实时监控无线传感器网络(WSN)从单个节点到整个网络的运行状态,是进行无线传感器各类研究及应用开发的关键技术之一,为了克服基于UART的数据传输所存在的速率瓶颈问题,设计了一种基于USB的WSN监测系统,主要包括侦听节点和监测分析系统两部分。侦听节点采用CC2531 USB Dongle,以被动侦听的方式获取无线传感器网络的数据包(符合IEEE802.15.4标准),封装后通过USB接口上传至上位机监测分析系统。上位机监测系统,通过USB接口读取数据帧、完成帧信息存储、解析。实验结果表明该设计能够实现数据传输并以图形方式动态显示网络运行状态。本监测系统的设计为开展WSN的各类理论及实验研究提供了有力的分析工具。 相似文献

There have been two thrusts in the development of optical flow algorithms. One has emphasized higher accuracy; the other faster implementation. These two thrusts, however, have been independently pursued, without addressing the accuracy vs efficiency trade-offs. Although the accuracy–efficiency characteristic is algorithm dependent, an understanding of a general pattern is crucial in evaluating an algorithm as far as real-world tasks are concerned, which often pose various performance requirements. This paper addresses many implementation issues that have often been neglected in previous research, including temporal filtering of the output stream, algorithms' flexibility, and robustness to noise, subsampling, etc. Their impacts on accuracy and/or efficiency are emphasized. We present a survey of different approaches toward the goal of higher performance and present experimental studies on accuracy vs efficiency trade-offs. A detailed analysis of how this trade-off affects algorithm design is manifested in a case study involving two state-of-the-art optical flow algorithms: a gradient and a correlation-based method. In many three-dimensional imaging applications, the three-dimensional space is represented by an array of cubical volume elements (voxels) and a subset of the voxels is specified by some property. Objects in the scene are then recognised by being components of the specified set and individual boundaries are recognised as sets of voxel faces separating objects from components in the complement of the specified set. This paper deals with the problem of algorithmic tracking of such a boundary specified by one of the voxel faces lying in it. The paper is expository in that all ideas are carefully motivated and introduced. Its original contribution is the investigation of the question of whether the use of a queue (of loose ends in the tracking process which are to be picked up again to complete the tracking) is necessary for an algorithmic tracker of boundaries in three-dimensional space. Such a queue is not needed for two-dimensional boundary tracking, but published three-dimensional boundary trackers all make use of such a thing. We prove that this is not accidental: under some mild assumptions, a boundary tracker without a queue will fail its task on some three-dimensional boundaries. 相似文献

Protopolystoma (Monogenea, Polystomatidae) is strictly specific to the anuran amphibian genus Xenopus. The host group is characterised by a polyploid series in which chromosome numbers reflect diploid, tetraploid, octoploid and dodecaploid constitutions; the series is considered to have evolved through interspecies hybridisation and genome duplication. This study correlates information on host evolutionary relationships with patterns of parasite speciation and host specificity. Protopolystoma is restricted to one subgenus (Xenopus) with multiples of 36 chromosomes, and is absent from the subgenus Silurana (with multiples of 20 chromosomes). Molecular, biochemical and karyotype evidence distinguishes three subgroups within Xenopus. Representative species from each subgroup, Xenopus muelleri, Xenopus fraseri and Xenopus laevis, have been examined for polystomatid infection. Two species of Protopolystoma occur in each of these host species. In X. muelleri, the two Protopolystoma species reflect parasite co-speciation corresponding with the divergence of two sibling host species. Xenopus fraseri and X. laevis (both with 2n = 36 chromosomes) are implicated in the hybrid origin of two octoploid species, Xenopus wittei and Xenopus vestitus (both 2n = 72). The relationships of the Protopolystoma species in these Xenopus taxa reflect this presumed ancestry. Xenopus wittei carries two species of Protopolystoma, one shared with X. fraseri and the other shared with X. laevis. Xenopus vestitus carries a single species of Protopolystoma which is shared with X. laevis but there is no "heirloom" which reflects its hybrid origin involving X. fraseri. In addition to these shared parasite species which may reflect shared host genes, X. fraseri and X. laevis each carry separate species-specific Protopolystoma which do not occur in other Xenopus species even where there is evidence of common genetic information (as in the allopolyploid wittei and vestitus). This case study may be interpreted as indicating a powerful influence of host genetic factors on susceptibility to infection, host-specificity, and parasite speciation. 相似文献

Certain tasks in multidimensional digital image analysis, in particular surface detection and volume estimation, lead us to the study of surfaces in the digital environment. It is desirable that these surfaces should have a Jordan property analogous to that of simple closed curves in two dimensions-namely, that they should partition the underlying space into an inside and an outside which are disconnected from each other. A version of this property, called near-Jordanness, has been previously defined and has been shown to be useful within a general theory of surfaces in digital spaces. The definition of a near-Jordan surface is global: it demands that all paths from the interior to the exterior cross the surface. This makes it difficult in many practical applications to check whether surfaces are near-Jordan. The work reported in this paper is motivated by the desire for a local condition, such that if a surface satisfies this condition at each of its elements, then it is guaranteed to be near-Jordan. In the search for such a condition, we were led to a concept of simple connectedness of a digital space, which resembles simple connectedness in ordinary topological spaces. We were then able to formulate the desired local condition for simply connected digital spaces. Many digital spaces, in particular those based on the commonly-studied tessellations of n-dimensional Euclidean space, are shown to be simply connected and thus our theory yields general sufficient conditions for boundaries in binary pictures to be near-Jordan. 相似文献

IntroductionAll hospitals in the province of Styria (Austria) are well equipped with sophisticated Information Technology, which provides all-encompassing on-screen patient information. Previous research made on the theoretical properties, advantages and disadvantages, of reading from paper vs. reading from a screen has resulted in the assumption that reading from a screen is slower, less accurate and more tiring. However, recent flat screen technology, especially on the basis of LCD, is of such high quality that obviously this assumption should now be challenged. As the electronic storage and presentation of information has many advantages in addition to a faster transfer and processing of the information, the usage of electronic screens in clinics should outperform the traditional hardcopy in both execution and preference ratings.This study took part in a County hospital Styria, Austria, with 111 medical professionals, working in a real-life setting. They were each asked to read original and authentic diagnosis reports, a gynecological report and an internal medical document, on both screen and paper in a randomly assigned order. Reading comprehension was measured by the Chunked Reading Test, and speed and accuracy of reading performance was quantified. In order to get a full understanding of the clinicians' preferences, subjective ratings were also collected.ResultsWilcoxon Signed Rank Tests showed no significant differences on reading performance between paper vs. screen. However, medical professionals showed a significant (90%) preference for reading from paper. Despite the high quality and the benefits of electronic media, paper still has some qualities which cannot provided electronically do date. 相似文献
