Sol-Gel Preparation of LaNiO3 and Its Physical and Chemical Properties

LaNiO3 was synthesized by sol-gel method in which lanthanum nitrate and nickel nitrate were used as start materials and citric acid was used as complex for gel formation.The precursor was dried and subsequently heated at elevated temperature to form the desired product.XRD analysis shows that pure LaNiO3 was synthesized.Electrical conductivity and electrochemical performance of the material were tested.The electrical conductivity decreases from 34.5that there are current peaks in the curve, which is the evidence of the electrochemical activity of LaNiO3.

烧成及热处理工艺对钛酸锶铅基热敏材料性能及显微结构的影响

研究了烧成及热处理工艺对钛酸锶铅基热敏材料的阻温特性及显微结构的影响。通过扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）和能量分散仪（ＥＤＡＸ）分析了材料的显微结构及不同形貌晶粒的成份。通过对组成、烧成及热处理工艺的控制，可得到具有Ｖ型ＰＴＣＲ特性的热敏材料。     

改善磁盘阵列性能的方法

磁盘阵列是解决计算机Ｉ／Ｏ瓶颈问题的有效方法之一，通过对现有磁盘阵列结构的研究，提出了４种改善磁盘阵列性能的方法，即良分利用磁盘带宽，平衡多盘的负载，减少奇偶检验数据存取时间和磁盘阵列Ｃａｃｈｅ技术等，分析结果表明：在事务处理应用领域，利用Ｃａｃｈｅ来把小写转化为大写可大大改善目前一般情况下，以一道数据大小来作为磁盘的基本存取大小是合适的选择，磁盘阵列负载平衡设计不足是指正常模式下系统请求在多盘间     

浅谈托辊的开发与实践

本钢１７００连轧机应用的托辊原由外企业制作，为了减少公司资金外流，公司技术人员和工人结合现有的生产条件，先后攻克了辊身铸造和加工，托辊装配等工艺方面的难关，研制成功了合格的产品，年创经济效益８０万元。

周培协三角剖分是否能得到最小权三角剖分，周培德在《周培德三角部分不是最小权三角剖分》一文撰写之前已有新的结论，本文还指出《周培德三角剖分不是最小权三角剖分》一文所举反例不成立。     

Estimation of the log-normal mean

The most commonly used estimator for a log-normal mean is the sample mean. In this paper, we show that this estimator can have a large mean square error, even for large samples. Then, we study three main alternative estimators: (i) a uniformly minimum variance unbiased (UMVU) estimator; (ii) a maximum likelihood (ML) estimator; (iii) a conditionally minimal mean square error (MSE) estimator. We find that the conditionally minimal MSE estimator has the smallest mean square error among the four estimators considered here, regardless of the sample size and the skewness of the log-normal population. However, for large samples (n > or = 200), the UMVU estimator, the ML estimator, and the conditionally minimal MSE estimators have very similar mean square errors. Since the ML estimator is the easiest to compute among these three estimators, for large samples we recommend the use of the ML estimator. For small to moderate samples, we recommend the use of the conditionally minimal MSE estimator.
