万顷沙西十三涌油轮码头模型试验研究

华隆公司拟在万顷沙西十二涌与十三涌之间兴十三涌３０００Ｔ级油轮港口码头。本文分析了该河段水文泥沙的特性、河道演变趋势及河段稳定性，通过物理模型试验研究及对航道、港池的回淤计算分析，预测工程建成后引起局部水流流态的变化，对水道泄洪、潮排、潮灌的影响，以及港池、航道建成后的泥沙淤积情况。     

钨精矿、锡石矿中铌和钽的5—Br－PADAP分光光度法的测定

用２－（５－溴－２吡啶偶氮）－５－二乙氨基苯酚（５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ）为显色剂，采用多波长分光光度法测定钨精矿、难溶锡石矿中的铌、袒，方法快速、准确、灵敏度高，相对标准偏差≤０．０２１（ｎ＝１６）．     

钇、钪分离工艺的新进展

本文简要介绍中国科学院长春应用化学研究所近年来在钇、钪分离工艺研究方面的新进展。     

动态交联热塑性弹性体增韧聚丙烯合金

用动态交联方法制备聚烯烃热塑性弹性体（ＴＰＯ）增韧聚丙烯，制备了具有低温冲击性能良好、综合力学性能比较均衡的聚丙烯合金。同时，研究了ＴＰＯ组成、工艺及基体组成与ＴＰＯ增韧聚丙烯共混物力学性能的关系。并通过差热扫描量热计和扫描电镜考察了共混物的形态结构。     

Predicting neurologic deterioration in patients with cerebellar hematomas

BACKGROUND: Patients with cerebellar hematomas may appear stable but may worsen suddenly. Whether certain clinical or CT scan findings predict worsening is not known. METHODS: We reviewed clinical and neuroimaging data in 72 patients with cerebellar hematomas at the Mayo Clinic from 1973 through 1993 to identify predictive features for neurologic deterioration. Patients presenting in coma and patients with vascular malformations or malignancies were excluded. Data were analyzed using chi-square or Fisher's exact test, with calculation of odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on appropriate variables. RESULTS: Thirty-three patients (46%) deteriorated, with a decrease in level of consciousness, new brainstem signs, or worsened motor response on the Glasgow Coma Scale. Clinical and neuroradiologic predictors for neurologic deterioration at p < 0.05 were admission systolic blood pressure greater than 200 mm Hg, pinpoint pupils and abnormal corneal or oculocephalic reflexes, hemorrhage extending into the vermis, hematoma size more than 3 cm in diameter, brainstem distortion, intraventricular hemorrhage, upward herniation, and acute hydrocephalus. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that hemorrhage located in the vermis (p = 0.03) and acute hydrocephalus (p = 0.0006) on admission CT scanning independently predicted deterioration. CONCLUSION: Patients with a cerebellar vermian hematoma or acute hydrocephalus are at high risk for neurologic deterioration. These patients should be carefully monitored and are more likely to require consideration for neurosurgical intervention.     

Environmental antigen-induced IL-13 responses are elevated among subjects with allergic rhinitis, are independent of IL-4, and are inhibited by endogenous IFN-gamma synthesis

Human immediate hypersensitivity diseases represent the most common example of chronic excessive Th2-like activation in developed nations. While IL-13 shares many functional properties with IL-4, the intensity and regulation of environmental Ag-stimulated IL-13 synthesis by allergic vs nonallergic individuals remain ill defined. Here, we examine the intensity of polyclonally and Ag-stimulated IL-13 production by PBMC of 20 subjects with seasonal allergic rhinitis and 20 healthy controls. Polyclonally driven IL-13 responses did not differ significantly (Mann-Whitney U test, p = 0.68). In contrast, the median CD4-dependent IL-13 response among atopics was markedly stronger than nonatopics in Ag-stimulated primary culture (p = 0.0031) and exhibited a strong correlation with IL-5 (r = 0.76, p = 0.0009), but not IL-4 (r = 0.14, p > 0.05), responses. IL-13 production was unaffected by blocking endogenous IL-4 or IL-5 activity or by addition of rIL-4 or rIL-5. In contrast, it was inhibited by low levels of rIFN-gamma and strongly enhanced upon addition of neutralizing anti-IFN-gamma mAb. Collectively, the data are consistent with a negative regulatory role for endogenous IFN-gamma synthesis in controlling the intensity of systemic IL-13 responses evoked in both atopic and nonatopic populations following exposure to common Ags. They also suggest that the elevated levels of IL-4 and IL-5 characteristic of type 2-dominated responses in vivo are without detectable impact on the maintenance of recall Ag-stimulated IL-13 production.     

单色光石英退偏器的退偏机理及性能研究

研究了单色光石英退偏器的退偏机理；定义了退偏度作为衡量退偏器性能的物理量。从实验上在４４０～９２０ｎｍ的光谱范围测试了器件的退偏度，结果表明：只要器件的结构角适当，或者适当调节入射光束的截面大小，便可对某一单色线偏振光实现很好的退偏。     

天津市正常人全血和血清微量元素含量分析

人体内微量元素含量平衡与否与人体健康状态有着密切关系已为大量实践所证实。人体血液中微量元素的正常值测定是研究人体健康与微量元素关系的一项基础性工作,本文提供了天津市正常人全血及血清中几种微量元素含量的数据。     

可调谐的双波长钛宝石激光器

一台可调谐钛宝石激光器两个波长同时运转,在数ns以内同步,相对波长差最大可达55nm。观测到明显的两种波长激光的竞争和关联。由BBO实现了两波的和频与倍频。
