0.1, and (Mm, La)Ni3.5Co0.7Al0.35Mn0.4Zr0.05 are prepared with different particle sizes. The morphology, oxygen content and crystal structure of powders in relation to particle size are studied by x-ray analysis, electron microscopy, and surface dispersion spectroscopy. The hydrogen capacity and electrochemical properties of different fractions are determined. It is established that all of the fractions have similar morphology and alloy lattice parameters. The surface of gas atomized powders with less particle size is less contaminated with oxygen compared with larger fractions. At the same time fractions with a particle size <50 μm have poor activity during gas and electrochemical hydrogenation. DTA curves for fractions of fine particles have an additional exothermic peak that may be caused by thermally induced transformation of the amorphous component into crystalline. The coarse fraction of gas atomized powder has the same hydrogen and electrochemical capacity as for fuzzed alloys.  相似文献

Ovarian cancer (OC) is one of the most common and fatal types of gynecological cancer. In the early phase of OC detection, the current treatment and diagnostic methods are not efficient and sensitive enough. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the mechanisms of OC metastasis and discover valuable factors for early diagnosis of female cancers and novel therapeutic strategies for metastasis. Exosomes are known to be involved in the development, migration, and invasion of cancer cells, and their cargo could be useful for the non-invasive biopsy development. CD151- and Tspan8-positive exosomes are known to support the degradation of the extracellular matrix, and are involved in stroma remodeling, angiogenesis and cell motility, as well as the association of miR-24 and miR-101 with these processes. The objective of this study was to explore the relationship of these components of exosomal cargo, in patients with OC, to clarify the clinical significance of these markers in liquid biopsies. The levels of tetraspanins Tspan8+ and CD151+ exosomes were significantly higher in plasma exosomes of OC patients compared with healthy females (HFs). The relative levels of miR-24 and miR-101 in plasma exosomes of HFs were significantly higher than in plasma exosomes of OC patients, while the levels of these microRNAs in exosomes from plasma and ascites of ill females showed no difference. Our study revealed a strong direct correlation between the change in the ascites exosomes CD151+Tspan8+ subpopulation level and the expression levels of the ascites (R = 0.81, p < 0.05) and plasma exosomal miR-24 (R = 0.74, p < 0.05) in OC patients, which confirms the assumption that exosomal cargo act synergistically to increase cellular motility, affecting cellular processes and signaling. Bioinformatics analysis confirmed the involvement of CD151 and Tspan8 tetraspanins and genes controlled by miR-24-3p and miR-101 in signaling pathways, which are crucial for carcinogenesis, demonstrating that these tetraspanins and microRNAs are potential biomarkers for OC screening, and predictors of poor clinicopathological behavior in tumors.  相似文献
