福州市区配电网遭受百年一遇内涝损失的启示

1 台风引起市区配电网受损情况 2005年第19号台风“龙王”于10月2日21:35 在福建登陆,受其影响,10月2日20:00-22:00, 福州市区普降特大暴雨,市区1 h最大降雨量达 118 mm,3 h最大降雨量达276 mm(福州市区年平均降水量为1 393．6 mm),达到超百年一遇,为1937 年有实测纪录以来的最大值。     

基于随机搜索变异策略的人工蜂群算法

针对人工蜂群算法存在的收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优等缺点,提出了一种基于随机搜索策略的人工蜂群算法(RMABC).首先,采用随机选择的方式进行变异和扰动操作,增加种群的多样性,平衡算法的局部搜索能力和全局搜索能力;其次,改变侦察蜂阶段的搜索策略,将limit次不更新的蜜源替换为它的反向蜜源,加快算法的收敛速度.选取9个标准测试函数进行数值仿真实验,结果表明本文提出的算法具有较快的收敛速度和较高的求解精度,对复杂的数值优化问题寻优效果很好.     

重庆农村不同家庭能源消费研究

通过对重庆农村不同经济收入家庭的能源消费结构及消费指标的调查分析,得出重庆农村家庭能源消费结构与经济收入具有密切的相关性:随着人均收入的提高,农民生活的改善,薪柴、秸秆的使用比例降低,煤炭、电、液化气等商品能源的使用比例提高,能源消费结构趋于合理.农民收入较低是导致农村能源结构不合理的一个重要因素.实行农业产业化结构调整,增加农民收入是改善和优化农村能源结构的关键.     

甲磺酸倍他司汀片的离子色谱法测定

甲磺酸倍他司汀经氧瓶燃烧后用吸收液吸收,结构中的硫氧化成硫酸根,采用离子色谱法测定,并根据甲磺酸倍他司汀化学式的计量关系求出样品中有效药物的含量.结果硫在0.02～60 μg·m<'-1>浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为0.15%.

A specific complex between a polypeptide in the left helical conformation of polyproline type II and the B-DNA minor groove

The model of complex formation between polypeptide adopted lefthanded conformation of polyproline II type and minor groove of B-DNA presented. The specific recognition is attained due to possibility of hydrogen bond between Gly NH-group and Thymine O2-group and in addition between Pro CO-group and Guanine NH2-group and between Gly CO-group and Guanine NH2-group. Stereochemical satisfactory of the complex is observed.

The study of intrarenal and upper urinary tracts urodynamics in the presence of the ureteropelvic obstruction and of the function of the lower urinary tract shows that congenital hydronephrosis was in 42.8% of cases associated with bladder dysfunction presenting with hyperreflex-type dysfunction. Maladapted hyperreflex bladder was diagnosed in 29.4%, adapted--in 13.5% of cases. The hyporeflex dysfunction occurred in 15.9% of cases. The urinary bladder dysfunction in children with congenital hydronephrosis accounts for 58.7%. These aggravate the same defects of the upper urinary tracts and deteriorate the course of chronic obstructive pyelonephritis.
