Millimeter wave (mmWave) communications in 60 GHz band have become a hot topic in wireless communications. New medium access control (MAC) protocols are needed because of the fundamental differences between mmWave communications and existing other communication systems. In mmWave wireless personal area networks, the channel transmission rates of links vary significantly because of the difference in the distance between nodes, the accuracy of beamforming, and the existence of obstructions. Owning to the directivity of mmWave links, spatial reuse should be exploited to improve network capacity. In this paper, we develop a channel transmission rate aware directional MAC protocol, termed RDMAC, in which both the multirate capability of links and spatial reuse are exploited to improve network performance. RDMAC has two stages. The first stage measures the channel transmission rates of links, and a heuristic algorithm is proposed to compute near‐optimal measurement schedules with respect to the total number of measurements. The second stage accommodates the traffic demand of links, and a heuristic transmission scheduling algorithm is proposed to compute near‐optimal transmission schedules with respect to the total transmission time. Simulations under various traffic modes show that compared with existing protocols, RDMAC has lower network latency, higher network throughput, and also a good fairness performance. Smart metering systems have become widespread around the world. RF mesh communication systems have contributed to the creation of smarter and more reliable power systems. This paper presents an algorithm for positioning GPRS concentrators to attain delay constraints for a ZigBee‐based mesh network. The proposed algorithm determines the number and placement of concentrators using integer linear programming and a queueing model for the given mesh network. The solutions given by the proposed algorithm are validated by verifying the communication network performance through simulations.  相似文献

A LTE uplink scheduling scheme matching the features of wireless cloud services was proposed for the SDWN (software-defined wireless network). The scheme first solved the resource allocation problem by using the binary integer programming method, and then calculated the optimal transmission rate of cloud services in each time slot using the method of dynamic programming, finally adjusted the transmission rate of cloud services proportional to the current channel status using QoS control method in the framework of SDWN. The proposed scheme minimizes the energy con-sumption of cloud services while ensuring the transmission rate demand of multiple services. The performance of the al-gorithm is verified by simulation.  相似文献

A fourth-order low-pass channel filter for a zero-IF Bluetooth receiver is presented. It employs two cascaded multiple feedback biquads and active resistors made by quasi-floating gate MOS transistors in triode region for highly linear continuous tuning. Power consumption is strongly reduced using a gain-enhanced class-AB single-stage opamp together with a filter topology that only requires a single opamp for each biquad. The filter has been fabricated in a 0.18 μm CMOS technology and consumes 290 μW from a 1.2 V supply.  相似文献

Traditional routing protocols send traffic along pre-determined paths and have been shown ineffective in coping with unreliable and unpredictable wireless medium which is caused by the multi-path fading. The most difference between the opportunistic routing and the traditional routing mechanism is that the opportunistic routing mechanism can use several lossy broadcast links to support reliable transmission. In this paper, an opportunistic routing mechanism for real-time voice service is proposed. This mechanism is based on the dynamic source routing (DSR) protocol with some modifications, the routing messages of DSR are used to construct the forwarder list, which guides the data packets forwarding process. The forwarder nodes have priorities to restrict the number of duplicated packets. Simultaneous flows can be supported well by our mechanism. Simulations show that our mechanism can effectively decrease the data packets transmission times and the amount of the control messages and reduce the end-to-end delay for real-time voice service, the quality of service can be supported well over the unstable wireless channel.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶旋涂制膜方法制备了具有良好表面形貌及c轴择优取向性的(Li,Mg)∶ZnO薄膜。重点研究了该法制膜时不同膜厚(Li,Mg)∶ZnO薄膜的结构及光学性质。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像及X射线衍射(XRD)图谱分析结果表明随着膜厚的增加,薄膜晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,薄膜的晶化程度及c轴择优取向性增强。但薄膜厚度的增加是有一定范围的,当薄膜厚度过大时,薄膜均匀性、致密性及c轴择优取向性显著下降。样品的荧光光致发光(PL)谱表明,Mg的掺入使近紫外发光峰出现了蓝移,恰当膜厚的(Li,Mg)∶ZnO薄膜发光特性主要以深能级发射(DLE)为主,蓝绿发光峰强度很高。  相似文献

采用电泳法在金属镍(Ni)丝表面沉积碳纳米管(CNT)材料,制备成CNT-Ni丝状阴极,并在圆柱形玻璃灯管中对其进行二极结构的场发射性能测试。结果表明,CNT材料呈网状结构均匀平铺于Ni丝表面,CNT-Ni丝状阴极具有良好的场发射性能,开启场强为0.82V/μm;当阳压为3400V时,电流为2.3mA,发光亮度达到7500cd/m2;阳压为4000V时,丝状阴极场发射电流连续测试10h变化不大。  相似文献

在恒磁场为0~2T的范围内,对Si、Ge基二极管的反向饱和电流和正向电流进行了测试.结果表明,在一定的电学条件下,随着磁感应强度B的增大,磁场对Ge基二极管的反向饱和电流的影响比Si基二极管的更明显.磁场对Si基二极管的正向特性几乎没有影响,但可以观测到Ge基二极管的正向电流随磁场的增强发生了变化.依据半导体理论基础,对实验结果进行了分析并通过建立理论模型对磁场中二极管的I-V特性进行了模拟.  相似文献
