采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列Sr_2MgSiO_5:Eu~(2+)发光材料,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等测试方法对样品的物相结构和发光特性进行了表征及测试。研究结果表明:Sr_2MgSiO_5:Eu~(2+)发光材料中,加入少量Eu~(2+)离子后没有明显改变Sr_2MgSiO_5晶体结构,提高晶化温度有利于Sr_2MgSiO_5晶相的生成。当晶化温度为1150℃时,晶化时间为2 h,光谱强度最大Ba2MgSiO5:Eu~(2+)发光强度最佳。本文合成Sr_2MgSiO_5:Eu~(2+)发光材料可以应用到白光LED的技术中。 相似文献

Electrochemical technologies for the on-site treatment of spent acid etchant have received great attention due their ease of operation and economic benefits. On the other hand, a large amount of Cl2 is generated during the electrolysis process, which leads to potential environmental risks. In the present work, a novel threecompartment ceramic membrane flow reactor, including a cathode chamber, an anode chamber, and a gas absorption chamber was developed. The three chambers were divided by an Al2O3 ceramic membrane and a breathable hydrophobic anode diffusion electrode (ADE). The Cl2 evolution onset potential of the ADE was increased to 1.19 V from 1.05 V of the graphite felt, effectively inhibiting the chlorine evolution reaction (CER). The anode-generated Cl2 diffused into the gas absorption chamber through the ADE and was eventually consumed by the H2O2 adsorbent. Cu could be recovered without emitting chlorine due to the special structure of reactor. The current efficiency of copper precipitation and cathode reduction from Cu2+ to Cu+ reached 97.7% at a working current of 150 mA. These results indicated that the novel membrane reactor had high potential for application in the copper recovery industry. 相似文献

To improve the interfacial compatibility of jute fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites, hydrothermal method was used to deposit SiO2 nanoparticles on the surface of pretreated jute fibers and the effect of reaction factors (tetraethoxysilane [TEOS] concentration, ammonia concentration, and reaction temperature) on the deposition of SiO2 nanoparticles were evaluated. The results of FTIR, XRD, SEM, and TEM showed that the amorphous SiO2 nanoparticles with an average particle size of 65.0 nm were successfully deposited on the surface of jute fibers at the TEOS/H2O volume ratio of 1:2, ammonia of 0.55 M, reaction temperature of 100 °C (0.15 MPa) for 5 h. Compared with the sol–gel method, SiO2 nanoparticles obtained by the hydrothermal method possessed smaller particle size and were less agglomerated, which can better fill in the surface defects of the jute fibers and result in a 12.9% increase in the tensile strength. The study on the mechanical properties and interface performance of the jute fiber reinforced PP composites indicated that the interfacial compatibility between jute fibers and PP was obviously improved. The tensile and impact strength of the composites reinforced with nano‐SiO2 deposited jute fibers were increased by 26.87% and 25.65%, respectively, compared with the untreated jute fibers. J. A direct coagulation casting method for silicon carbide ceramic suspension using dispersant crosslink reaction is reported. Polymer electrolyte (polyethyleneimine, PEI) was used as dispersant to prepare silicon carbide suspension. Common food additives (carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC) were used to coagulate the electrosteric stabilized silicon carbide suspension. There was a well disperse silicon carbide suspension with 0.2 wt% PEI at pH = 5-6. Influence of coagulant on viscosity and zeta potential of the silicon carbide suspension was investigated. It indicates that the high solid loading silicon carbide suspension can be destabilized and coagulated at elevated temperature. It can be attribute to the gradual decrease of electrosteric force due to the crosslink reaction between PEI and CMC. Silicon carbide wet green body with compressive strength of 1.99 MPa could be demolded at 70°C which is higher than that prepared by traditional DCC and dispersant reaction method for nonoxide ceramics. Dense silicon carbide ceramics with relative density above 98.8% and 99.3% had been prepared by liquid phase pressureless and hot pressed sintering, respectively. 相似文献

The traditional approach to solvent selection in the extractive distillation process strictly focuses on the change in the relative volatility of light-heavy components induced by the solvent. However, the total annual cost of the process may not be minimal when the solvent induces the largest change in relative volatility. This work presents a heuristic method for selecting the optimal solvent to minimize the total annual cost. The functional relationship between the relative volatility and the total annual cost is established, where the main factors, such as the relative volatility of the light-heavy components and the relative volatility of the heavy-component solvent, are taken into account. Binary azeotropic mixtures of methanol-toluene and methanol-acetone are separated to verify the feasibility of the model. The results show that using the solvent with the minimal two-column extractive distillation index, the process achieves a minimal total annual cost. The method is conducive for sustainable advancements in chemistry and engineering because a suitable solvent can be selected without simulation verification. 相似文献

大柳塔煤矿五盘区5-2煤层在三维地震资料解释中发现存在一条影响较大、伸展较远的断层(DDF2断层)横切5-2煤层。综合研究表明,DDF2断层为走向为东南—西北方向(111°~291°)、倾向为西南方向(201°)的高角度正断层。该断层为坳陷盆地形成后控制部分煤层沉积:在D306钻孔和D307钻孔所在区域形成时间较早,形成于5-2煤层沉积之后,结束于4-3煤层形成之后,控制5-2煤与4-3煤之间的地层沉积,为同沉积断层;该断层在D304钻孔和D305钻孔所在区域形成时间较晚,形成于4-2煤层沉积之后,结束于3-1煤层形成之后,局部控制4-2煤层与3-1煤层之间沉积,为准同生沉积断层。DDF2断层形成于东南方向,逐渐向西北方向迁移、加剧到最后尖灭。 相似文献
