A study was made of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system activity and plasmic concentrations of atrial natriuretic peptide (NUP) as well as antidiuretic hormone in children with primary glomerulonephritis. A close relationship was established of these parameters in regulation of water-salt homeostasis. The above systems are involved in pathogenesis of childhood glomerulonephritis. This finding should be considered in development of pathogenetically validated therapy of glomerulonephritis, including introduction of synthetic NUP. 相似文献

The effects of high hydrostatic pressures (P) and magnetic fields (H) in a broad temperature range (T=77–325 K) on the electric resistance (R) and magnetoresistance (ΔR/R 0) was studied in laser-deposited La0.7Sr0.1Pb0.2MnO3 single crystal films on (100)-oriented SrTiO3 substrates. A maximum response to the P and H variations was observed in the temperature interval of phase transitions (T=310–325 K). A growth in the pressure P leads to an increase in both R and ΔR/R 0 values, while an increase in the magnetic field strength H is accompanied by an increase in ΔR/R 0 and a drop in the electric resistance R of the single crystal films studied. 相似文献

Effect of different modifications of zeolite Na+-BEA on working characteristics of urease-based conductometric biosensor was studied. As the biosensor sensitive elements were used bioselective membranes based on urease and various zeolites immobilised with bovine serum albumin on the surface of conductometric transducers. Influence of zeolites on sensitivity of urea biosensor was investigated as well as reproducibility of biosensor signal and reproducibility of activity of the bioselective element after different variants of urease immobilisation on the surface of conductometric transducer. The biosensors based on zeolites (NH4+-BEA 30 and H+-BEA 30) were shown to be the most sensitive. Concentration of these zeolites in the bioselective membrane was optimized. Use of zeolites modified with methyl viologen and silver was ascertained to be of no prospect for urea conductometric biosensors.
