为了有效地评估客户的可信度,提高信贷机构经济效益。文中通过统计学中的参数方法Logistic回归和非参数方法分类树这两种方法,建立两种模型对数据进行预测,应用SPSS软件的Binary Logistic Regression方法,利用ROC曲线的性质来对模型的性能进行评价,根据输出结果比较两种模型在应用中都是可行有效的,在实际操作中应因地制宜,把握两种方法的优势,得到更有价值的结果.     

机载航电系统通用ATS设计

文章从软硬件两方面讨论了机载航电系统通用ATS的设计方法.该系统以VXI总线模块、GPIB台式仪器硬件平台为依托,以ABBET标准软件结构为基础,采用格式化接口函数、仪器可互换和TPS可移植性技术,实现了机载航电系统ATS的标准化和通用化.     

A change management framework for macroergonomic field research

With the proliferation of macroergonomic field research, it is time to carefully examine how such research should be managed and implemented. We argue that the importance of attending to high-quality implementation of field research is equal to that of methodological rigor. One way to systematically manage the implementation process is to adopt a change management framework, wherein the research project is conceptualized as an instance of organization-level change. Consequently, principles for successful organization-level change from the literature on change management can be used to guide successful field research implementation. This paper briefly reviews that literature, deriving 30 principles of successful change management, covering topics such as political awareness, assembling the change team, generating buy-in, and management support. For each principle, corresponding suggestions for macroergonomic field research practice are presented. We urge other researchers to further develop and adopt frameworks that guide the implementation of field research.     

Interaction of transport resistances with biochemical reaction in packed-bed solid-state fermentors: effect of temperature gradients

Subdermal superficial liposuction, first presented by the authors at the ISAPS Congress at Zurich in 1989, is performed with thin three-hole Mercedes cannulas (diameter ranges from 1.8 to 2 mm) to treat small and secondary adiposities and to allow better skin retraction. Suction of the subdermal layer of fat reduces the thickness and consistency of the superficial fat and enhances the possibility of skin retraction. In cases where there is a large adiposity of the abdomen, arms, or inner thighs, there is a conspicuous volume of fat whose weight tends to overstretch and to carry the overlying skin downward. In these cases we need to reduce the large fat volume to permit effective skin retraction. Therefore, we apply the principles of traditional liposuction with those of subdermal superficial liposuction to aspirate large amounts of fat from all the adipose layers. We call this technique Massive All Layer Liposuction (MALL). The amount of skin shrinkage after this "defatting" procedure is remarkable and the clinical results are very good. The MALL technique can be applied to other areas as well. In our experience this new liposuction technique has dramatically reduced the indications of abdominoplasties and dermolipectomies of inner thighs and arms.     

Constrained multisine input signals for plant-friendly identification of chemical process systems

This paper considers the use of constrained minimum crest factor multisine signals as inputs for plant-friendly identification testing of chemical process systems. The methodology presented here effectively integrates operating restrictions, information-theoretic requirements, and state-of-the-art optimization techniques to design minimum crest factor multisine signals meeting important user-specified time and frequency domain properties. A series of optimization problem formulations relevant to problems in linear, nonlinear, and multivariable system identification are presented; these culminate with their application to the modeling of the Weischedel–McAvoy high-purity distillation column problem, a demanding nonlinear and highly interactive system. The effectiveness of these signals for modeling for control purposes and the ability to incorporate a priori nonlinear models in the signal design procedure are demonstrated in this distillation system case study.     

Treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. 30 years' experience at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

BACKGROUND: Therapy for childhood lymphoblastic leukemia has evolved during the past three decades, but key questions about what are the least toxic, most effective forms of treatment remain unanswered because of the lack of comprehensive follow-up information. METHODS: To assess long-term outcome in the series of clinical trials conducted at St. Jude Hospital, we compared the results of treatment typical of four eras: exploratory combination chemotherapy (era 1, 1962 to 1966; 91 patients), regimens for the control of meningeal leukemia (era 2, 1967 to 1979; 825 patients), limited intensification of therapy (era 3, 1979 to 1983; 428 patients), and extended intensification of therapy (era 4, 1984 to 1988; 358 patients). ("Intensification" refers to strategies of systemic chemotherapy that are more aggressive than conventional ones.) The major end points were survival and event-free survival; we also calculated the relative risk of treatment failure and the rate of relapse or death after treatment ended (post-treatment failure rate). RESULTS: The probability of event-free survival improved significantly in each successive era (P < 0.001 by the log-rank test), reaching 71 percent in era 4. There was a decrease of approximately 50 percent in the risk of treatment failure from one era to the next in each subgroup of patients defined according to different combinations of the leukocyte count, race, age, and sex. Leukemia appeared to be eradicated in patients who remained in complete remission for three years or more after treatment in era 4. The incidence of death due to nonleukemic causes remained 4 to 6 percent despite the trend toward more intensive treatment. An estimated 765 patients (45 percent) are long-term survivors; most of them (80 percent) have no health problems related to leukemia or its treatment. CONCLUSIONS: The development and successful application of preventive therapy for meningeal leukemia, followed by the intensification of systemic chemotherapy, has progressively improved the rate of cure of childhood lymphoblastic leukemia, with relatively few adverse sequelae.     

The ultrastructural characteristics of the changes in the rat liver in the dynamics of experimental endotoxemia

Electron microscopic study was performed in the experiments on the rat liver while intravenously administering E. coli endotoxin. The dynamics of ultrastructural disorders during endotoxemia has been established and the role of "Kupffer cell-hepatocyte" microsystem in the liver detoxification function is shown.     

Learning Deformable Shape Manifolds

We propose an approach to shape detection of highly deformable shapes in images via manifold learning with regression. Our method does not require shape key points be defined at high contrast image regions, nor do we need an initial estimate of the shape. We only require sufficient representative training data and a rough initial estimate of the object position and scale. We demonstrate the method for face shape learning, and provide a comparison to nonlinear Active Appearance Model. Our method is extremely accurate, to nearly pixel precision and is capable of accurately detecting the shape of faces undergoing extreme expression changes. The technique is robust to occlusions such as glasses and gives reasonable results for extremely degraded image resolutions.     

Assuring Microstructural Homegeniety in Dual Phase and Trip Steels

The presence of ferrite/pearlite bands in dual phase and TRIP assisted steels is a consequence of microchemical segregation which causes mechanical properties anisotropy. Such inhomogeneous phase distribution produces a lowering of the mechanical properties such as fracture behaviour. This anisotropy is commonly not accounted in micromechanics computations which often assume a random distribution of phases in the solid. The present paper deals with an integral model for this undesirable band formation accounting for the solute segregation caused by solidification, microcomponent diffusion present in the austenitisation process, and the nucleation of the transformed phase in segregated regions. In the present work, the model was applied to two industrial grade dual phase steels and two TRIP assisted steels. The influence of such parameters on band formation is summarised in a number of “band prevention plots”, which are aimed at providing the optimum processing conditions for ferrite/pearlite band prevention.
