Quantitation of intrathecal measles virus IgG antibody synthesis rate: subacute sclerosing panencephalitis and multiple sclerosis

A method for quantitating specific anti-viral antibodies in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is established using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Quantitated antibody levels are used to determine intrathecal specific IgG synthesis rate for the particular antibody. Measles virus was used as a model for validating this quantitative technique: a mutated form of measles virus is a cause of subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) and there is a possibility that measles virus is related to the cause of multiple sclerosis (MS). Matched serum and CSF samples were assayed. Concentration of anti-measles IgG was determined and intrathecal measles-specific IgG synthesis rate was calculated. For the SSPE samples, measles-specific IgG synthesis rate was elevated and comprised > 20% of the total intrathecal IgG synthesis rate; these results are consistent with the literature. The ELISA method can be performed routinely, providing a quick, simple, reproducible means of quantitating specific antibody concentrations, with sensitivity greater than 1 nanogram per milliliter. With this method, quantitation of IgG antibodies to any other viral antigen can be reliably and precisely determined.     

Cytoplasmic mRNA for human triosephosphate isomerase is immune to nonsense-mediated decay despite forming polysomes

Nonsense codons between position 14 within the first exon and position 193 within the penultimate exon of the human gene for triosephosphate isomerase reduce mRNA abundance to 25% of normal. The reduction in abundance is due to the decay of newly synthesized mRNA that copurifies with nuclei. TPI mRNA that copurifies with cytoplasm is immune to decay. We show here that immunity is not due to the failure of nonsense-containing mRNA to form polysomes. This finding indicates that cytoplasmic mRNA, in contrast to nucleus-associated mRNA, may have lost one or more factors that are required for nonsense-mediated decay or gained one or more factors that confer immunity to nonsense-mediated decay.     

起重机监控器双机协同中CAN总线的应用

为了满足工程建设日益大型化的发展,两台以及多台起重机共同作业的需求日益增强。设定了起重机双机协同模型,使用飞思忙尔MC9S12DGl28单片机以实现起重机监控器的双机协同功能,设计了CAN总线节点模块来实现双机的数据采集、状态检测和故障处理等功能,给出了实现双机协同的硬件设计和软件流程图。系统在实际运行过程中稳定、可靠,能保证起重机在双机协同时做到步调一致,并很好地应对故障的发生,同时表明CAN总线在起重机工作环境中能够很好地发挥自身通讯距离长、抗干扰能力强等优势,符合了双机协同的功能要求。

新型阳离子紫外光引发剂碘锚盐的光谱表征及分析

采用紫外光谱法(UV)分析新型阳离子光引发剂二甲苯基碘六氟磷酸盐。系统研究了UV法测试条件,采用氯仿重结晶提纯样品、以无水乙醇为溶剂、在λmax=236 nm测吸光度,ε=1.8421×104L.mol-1.cm-1,线性范围为1~80 mg.L-1,加标回收率为99.0%。

基于海量搜索历史数据的用户兴趣模型

针对互联网搜索引擎环境中,基于海量搜索历史数据分析用户兴趣的问题,提出一种改进的用户兴趣模型。该模型根据用户搜索的历史数据,结合向量空间模型（ VSM ）和TF-IDF算法,递归地回溯出用户兴趣权重列表。为解决用户兴趣变化和时间性能的问题,该模型引入时间遗忘机制进行动态更新,并在Hadoop分布式系统架构下利用MapReduce分布式编程模型进行实现。实验结果表明,改进的用户兴趣模型的查准率和召回率都能达到50',具有较好的可行性和可用性。     

1-(5-乙基-1,3,4-噻二唑基)-3-苯基硫脲的合成及生物活性

研究了 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲的合成及抗菌活性。以 5 -乙基 - 2 -氨基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑和异硫氰酸苯酯为原料 ,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵催化下 ,合成 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲 ,找到了较好的合成工艺条件 ,结果表明 :5 -乙基 - 2 -氨基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑和异硫氰酸苯酯的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .8,乙腈为溶剂 ,水浴加热回流 4.0 h,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为 2 g,1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲的产率为 5 9.76%。同时发现 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲有较强的抗菌活性     

5-烷基-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成及应用

用硫代氨基脲与甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、异戊酸等在盐酸、磷酸、多聚磷酸、硫酸催化下 ,分别合成了 2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (a)、5 -甲基 -2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (b)、5 -乙基 -2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (c)、5 -丙基 -2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (d)、5 -异丙基 -2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (e)、5 -异丁基 -2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑 (f)。并对工艺条件进行了试验 ,结果表明 :最佳工艺条件为硫代氨基脲与酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .4,合成 2 -氨基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑为多聚磷酸催化 ,合成其它的为浓盐酸催化 ,回流 3 h,产率分别为 96.78%、74.3 4%、73 .67%、71 .68%、68.44%、67.5 4%。同时以 a～f为原料合成了具有抗菌作用的 5 -烷基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑硫脲乙酸和 5 -烷基 -2 -苯基 -硫脲 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑的衍生物
