Sedacorone (amiodarone) was given to 70 outpatients with coronary heart disease for 1.5-2 years to prevent paroxysms of cardiac arrhythmia after recovery of sinus rhythm. Sedacorone was administered initially in the dose 600 mg/day for 10-12 days, then the dose lowering was adjusted to the tolerance, heart rate and ECG readings. The minimal dose of 200 mg/day was taken for 5 days a week with a 2-day interval. In adequate individual dose Sedacorone prevented paroxysms of cardiac fibrillation or made the paroxysms less frequent in 91.4% of patients. Careful selection of patients and regular control helped avoid serious cardial and extracardiac complications. Sedacorone is recommended as a first-line medicine for outpatients with frequent paroxysms of cardiac fibrillations after recovery of the sinus rhythm to prevent the paroxysms recurrences. 相似文献

Assignments are presented for spectra of hot water obtained in absorption in sunspots (T approximately 3000°C and 750 = nu; = 1010 cm-1) and in emission in the laboratory (T approximately 1550°C and 370 = nu; = 930 cm-1). These assignments are made using variational nuclear motion calculations based on a high-level ab initio electronic surface, with allowance for both adiabatic and nonadiabatic corrections to the Born-Oppenheimer approximation. Some 3000 of the 4700 transitions observed in the laboratory spectrum are assigned as well as 1687 transitions observed in the sunspot spectrum. All strong lines are now assigned in the sunspot measurements. These transitions involve mostly high-lying rotational levels within the (0,0,0), (0,1,0), (0,2,0), (1,0,0), and (0,0,1) vibrational states. Transitions within the (0,3,0), (0,4,0), (1,1,0), (0,1,1), (0,2,1), (1,1,1), (1,2,0), and (1,0,1) states are also assigned. For most bands the range of Ka values observed is significantly extended, usually doubled. New features observed include numerous cases where the closely degenerate levels JKaKc and JKaKc+1 with high Ka are split by Coriolis interactions. Successful autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation depend on safe hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) cryopreservation and storage. Several successful methods for cryopreservation and storage have been established and are commonly used all over the world. However, little is known about the effects of long-term cryopreservation on the capacity to sustain a complete immunohematopoietic engraftment. Several authors have investigated stem cell viability after cryopreservation and storage for more than 5 years and reported preclinical good viabilities in terms of dye-exclusion or colony-forming capability in vitro. Only two studies using BM cryopreserved for more than 5 years for transplantation are reported, but they did not provide proof of trilineage engraftment. In February 1997 at our institution, a patient with relapsed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma underwent ABMT with BM harvested in February 1990. He achieved a granulocyte count > 500 x 10(6)/L on day 21 and a self-supporting platelet count > 20 x 10(9)/L on day 30. After day 29, his hemoglobin level was satisfactory without need of transfusion support. This successful trilineage engraftment with cryopreserved BM that had been stored for 7 years suggests that HSC are able to maintain their capability to reconstitute hematopoiesis for a long time. 相似文献

Previous spectroscopically determined potentials for both H216O and NO2 are discussed. It is shown that a recent H216O potential energy surface due to D. Xie and G. Yan (1996. Chem. Phys. Lett. 248, 409), which was determined by fits to vibrational term values alone and was claimed to be more accurate than other published spectroscopically determined potentials for this system, actually gives unacceptably poor results for rotationally excited water. Reasons for this failure are discussed and the dangers of relying on vibrational term values alone are emphasized. Previous spectroscopic potentials for ground state NO2 are all found to have problems with unphysical minima ("holes"). Starting from the potential energy surface for the ground (&Xtilde;2A1) electronic state of NO2 constructed by S. A. Tashkun and P. Jensen (1994. J. Mol. Spectrosc. 165, 173) using the approximate MORBID approach a suitable starting point for fits using an exact kinetic energy operator approach was constructed. Least-squares fits to 17 potential parameters gives a potential which reproduces 173 vibrational term values with a standard deviation of only 2.8 cm-1 in the low-energy region (<10 000 cm-1). For many even levels below, and all levels above, approximately 10 000 cm-1 the first excited electronic state (Ã2B2) perturbs the vibrational energy levels of the ground state. We were unable to fit these levels. Tests show that the resulting effective potential surface has no problems with unphysical holes and gives a reasonable representation of the rotational structure of the low-lying vibrational states of NO2. In previous work we have demonstrated that dehydroleucodine (DhL) prevents gastric damage induced by necrosis-inducing agents such as absolute ethanol (EtOH). In this study we examine the effects of DhL on gastroduodenal morphology and monoamine levels by histological and biochemical methods, respectively, as an approach to elucidating the cytoprotective mechanism of the drug. Histological evidence shows that DhL prevents formation of gastroduodenal mucosal lesions induced by EtOH and that this protective effect is related to the ability of the drug to stimulate mucus production. DhL itself does not affect the tissue concentration of NE, DA and 5-HT. However, it prevents the depletion of DA and 5-HT provoked by EtOH. We propose that the abundant mucoid blanket secreted after treatment with DhL acts as a diffusion barrier against EtOH. It is also possible that DhL could act as a "cell stabilizer," by inhibiting the degranulation of cells containing monoamines. 相似文献

Exposure to lead is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. Outbred white male rats were injected with lead acetate intraperitoneally three times a week and/or were forced to run at a speed of 25 m/min for 10 min 5 days a week. We performed noninvasive recording of arterial pressure, electrocardiogram and breathing parameters, and assessed some biochemical characteristics. Electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel was used to determine the ratio of myosin heavy chains. An in vitro motility assay was employed to measure the sliding velocity of regulated thin filaments on myosin. Isolated multicellular preparations of the right ventricle myocardium were used to study contractility in isometric and physiological modes of contraction. Exercise under lead intoxication normalized the level of calcium and activity of the angiotensin-converting enzyme in the blood serum, normalized the isoelectric line voltage and T-wave amplitude on the electrocardiogram, increased the level of creatine kinase-MB and reduced the inspiratory rate. Additionally, the maximum sliding velocity and the myosin heavy chain ratio were partly normalized. The effect of exercise under lead intoxication on myocardial contractility was found to be variable.
