环塔拉力赛 感恩公益行

正冒险与征服是环塔的魅力,团结与互助是环塔的人文关怀,热心公益更是环塔重要的一种精神……2014年6月6日,经过车手勇士们13天的拼搏与汗水,中国环塔(国际)拉力赛终于在哈密顺利的落下了帷幕。这次比赛中,感恩车队获得了不俗的战绩,感恩车队车手李铁军赢得ATV组亚军,捧得银牌将杯。虽然与冠军失之交臂,略显遗憾,但是感恩车手们付出的努力,都是有目共睹的。冒险与征服是环塔的魅力,团结与互助是环塔的人文关怀,热心公益     

Linear optimal control problem of a system with circuit-free graph structure

We solve a linear optimal control problem with state and control restrictions by the method of region analysis, where the state equations describe the flow in a directed graph without a circuit. The results are used for the optimal control of a system of hydroelectric power plants.     

Effect of Compressive Deformation on Lenticular and Thin Plate Martensitic Transformations

The effect of compressive deformation testedabove the M_s temperature on the martensitemorphology in Fe-Ni-C alloys has been studied.Inthe Fe-30Ni-0.12C alloy,the M_s temperature is-50℃ The cylindrical specimens werecompressively deformed at -40℃.The strain rateswere 10,20,30 and 40%.X-ray analysis andmetallographic examination showed that nostrain-induced martensite was found.After quench-ing to -53℃,some thin plates and unusualmorphologies of lenticular martensites with bentand/or broken mid-ribs were observed.In theFe-30Ni-0.34C alloy,the M_s temperature is-120℃.Compressive deformation with differentstrain rates were carried out at room temperature.After quenching to the liquid nitrogen temperature,some bent thin plate matensites(unbroken)occur-red.The transformed twins in bent plate were alsobent and nearly parallel to the γ-α'interfaces.Orientation relationship between austenite and bentmartensite has been examined by means of trans-mission electron microscope.It was proved thatthese unusual morphologies are inherent in thecompressive pre-deformed austenite.     

非饱和土试验中的先进吸力控制技术

介绍和评价了海外常用的3种吸力控制技术:轴平移、渗透和湿度控制。论述了每种技术的工作原理、发展过程、应用情况和优缺点。对文献中采用轴平移和渗透技术得到的试验结果进行了比较和讨论。另外,在直剪试验的剪切阶段前施加不同的吸力平衡历时,用以展示吸力平衡历时对随后的剪切过程中的各种剪切性状(抗剪强度和体变)的影响。     

工业废渣-盾构泥砂注浆材料的研制与应用

以水玻璃作激发剂,磷石膏、粉煤灰、钢渣与矿粉作胶凝材料,盾构泥砂为细集料,并用聚羧酸系抗泥型高效减水剂和抗水分散剂改善浆料性能;通过对粉料比例、激发剂掺量等的研究,制得工作性能好(初始流动度27cm、6h后23.5cm,3h泌水率1%),凝结时间长(60h),抗水分散(水陆强度比85%),可防止管片上浮(稠度值11.3cm)的高性能工业废渣-盾构泥砂同步注浆材料,并在武汉轨道交通3号线八B标段双王区间站取得了成功应用。     

用于估计多隧道开挖地面沉降的解析解

对于均质弹性地基中单隧道和多隧道开挖施工,本文给出了用于计算二维和三维地面沉降的近似的显式解析解.该解析解是对点荷载下Mindlin位移解进行积分并利用泰勒级数展开而得.利用该解析解,可以计算多个任意相对位置的隧道掘进引起的地面沉降.对于隧道开挖面不同支护程度的情况,可以采用一个原位应力释放度(系数)来模拟.通过一个单隧道开挖的弹性有限元计算对比,对简化的解析解进行了检验,两者计算结果的差距在9%以内.简化解析解的有效性,通过两种情况(两条相互平行隧道和两条相互垂直隧道)的计算得到验证.     

Analytical techniques for cell fractions. XXIII. A stable thermal gradient device for heat denaturation studies on proteins

The ISO-DALT two-dimensional electrophoretic system (1,2), based on the method of O'Farrell (3), is capable of performing large numbers of analysis on complex mixtures of proteins. However, both separations employed are carried out under dissociating or denaturing conditions and no enzyme activities are readily observable in the analyzed proteins. In order to identify the spots corresponding to particular enzymes, it is therefore necessary to employ some nondestructive resolving technique first and as a second step to perform both enzyme and two-dimensional electrophoretic analyses on the fractions generated. By correlating enzyme activity with intensity of various spots on the two-dimensional gels throughout the series of initial fractions, identifications, can be made. This approach, unlike the more direct immunoprecipitation methods (4), requires the running of large numbers of enzyme analyses and two-dimensional gels and some convenient initial resolving procedure. Convenient and rapid techniques for the analyses (5,6) and gels (1,2) have been described previously in this series and elsewhere. This paper deals with the use of selective denaturation in a temperature gradient as an initial resolving procedure and describes a simple thermal gradient device for generating such a gradient.     

Age changes in cells in Streptococcus diacetilactis cultures

The activity of metabolism changed in the cultures of Streptococcus diacetilactis, strain Bogdan, with aging. The number of viable cells decreased as well as the ability to evolve oxygen, to produce C-4 compounds, and to react to pH changes by liberating acids upon alkalifying or neutral products upon acidifying. After the culture had been grown during 72 hours, 2,3-butyleneglycol was found in the cultural broth, and the number of viable cells was low. As was revealed by electron microscopy, the cells were intact during 48 hours; they started to disintegrate by 72 hours. After 120 hours all cells were disintegrated. First, the cells produced no more mesosomes, became less electron dense; then the cell wall was decomposed and the contents of the cell poured through disruptions in the cytoplasmic membrane.
