在重复率脉冲固体激光器中,由于储能电容需要频繁的充放电,通常采用谐振充电电路以适应其负载的大范围变化。为此研制了开关频率为20kHz,充电电流为2.1A,最高充电电压为1.86kV的半桥串联谐振充电电路。该电路工作于电流断续模式,开关管的开通和关断均为软开关。通过对周期电压、电流递推公式的分析,表明该工作模式中每个周期的平均充电电流均为恒定。应用递推公式计算稳态和暂态谐振电容电压和电流,结果显示暂态最大工作电压是稳态最大电压的2倍,暂态最大电流为稳态最大峰值电流的1.5倍,为谐振电容和开关管的选取提供了依据。  相似文献

The Cryogenic Dark Matter Search (CDMS) utilizes large mass, 3″ diameter × 1″ thick target masses as particle detectors. The target is instrumented with both phonon and ionization sensors and comparison of energy in each channel provides event-by-event classification of electron and nuclear recoils. Fiducial volume is determined by the ability to obtain good phonon and ionization signal at a particular location. Due to electronic band structure in germanium, electron mass is described by an anisotropic tensor with heavy mass aligned along the symmetry axis defined by the [111] Miller index (L valley), resulting in large lateral component to the transport. The spatial distribution of electrons varies significantly for detectors which have their longitudinal axis orientations described by either the [100] or [111] Miller indices. Electric fields with large fringing component at high detector radius also affect the spatial distribution of electrons and holes. Both effects are studied in a 3 dimensional Monte Carlo and the impact on fiducial volume is discussed.  相似文献

We report the thermal behavior of gadolinium foils to be used in magneto thermoelectric generator cells. Magneto thermoelectric generator cell technology exploits the ferromagnetic phase transition of gadolinium to drive the movement of a diaphragm ‘shuttle’ whose mechanical energy is converted to electrical form and which enhances heat transfer through both conduction and convection. Efficient heat transfer at mechanical interfaces is critical to increase shuttle speed and the commensurate rate of heat transfer. The synthesis and characterization of carbon nanotube thermal interfaces for the gadolinium foils are described. The total thermal interface resistance of the carbon nanotube coated gadolinium was measured using a one-dimensional reference calorimeter technique. Improvement of carbon nanotube growth based on parametric process variations is described, and the effect of hydrogen embrittlement on the magnetic properties of the gadolinium foils during carbon nanotube growth is quantified. The samples generated in this study were consistently measured with total thermal interface resistances in the range of 65–105 mm2 K/W, a reduction of 55–70% compared to bare gadolinium (Rint  230 mm2 K/W). The addition of carbon nanotube arrays did not alter the magnetic properties of the gadolinium foils and only a slight decrease in the magnetic moment of the gadolinium samples (8–13%) was measured after growth.  相似文献

A colorimetric absorption test for evaluating fly ash/air-entraining admixture (AEA) behaviour with regard to their use in concrete was investigated. Acid blue 80 (AB80) standard dye sorbate (typically used to examine activated carbon) was considered. Initial experiments established a calibration between the concentration of AB80 in solution and absorbance; and a suitable test procedure to determine the AB80 adsorption (i.e. difference in initial and final concentrations of AB80 solution after exposure to fly ash). In general, a 2.0?g fly ash sample in 100?ml of 100?mg/l AB80 and a contact time of 30?min were satisfactory test conditions. Factors including dye adsorption during filtration and the effect of high/low adsorption fly ashes were examined and methods for dealing with these described. To evaluate the test, 15 fly ashes were considered and their AB80 adsorptions compared with several markers of fly ash/AEA behaviour. This gave reasonable agreement with loss-on-ignition, and very good correlations with specific surface area (measured by N2 adsorption) and foam index. In general, 1?mg of AB80 was adsorbed per m2 surface area of fly ash. The study also investigated relationships between AB80 adsorption and admixture doses required (using several AEAs) to achieve target air contents in mortar and concrete, which gave very good correlations. The practical implications of the study were considered and it is suggested that the AB80 method has potential both as a test for characterising fly ash and in air-entrained concrete production with the material.  相似文献

The synthesis and utility of a multimodal theranostic nanoagent based upon magnetofluorescent nanoparticles for the treatment of inflammatory atherosclerosis is described. These particles are modified with near‐infrared fluorophores and light‐activated therapeutic moieties, which allow for the optical determination of agent localization and phototoxic activation at spectrally distinct wavelengths. The resulting agent is readily taken up by murine macrophages in vitro and is highly phototoxic, with an LD50 of 430 pM . Intravenous administration results in the localization of the nanoagent within macrophage‐rich atherosclerotic lesions that can be imaged by intravital fluorescence microscopy. Irradiation of the atheroma with 650 nm light activates the therapeutic component and results in eradication of inflammatory macrophages, which may induce lesion stabilization. Importantly, these agents display limited skin photosensitivity, are highly efficacious, and provide an integrated imaging and therapeutic nanoplatform for atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Balancing multiple roles is a challenge for individuals in many sectors of the population. The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that individuals have dispositional tendencies to experience interrole conflict and facilitation. We also aimed to show that coping styles and life satisfaction are correlates of dispositional conflict and facilitation tendencies. Two survey studies were conducted with individuals involved in 3 life roles (i.e., employee, student, and family member; Study 1: N = 193; Study 2: N = 284). The hierarchical structure of conflict and facilitation was examined in both studies. Support for the dispositional model was found in both cases through the use of hierarchical confirmatory factor analyses. In Study 2, a longitudinal assessment of the nomological network surrounding conflict and facilitation tendencies was conducted with structural equation modeling analyses; we found that coping styles had synchronous relations with dispositional conflict and facilitation; dispositional conflict had a lagged and negative relation with life satisfaction. Previous studies have demonstrated that 1 function of positive emotion is the undoing of physiological arousal produced by negative emotions. These studies have used single-subject paradigms, in which emotions were induced by films in college-age individuals. In the present study, we examined the relationship between physiological down-regulation and positive emotion in a sample of 149 middle-aged and older married couples engaged in a 15-min discussion of an area of marital conflict. During the conversation, autonomic and somatic physiological activity was measured, and emotional behaviors were recorded and subsequently coded. We found that during 20-s periods of down-regulation (where physiology transitioned from high arousal to low arousal), couples showed an increase in positive emotional behavior compared with periods without down-regulation. The finding was quite robust, suggesting that the undoing effect of positive emotion generalizes across age, sex, and marital satisfaction. The parton rescattering effect on the charged hadron forward-backward multiplicity correlation in pp collisions at s~(1/2)=200 GeV is studied by a parton and hadron cascade model,PACIAE,based on the PYTHIA model.The calculated multiplicity and pseudorapidity distri-bution of the final state charged hadrons are well compared with the experimental data.It is found that the final state charged hadron pseudorapidity distribution is different from the initial state charged partons.The parton rescattering effect on the charged hadron forward-backward multiplicity correlation increases with the increasing parton rescattering strength in the center pseudorapidity region (|η| < 1).However,this effect becomes weaker in the outer pseudorapidity region (|η| > 1).  相似文献
