虚拟仪器的软件开发

用ＬａｂＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ／ＣＶＩ针对不同硬件平台开发了几套虚拟仪器。通过ＣＶＩ的实际应用来阐述用该平台开发虚拟仪器的软件开发过程和此过程中所运用的ＣＶＩ中的高级编程技术。     

乳液施胶剂AS39用于双胶纸的中性施胶

本文介绍了采用松香中性胶AS39对双面胶版纸进行中性施胶的有关情况，试用结果表明，采用AS39中性施胶以后，（1）可以显著提高成纸的强度，成纸的白度，不透明度，平滑度均有改善。（2）细小组分留着率明显提高，流失大大减少。（3）可以产生明显的经济效益。     

方兴未艾的VSAT技术

本文介绍卫星通信VSAT技术。VSAT应用了大规模集成电路、数字信号处理和微处理器等新技术,具有成本低、体积小、智能化、信道利用率高等特点。目前,VSAT技术正向第四代发展,其新型技术包括星上基带处理技术、系统微型化技术和多址方式等。

Marker proteins in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with grave craniocerebral injury

The permeability of the blood-brain barrier for the cerebrospinal fluid marker proteins has been assessed in patients with grave craniocerebral injuries. The content of albumin and alpha 2-macroglobulin in the survivors decreased with time and by day 7 after the injury was virtually normal. In patients who died the content of these proteins was reliably increased starting from day 1. By day 7 the content of albumin in the cerebrospinal fluid approached the norm in this group, whereas the content of alpha 2-macroglobulin remained increased. The level of IgG surpassed the normal value on day 1 only in the patients who died, and later it did not differ from the norm in both groups.     

A preclinical trial of iodoantipyrine safety

Intraluminal coagulation of a ventricular catheter followed by its removal and replacement is a technique used for proximal shunt revision. The authors describe experience leaving the original catheter in place when flow of CSF is established by the coagulation. Advantages of this modification include maintenance of ventricular access when the ventricles are small and the possibility of reducing the incidence of subsequent shunt obstruction by mitigating intraventricular hemorrhage caused by catheter removal.     

Effects of pyriproxyfen on engorged females and newly oviposited eggs of the lone star tick (Acari:Ixodidae)

Engorged females and 1- to 3-d-old eggs of the lone star tick, Amblyomma americanum (L), were exposed to 9 treatments of pyriproxyfen (4, 8, and 16 micrograms/cm2) in glass vials at exposure periods of 7 d, 14 d, and continuous at each dosage level. Treatment of newly engorged females did not affect the number of females ovipositing, but the number of eggs oviposited decreased as dosage and exposure time increased. Complete inhibition of egg hatch occurred at all treatment levels except that of the lowest dosage and exposure time where 99.9% inhibition was observed. Egg masses from treated females contained eggs that turned a dark amber color and imploded, retained normal shape and color without visible evidence of embryogenesis, or had developed embryos that were unable to emerge. Treatments of 1-to 3-d-old eggs were effective in reducing hatch and larval survivorship to 25 d after emergence only at the continuous exposures of dosages of 4, 8, and 16 micrograms/cm2. Larvae emerging from eggs treated at the lower dosage rates of 0.2 and 0.02 microgram/cm2 were as successful in feeding on chickens and subsequently molting as acetone treated control ticks.
