Changes in particle size, surface state, and composition brought about by planetary and vibration milling of silicon and quartz in various permittivity liquids were investigated. Using a variety of spectroscopic techniques (IRS, XPS, and Mössbauer spectroscopy) the changes in quality of the superficial layers of milled particles have been determined. During energy-intensive milling, the material being milled intensively interacts with the media and milling environment. The nature of the interaction and quality of the surface shell covering the milled particles depend on the reactivity and hardness of the interacting solids and of the milling environment. During planetary milling of silicon with tungsten carbide media, the superficial layers are formed by silicon suboxides and silicon oxide. The thickness of the superficial layer and the share of SiO2 increase with increasing permittivity of liquids. Milling with steel media results in a more complicated composition of the superficial layer. According to Mössbauer spectra, the iron is present in two main forms: as a magnetically ordered form identical with basic material of balls and in a paramagnetic form as a product of a mechanically stimulated surface reaction between Si and Fe. The presence of the superficial layers on the milled particles of silicon and quartz markedly influences the values of the specific surface area. This influence should be taken into consideration when calculating the specific contamination of the milled powder. 相似文献

In order to face new regulation directives regarding the environment and also for improving their customer relationship, enterprises
have to increasingly be more able to manage their product information during the entire lifecycle. One of the objectives among
others in this paper is to deal with product traceability along the product lifecycle. To meet this objective, the information
system has to be designed and, further built in such a way all information regarding products is recorded. The IEC 62264 standards
define generic logical models for exchanging product and process information between business and manufacturing levels of
enterprise applications. Thus, it can be a base for product information traceability. However, its complexity comes from the
fact it mixes conceptual and implementation details while no methodology exists that defines how to instantiate it. Product
traceability is then needed to increase its abstraction level in order to concentrate on its concepts and managing its application
by providing a methodology for its instantiation. In this paper, we propose to map the IEC 62264 standard models to a particular
view of Zachman framework in order to make the framework concrete as a guideline for applying the standard and for providing

This research aimed to evaluate the effect of nitrate on anaerobic azo dye reduction by using mesophilic bioreactors, in the absence (reactor R2) and in the presence (reactor R1) of redox mediators. The azo dye Reactive Red 2 (RR2) and the redox mediator anthraquinone-2,6-disulphonate (AQDS) were selected as model compounds. The results showed that the bioreactors were efficient on RR2 reduction, in which ethanol showed to be a good electron donor to sustain dye reduction under anaerobic conditions. The redox mediator AQDS increased the rates of reductive decolourisation, but its effect was not so remarkable compared to the previous experiments conducted. Contrary to the raised hypothesis that the nitrate addition could decrease decolourisation rates and catalytic properties of the redox mediators, no effect of nitrate was observed in the bioreactors, suggesting that the presence of nitrate in textile wastewaters will not decrease the capacity of anaerobic reactors supplemented or not with redox mediators to decolourize azo dyes. 相似文献

在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢进行等温压缩试验,得到变形温度在900~1200℃、应变速率在0.001~10 s-1、变形量为60%时的高温流动应力-应变曲线。结合金相实验,研究2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢在不同变形条件下微观组织的演变规律,建立2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢在高温塑性变形过程中的动态再结晶数学模型。将模型与有限元结合,对热压缩过程的组织演化进行数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果的相对误差小于11%,验证了模型的正确性。 相似文献
