低潮时期宽带网建设需要注意的问题

宽带建设低潮期实际上是一次优胜劣汰的过程,宽带运营竞争的手段将由低价竞争转向服务质量和特色的竞争。应在重视宽带接入建设的同时,也要重视业务运营管理平台的建设。应从长远考虑,不应仅为了节省投资而降低对设备的要求。由于降低成本的主要方向是在线缆部分,因此EVDSL技术应用的速度将大大超过人们的预期。在网络建设上,IPDSLAM虽有优势但也有不足,还需要进一步的成熟、稳定和实践的检验。     

Influence of CYP3A5 polymorphism on tacrolimus blood concentrations in renal transplant patients

Objective Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressive drug with narrow therapeutic range and wide interindividual variation in its pharmacokinetics. Tacrolimus is a substrate of cytochrome P450(CYP)3A5. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether the A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus concentration /dose ratio. Methods Fifty-two Chinese renal transplant patients were enrolled in this study. Their body weight, dosage and concentration of tacrolimus were observed. CYP3A5 genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results A significant association was found between tacrolimus levels per dose/kg/d and CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism (P<0.001). The CYP3A5 * 3 * 3 patients have a significantly higher tacrolimus level/dose than CYP3A5 * 1 * 1 and CYP3A5 * 1 * 3. Conclusions CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus pharmacokinetics and dose requirements. Pharmacogenetic methods could be employed prospectively to help the dose selection and to individualize immunosuppressive therapy according to the result. 用于非均匀介质重建的选代算法收敛性的研究

研究轴对称二维非均匀介质重建迭代算法的收敛性问题。首先借助于玻恩近似将非线性积分方程线性化，然后，利用玻恩迭代法和变形玻恩迭代法，由散射场数据对轴对称二维非均匀介质进行重建。通过几个例子研究了影响迭代算法收敛性的几种因素，如送代算法本身、积分离散化后的网格划分、正则化方法中的正则化参数选取等。     

大规模电力系统不对称短路的分块射影解法

本文把网络的分块射影法用于大规模电力系统不对称短路的分析计算。研究表明：该方法对短路计算是可行的。一旦求出了射影张量，即可重复用于后续的计算，只需改变故障所在的那一个子网络的射影张量。本文提出的网络分块射影算法为大规模电力系统的分析计算提供了一条崭新的途径。     

热物理性质测试技术研究现状和发展趋势

本文在对热物理性质研究在热能工程、材料科学、信息科学、航天工程、环境工程、生物科学、微电子技术和计量学等众多科技领域中的重要性进行探讨的基础上，评述了热物理性质测试技术的研究现状和发展趋势。鉴于薄膜材料在微电子器件、集成电路和微电子机械系统等领域中日益广泛的应用，本文还综述了亚微米－纳米尺度薄膜材料热导率和热扩散率的测试新技术。     

A modified rainflow counting method

The rainflow counting method is commonly recognized to be a good cyclic counting method in fatigue life prediction and for testing engineering components and structures. However, it has some shortcomings, which are pointed out in this paper in connection with the analysis of the stress-strain response. A modified rainflow counting method is presented. Case studies show that all the cycles really existing in the stress-strain response that cannot be counted by the rainflow counting method can be counted by the modified rainflow counting method. So it can be said that the modified rainflow counting method is a more reasonable cycling counting method than the traditional rainflow counting method.     

DLL23XA双侧向测井仪的研制

以往双侧向测井仪动态范围小，测量精度低，为此开发了DLL23XA双侧向测井仪。该仪器主要单元采用厚膜电路，稳定性、一致性好；深、浅屏流源采用可变功率控制，提高了仪器的动态范围。仪器采用3506P例进行数据传输，可方便地配接各种地面系统。     

静电火灾的产生及其防治

文章详细分析了静电产生的机理，指出积聚静电电荷的多少与材料的电阻率和介电常数有关。讨论了静电火灾发生的条件，指出静电火灾的发生具有隐蔽性、复杂性和突发性。但只要对其规律进行深入地研究，可以找到有效地防止静电火灾发生的办法。     

非均匀介质中的场与波：理论及其在电测井中的应用

本文综述了非均匀介质中场与波理论近年来的研究进展及其应用成果，着重介绍了非均匀介质中的电磁场正演分析和反演计算中的各种高效数值方法，以及它们在电法测井数值模拟和成象研究中的成功应用。
