Strongly adhered layers of the compound with the primary amino group directed toward the solution were obtained at the gold surface by chronoamperometric electroreduction of 4-aminoethylobenzenodiazonium salt (AEBD) in acetonitrile solution at appropriately selected potential. The used techniques (EQCM, AFM, EIS, PM, IRRAS) showed that the nature and thickness of formed aminoethylophenyl layer strongly depend on the potential applied to the electrode. Electroreduction of AEBD salt at a potential more negative than -0.6 V (vs Ag/AgCl) leads to about monolayer on the gold surface. Additionally, such a layer was very tight and uniform. The electrochemical measurements indicate that the efficient and precise attachment of biomolecules to the aminoethylophenyl layer is only possible when this layer is formed at appropriate potential. Transparent cobalt‐doped magnesium aluminate spinel (Co:MgAl2O4) ceramics with a submicrometer grain size were prepared by spark plasma sintering. For the first time, the nonlinear absorption of Co:MgAl2O4 transparent ceramics was experimentally demonstrated. Both ground state absorption (σGSA) and excited state absorption (σESA) were estimated using the solid‐state slow saturable absorber model based on absorption saturation measurements performed at 1.535 μm. σGSA and σESA for 0.03 at.% Co:MgAl2O4 were found to be 4.1 × 10?19 cm2 and 4.0 × 10?20 cm2, respectively. In the case of 0.06 at.% Co:MgAl2O4 ceramics, σGSA = 2.6 × 10?19 cm2 and σESA= 5.3 × 10?20 cm2 were determined. 相似文献

Two series of amorphous silicon nitride layers (a-SiNx:H) were formed with Radio Frequency Chemical Vapor Deposition method (13.56 MHz) from a NH3/SiH4 gas mixture: the first one on Si (001) and the second on glass. The deposition process was repeated at various [NH3]/[SiH4] ratios, while the other parameters (pressure, plasma generator power, substrate temperature, total gas flow, and time) were kept constant. It has been confirmed in optical measurements that the refractive indexes decrease for the layers obtained at increasing [NH3]/[SiH4] ratios. Simultaneously, the position of the band assigned to Si-H stretching vibrations (at about 2100 cm− 1) shifts towards higher frequencies. The observed dependencies were applied in evaluation of nitrogen and hydrogen contents in the respective layers. It has been shown that when [NH3]/[SiH4] increases from 0 (no silane flow) to 0.2 then the a-SiNx:H layers of x = [N]/[Si] increasing between 0 and nearly 1.4 may be obtained. The obtained layers have the refractive indexes higher than 2.1 and lower than 2.7 which make them good materials for antireflective coatings on crystalline and multicrystalline silicon solar cells. 相似文献

This paper describes the Automated Reasoning for Mizar ( $\textsf{Miz}\mathbb{AR}$ ) service, which integrates several automated reasoning, artificial intelligence, and presentation tools with Mizar and its authoring environment. The service provides ATP assistance to Mizar authors in finding and explaining proofs, and offers generation of Mizar problems as challenges to ATP systems. The service is based on a sound translation from the Mizar language to that of first-order ATP systems, and relies on the recent progress in application of ATP systems in large theories containing tens of thousands of available facts. We present the main features of $\textsf{Miz}\mathbb{AR}$ services, followed by an account of initial experiments in finding proofs with the ATP assistance. Our initial experience indicates that the tool offers substantial help in exploring the Mizar library and in preparing new Mizar articles. 相似文献

Transparent and intumescent polymer‐silicate hydrogels were synthesized by free‐radical polymerization, in the presence of the redox initiators system (potassium persulphate/sodium thiosulphate) and cross‐linking monomer (N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide). Hydrogels obtained in such a manner were rheologically tested and it was found that the same sample with a different sodium acrylate concentration polymerized faster when its content was lower. The spectroscopic and thermal analysis proved that the polymer combines with sodium silicate by hydrogen bonds and during thermal degradation only small polymer fragments and water molecules were released. NMR studies have shown that the content of water glass causes shorter relaxation times. Conducted fire tests showed that glass panes systems filled with the tested hydrogels meet the relevant construction standards and what is their big advantage, a thin 1 mm layer of polymer‐silicate gel is sufficient for this purpose. We believe that these results will contribute to the development of intumescent hydrogels with enhanced fire‐retardant properties. POLYM. ENG. Neoplasms derived from follicular tissue are extremely rare. Clinically, they are reported as non-symptomatic, slow-growing nodules. These lesions are mainly benign, but the malignant type can occur. Mainly middle-aged people (50–60 years of age) are affected. These carcinomas are mainly localized on the head and neck or torso. They can be locally aggressive and infiltrate surrounding tissue and metastasize to regional lymph nodes. In the minority of cases, distant metastases are diagnosed. Quick and relevant diagnosis is the basis of a treatment for all types of tumors. The patient’s life expectancy depends on multiple prognostic factors, including the primary tumor size and its mitotic count. Patients should be referred to a specialized skin cancer center to receive optimal multidisciplinary treatment. Computing a suitable measure of consensus among several clusterings on the same data is an important problem that arises in several areas such as computational biology and data mining. In this paper, we formalize a set-theoretic model for computing such a similarity measure. Roughly speaking, in this model we have k>1 partitions (clusters) of the same data set each containing the same number of sets and the goal is to align the sets in each partition to minimize a similarity measure. For k=2, a polynomial-time solution was proposed by Gusfield (Information Processing Letters 82 (2002) 159-164). In this paper, we show that the problem is MAX-SNP-hard for k=3 even if each partition in each cluster contains no more than 2 elements and provide a -approximation algorithm for the problem for any k. 相似文献
