The structural, optical, and photoelectric properties of polymorphous silicon films produced by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition from a mixture of monosilane and hydrogen at high pressure are studied. Variations in the pressure of the gas mixture used for film production barely change the Raman spectra of the films, but induce changes in the photoconductivity and in the absorption spectrum obtained by the constant-photocurrent technique. The experimentally observed change in the optical and photoelectric parameters of the films is attributed to some structural changes induced in the films by variations in the deposition parameters. 相似文献

Administration of eicosapentaenic acid (EPA) preparations to patients with type IIb hyperlipoproteinemia brought about a 22-36-percent decrease in blood serum of total cholesterol, triglycerides, beta-lipoproteins, and total lipids. At the same time the administration of EPA preparations was followed by the acquisition of the antiatherosclerotic properties by the patients and healthy donors serum. This could be judged from the reduction of intracellular cholesterol accumulation and intensity of the proliferation of the cells of human aorta intima, inoculated into the culture of the study serum. The data obtained suggest that the antiatherosclerotic properties of the serum are determined to a certain degree by the correlation in it between EPA and arachidonic acid. 相似文献

An increase in the strength of the existing high-strength medium-carbon steels is accompanied by a decrease in their ductility and plasticity, which reduces the reliability of structures from these materials and limits the possibility of decreasing the mass of aircraft parts and raising their efficiency. A way to improve the ductility parameters of steels consists of decreasing the content of impurities in them. In order to correctly ascertain the admissible content of impurities and estimate their effect on the properties of steels, we should study the mechanism of the influence of impurities on the destruction processes in high-strength medium-carbon steels.
