山上的"大房子"姜乐静的"潭南国小"

这是台湾921地震(1999年)后重建民间捐助的代表性案例,坐落在日月潭南边高山偏远地区,建筑师以布农族"家屋"的转化来重建这一村落学习"机构",以"大房子"意象作为基本的建构形式,也形成村落重建的精神方舟.建筑师诚恳地让山本身来造就了这大房子.     

高层建筑火灾安全模糊评价

将模糊数学中的综合评判模型与高层建筑中对火灾安全有影响的因子相结合,建立了高层建筑火灾安全评价的模糊综合评判模型.在该模型中对数据的处理、权重的选取、多层次的综合评判进行了方法上的研究.对某高层建筑火灾安全评价中的评价指标与等级的选取、评价指标标准的确定、权重的确定等进行了实例分析,给出了评价结果并对结果进行了分析.     

Direct <Emphasis Type="SmallCaps">d</Emphasis>-Glucose Oxidation over Noble Metal Nanoparticles Introduced on Polymer and Inorganic Supports

In the present work, nanocatalysts prepared on inorganic supports (zeolites) were investigated in d-glucose oxidation and compared to systems supported on polymer (hypercrosslinked polystyrene (HPS)) previously described. Catalytic activities and selectivities were measured under various reaction conditions. The selectivity of d-glucose oxidation and activity of both Pd-containing zeolites and HPS-Ru were similar (99.7% and TOF 0.013–0.014 mol/(mol Me s)). Physicochemical analysis X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, liquid nitrogen physisorption, diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy of adsorbed CO for metal sites evaluation, CD₃CN for acid sites evaluation showed that Pd species were in oxidic form, while Ru species were in oxidic and reduced form. The catalytic activity decreased when acidic sites were present in Pd-containing zeolites.     

The use of carbon carriers for the immunoenzyme diagnosis of viral infections

Carbon solid phase for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was proposed. This support can be used instead of polysterene plates because the following steps (carbon support incubate with specific and detective reagents) are implemented in arbitrary minimal capacities. The method was tested for detection of the virus antigens (hepatitis B, herpes simplex) and anti-viral (anti-adenovirus, anti-influenza virus) antibodies.
