This paper describes a reliable automatic PID tuning method for open-loop unstable processes. Identification with low order models is performed by means of two relay tests, one with an additional delay, which does not require a priori knowledge about the process, with the only necessary condition being that the process be gain stabilisable. This paper provides an overview of the method, states conditions that need to be satisfied for its successful implementation, and demonstrates its application on a number of examples. 相似文献

"Zero-loop" of the molecular potential transformer of submitochondrial particles (SMP) is separated from the remaining electron transfer chain by rotenone, and its e.m.f. ET=0,003+RT/2F in [NADP X H] [NAD+]/[NADP+] [NAD X H] volts is used in the compensative method of measurement of the potential difference across the SMP membrane (delta USMP). The phospholipid membrane, measuring the concentration of the penetrating anions in the solution contained SMP, is used as "zero-indicators". This concentration drops monotonically with increase in delta USMP. Delta USMP is equal to ET when the addition of substrates of transhydrogenase reaction with definite ET does not change the potential across phospholipid membrane. 相似文献

Doubt about the role of stretch reflexes in movement and posture control has remained in part because the questions of reflex "usefulness" and the postural "set" have not been adequately considered in the design of experimental paradigms. The intent of this study was to discover the stabilizing role of stretch reflexes acting upon the ankle musculature while human subjects performed stance tasks requiring several different postural "sets". Task specific differences of reflex function were investigated by experiments in which the role of stretch reflexes to stabilize sway doing stance could be altered to be useful, of no use, or inappropriate. Because the system has available a number of alternate inputs to posture (e.g., vestibular and visual), stretch reflex responses were in themselves not necessary to prevent a loss of balance. Nevertheless, 5 out of 12 subjects in this study used long-latency (120 msec) stretch reflexes to help reduce postural sway. Following an unexpected change in the usefulness of stretch reflexes, the 5 subjects progressively altered reflex gain during the succeeding 3-5 trials. Adaptive changes in gain were always in the sense to reduce sway, and therefore could be attenuating or facilitating the reflex response. Comparing subjects using the reflex with those not during so, stretch reflex control resulted in less swaying when the task conditions were unchanging. However, the 5 subjects using reflex controls oftentimes swayed more during the first 3-5 trials after a change, when inappropriate responses were elicited. Four patients with clinically diagnosed cerebellar deficits were studied briefly. Among the stance tasks, their performance was similar to normal in some and significantly poorer in others. Their most significant deficit appeared to be the inability to adapt long-latency reflex gain following changes in the stance task. The study concludes with a discussion of the role of stretch reflexes within a hierarchy of controls ranging from muscle stiffness up to centrally initiated responses. 相似文献

Several types of deproteinised bovine bone mineral (DBBM) are available on the market, and each one is obtained with a thermic and chemical process that can differ, achieving different results. Currently, several protocols using low temperature are suggested to reduce the possible particle crystallisation during the production process. This study aimed to evaluate the biomorphological reaction of periodontal fibroblast cultures in contact with different DBBM particles treated with a low-temperature protocol (Thermagen®) and without exposure to sodium hydroxide (NaOH). Morphological evaluation was performed using light, confocal laser, and scanning electron microscopy, and the biological reaction in terms of proliferation was performed using an XTT proliferation assay at 24 h (T1), 72 h (T2), and 7 days (T3). The morphological analysis highlighted how the presence of the materials stimulated a change in the morphology of the cells into a polygonal shape, surface reactions with the thickening of the membrane, and expression of actin. In particular, the morphological changes were appreciable from T1, with a progressive increase in the considered morphological characteristics at T2 and T3 follow-ups. The proliferation assay showed a statistical significance between the different experimental materials and the negative control in T2 and T3 follow-ups. The post hoc analysis did not reveal any differences between the materials. In conclusion, the grafts obtained with the low-temperature extractions protocol and not exposed to NaOH solution showed positive morphological reactions with no differences in the sizes of particles. 相似文献

By using a short pulse CO2, tail free, broadband laser it is possible to produce a compressed, high power FIR pulse in a pure Raman system when a suitable pressure and Raman cell length are used. In this way we have obtained 4ns (70KW) emission around the sR(3,0) NH3 line pumped by 130 mJ (23ns) 9P20 CO2 line. The optoacoustic spectrum of CH3Br around 10 μm band lines of a tunable cw waveguide CO2 laser is investigated. This letter addresses the application of Linear Dispersion Codes (LDC) in space and frequency domains in Single Carrier - Frequency Domain Equalization (SCFDE) systems. Space-Frequency (SF)-LDCs are more suitable than Space- Time (ST)-LDC in high mobility environments. However, the application of LDCs in space and frequency domains in SCFDE systems is not straightforward as in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems because in this case there is no direct access to subcarriers at the transmitter. This letter shows that it is possible to induce a target SF symbol dispersion in SCFDE by using a simple linear pre-coder and a conventional LDC that spreads the symbols in time and space domains according to specific ST dispersion matrices. The letter shows how to derive the ST dispersion matrices to be used at the transmitter as a function of the dispersion matrices describing the target SF dispersion. The presented procedure can be applied to both pure transmit diversity and pure multiplexing schemes, which are special cases of LDCs. Therefore, the proposed scheme provides a low complexity implementation of any dispersion in space and frequency over SCFDE systems, which alternatively would require the use of FFT/IFFT also at the transmitter side. The letter also shows a performance comparison of SF-LDCs and ST-LDCs in a typical propagation environment for future radio systems. The comparison confirms the suitability of using the dispersion in frequency rather than time for a wide range of coherence bandwidths. 相似文献
