在自动数据采集中,如何维持无线射频识别(RFID)技术对海量数据的处理效率极为重要。针对RFID数据的特点以及目前RFID数据处理方法的不足,提出一种基于复杂事件处理的RFID数据处理模型,并提供相关的定义,阐述其功能模块及解决方案。该模型实现了从大量的RFID原始数据中提取出对应用程序有意义的事件。最后以面向制造业的RFID应用为例对基于复杂事件处理技术的RFID数据处理模型进行了研究并说明了其应用优势。 相似文献

利用P507-磺化煤油体系对电解金属锰合格液中的锰镁组分进行了萃取研究。分别对硫酸铵的浓度,P507的体积分数,皂化率,相比以及反萃工艺中的各个参数进行了探讨。结果表明:在硫酸铵浓度为78.00 g/L,P507体积分数为30%,皂化率为20%,相比为1∶1等条件下,镁的萃取率达到48.57%,锰的萃取率达到了75.00%;反萃过程中镁的最高反萃率为45.84%,但锰的反萃率均为零。该研究为电解金属锰合格液中锰镁的萃取分离提供了必要的理论依据,对我国电解金属锰生产工艺的完善有较大的促进作用。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Previous studies have suggested varying molecular weights for mast cell derived tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha ) and little data exist upon the factors which may regulate the control of this cytokine in these cells. OBJECTIVE: To determine the molecular weight of canine mastocytoma-derived TNF alpha, to determine whether it is pre-formed within the granule and whether is expression could be up-regulated by stem cell factor (SCF). METHODS: Molecular sizing was assessed by immunoblot. The cellular localization of the TNF alpha was determined by immunocytochemistry before and after stimulation by A23187 and passive sensitization. Subcellular localization was performed by immunogold immunocytochemistry. Changes in the level of mastocytoma mRNA for TNF alpha in response to stimulation with SCF or fibroblast conditioned media for up to 12 weeks were studied using Northern analysis and changes in the level of TNF alpha protein expression on immunoblot and immunocytochemistry. RESULTS: Mast cells contained authentic 17 kDa TNF alpha as identified by immunoblotting. Immunocytochemical studies demonstrated preformed TNF alpha which was released by stimulation with antigen after passive sensitization, or by the calcium ionophore A23187. Further confirmation of the preformed nature of this TNF alpha was provided by immunogold electron microscopy which localized this cytokine to the granule of the inactive mast cell. Northern blotting revealed a constitutive message for TNF alpha, which increased in response to fibroblast conditioned media (FCM) and to recombinant human SCF. Immunocytochemical studies of mast cells cultured long-term with FCM or with recombinant SCF showed increased expression of TNF alpha over the course of 12 weeks incubation with these stimuli. CONCLUSION: Mastocytoma derived-TNF alpha is a preformed, granule-associated 17 kDa cytokine which is released on stimulation with A23187 or passive sensitization. BACKGROUND: The inner medullary collecting duct (IMCD) is composed of at least two functionally and morphologically distinct segments, the initial (IMCDi) and the terminal (IMCDt) portions. However, most studies of receptor signaling have been performed on cells obtained from the entire inner medulla. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the patterns of receptor-activated cAMP accumulation were different between these segments. METHODS: We measured cAMP accumulation stimulated by vasopressin and isoproterenol, and the effect of epinephrine in freshly dissected IMCDi and IMCDt segments cultured and IMCDi and IMCDt cells in primary culture. RESULTS: The maximum response to vasopressin was twofold higher in fresh IMCDt verus IMCDi (P < 0.05), however, it increased in cultured IMCDi by 40% verus fresh cells with no change in the response in fresh verus cultured IMCDt. The maximum response to isoproterenol was small in fresh cells but increased by five- and sixfold, respectively, in cultured IMCDi and IMCDt cells. alpha 2-Adrenoceptor stimulation almost completely inhibited both vasopressin and isoproterenol-stimulated cAMP accumulations in fresh IMCDi and IMCDt cells, but only partially inhibited either accumulation by 34 to 49% in cultured cells. CONCLUSIONS: (1) IMCDi and IMCDt cells are both subject to vasopressin and alpha 2- and beta-adrenergic regulation of adenylyl cyclase activity; (2) the relative influence of beta-adrenergic, alpha 2-adrenergic and V2 receptors to affect cAMP accumulation is altered in primary culture versus freshly dissected IMCD segments, suggesting that caution must be exercised in the extrapolation of data from cultured IMCD cells to in vivo models. 相似文献

Nephrotoxicity occurs following intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration of 2-chloroaniline or 4-chloroaniline hydrochloride to Fischer 344 rats, but the nephrotoxicant chemical species and mechanism of nephrotoxicity are unknown. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vivo and in vitro nephrotoxic potential of 2-amino-5-chlorophenol and 4-amino-3-chlorophenol, metabolites of 4-chloroaniline and 2-chloroaniline. A comparison was also made between the nephrotoxic potential of the aminochlorophenols and the corresponding aminophenols to examine the effect of adding a chloride group on the nephrotoxic potential of the animophenols. Male Fischer 344 rats (4/group) were given an i.p. injection of a chloroaniline or aminochlorophenol hydrochloride (1.5 mmol/kg), and aminophenol (1.0 or 1.5 mmol/kg), or vehicle, and renal function monitored at 24 and 48 h. Both aminochlorophenols induced smaller and fewer renal effects that the parent chloroanilenes in vivo. Also, 4-aminophenol was markedly more potent as a nephrotoxicant that 4-amino-3-chlorophenol, while 2-aminophenol and 2-amino-5-chlorophenol induced only mild change in renal function. In vitro, the phenolic compounds reduce p-aminohippurate accumulation by renal cortical slices at bath concentrations of 0.01 mM, while a bath concentration of 0.50 mM or greater was required for the chloroanilines. However, all compounds reduced tetraethylammonium accumulation at bath concentrations of 0.1-0.5 mM or greater. These results indicate that extrarenally-produced aminochlorophenol metabolites do not contribute to the mechanism of chloroaniline nephrotoxicity. Also, the reduced nephrotoxic potential of 4-amino-3-chlorophenol compared to 4-aminophenol could result from an altered ability of the aminochlorophenol to redox cycle or form conjugates. 相似文献
