For the selection of compounds affecting the hemorrheologic status a method for reproducing disorders of blood rheologic properties in vitro was developed. It consists in 60-min incubation of blood at 42 degrees C. The hemorrheologic effect of quercetin under such conditions was studied and a dependence of the effect of quercetin on blood viscosity and red cell aggregation on the drug concentration was revealed. 相似文献

Studied in the course of a multiple-modality treatment of patients with stage III to IV ovarian cancer were effects of retinol and tocopheroli acetas and enterosorption with a silicone sorbent polysorb on the processes of lipid peroxidation and indices for the antioxidant system, for which purpose 75 female subjects were examined. The results obtained showed that retinol and tocopheroli acetas and enterosorption combined in treatment of patients with stage III-IV ovarian cancer made for stabilization of the processes of lipid peroxidation as well as for normalization of blood plasma content of factors of the antioxidant defence. 相似文献

The determining mechanism of memory regulation is a system involving the right temporal region and two anterior frontal regions. This is a cortical part of the integral system of the emotional regulation of memory. The dopaminergic mechanism forms the basis for fortifying the emotiogenic memory system, promoting the facilitation of retrieval. The selective emotional set of aggressive and submissive mice determines both the processes of extinction, development of amnesia, and subsequent reactivation of a memory trace induced by neuropharmacological agents. The GABA system is shown to enter the mechanism that controls the activity of dopamine system--dopamine release from the terminals of the nigrostriatal and mesolimbic dopaminergic systems is stimulated. The neurochemical background in the development of amnesia or forgetting determines the subsequent retrieval of a memory trace. The dopamine and GABA systems are common links in the retrieval of amnestic and forgetting memory traces, respectively. A substantial rise of met-enkephaline levels along with the maximum increase of D2-receptor density in the frontal cortex, amygdala, striatum, and hippocampus were observed in rats after learning. In vitro experiments indicated that met-enkephaline and beta-endorphine stabilized the kinetics of dopamine-receptor interactions. 相似文献

Errors in pointing to actual and remembered targets presented in three-dimensional (3D) space in a dark room were studied under various conditions of visual feedback. During their movements, subjects either had no vision of their arms or of the target, vision of the target but not of their arms, vision of a light-emitting diode (LED) on their moving index fingertip but not of the target, or vision of an LED on their moving index fingertip and of the target. Errors depended critically upon feedback condition. 3D errors were largest for movements to remembered targets without visual feedback, diminished with vision of the moving fingertip, and diminished further with vision of the target and vision of the finger and the target. Moreover, the different conditions differentially influenced the radial distance, azimuth, and elevation errors, indicating that subjects control motion along all three axes relatively independently. The pattern of errors suggest that the neural systems that mediate processing of actual versus remembered targets may have different capacities for integrating visual and proprioceptive information in order to program spatially directed arm movements. 相似文献
