Two hours after intraperitoneal injections of the staphylococcus toxin Lh=0.18 and Lh=0.15 (4 ml/kg) to BALB/c mice there was revealed a reduction of the electrophoretic mobility and of the zeta-potential of erythrocytes. In staphylococcus intoxication the value of zeta-potential varied within greater than normal range, this pointing to the individual sensitivity of mice to the toxin. The staphylococcus toxin caused the most significant reduction of the electrophoretic mobility and of the zeta-potential of erythrocytes in male mice of the BALB/c species. 相似文献

A patient is described, who was examined 1 year after surgery for mandibular cyst diagnosed as radicular near the !5 tooth and for plasty of the secondary osseous cavity with hydroxyapatite granulate. X-Ray examination revealed a cystic cavity near the roots of teeth !234. Histologic examination of tissue fragments and the remainder of hydroxyapatite granulate, obtained by cystectomy, helped diagnose a primordial cyst. Intensive bone regeneration was observed at the site of hydroxyapatite granule accumulation and fusion of the new bone with the granules to form a solid osseogranular complex. The authors recommend hydroxyapatite ceramic granules for surgical treatment of minor and medium bone defects and for corrective bone plasty. 相似文献

Changes in polymerization degree of actin of newborn and adult rabbit muscles while storing solutions were studied. It is found that under different polymerization and storage conditions including the presence of ATP, Ca++ ions, 2-metacaptoethanole of ethanole which slow down the inactivation of actin the latter proceeds faster in newborn rabbits than in adult ones. It is suggested that with different inactivation rate of actin of newborn and adult rabbits are associated the differences in their polymerization degree found earlier. 相似文献
