Styrene–isoprene block copolymers with a different degree of monomer distribution are hydrogenated with homogeneous catalysts. The products are characterized by means of IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, GPC, viscometry, and light scattering. Hydrogenation proceeds without destruction and selectively for olefinic unsaturation. The hydrogenated copolymers are homogeneous in molecular weights and chain composition. The influence of the copolymer structure on the solution properties in selective solvents is established. In cyclohexane an equilibrium between micelle associates and individual polymer coils, monomolecular micelles, or micelle aggregates are observed, depending on the type of the copolymer. The micellization in base-lubricating oil leads to micelle fractions with a different degree of association.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to measure organ doses and the effective dose (ED) using a three-dimensional rotational X-ray (3D-RX) system and to determine the ED conversion factor from the dose area product (DAP) for skull, spine and biliary protocols. A commercial 3D-RX imaging system was used to simulate the protocols with the adult female anthropomorphic phantom. Twenty MOSFET detectors were used to measure the absorbed doses at various organ locations. The ED was calculated for each protocol and the corresponding DAP was obtained. The skin dose was the highest for all the protocols. The second highest organ doses were those of the brain for the skull, the intestine for the spine and the kidney for the biliary protocol. The ED was 0.4-0.9, 4.2-8.4 and 3.2-4.6 mSv, and the ED conversion factor was 0.06-0.09, 0.18-0.31 and 0.13-0.23 mSv Gy(-1) cm(-2) for each protocol, respectively. This data may be used to estimate the patient ED for those protocols in the 3D-RX.  相似文献

The characteristic features of the genetics of myotonic dystrophy (MD) in the Bulgarian population were studied. Seventy-nine pedigrees were analyzed, comprising a total of 119 patients with MD. The following characteristic features of the MD genetics were revealed: (1) Different families exhibited different patterns of the disease transmission, including vertical (as in the autosomal dominant mode of inheritance), horizontal (as in the autosomal recessive mode of inheritance), and mixed (the horizontal transmission for the first generations and the vertical transmission for the subsequent ones); (2) All studied pedigrees were traced back to clinically healthy ancestors; (3) The symptoms of MD exhibited in anticipation, as well as a clinical heterogeneity in sibships with respect to the severity of the disease. The characteristic features of the revealed mode of inheritance may be explained by dynamic mutations.  相似文献

Dynamic tensile tests of materials were numerically modeled by the finite element method. In the calculations the elastoviscoplastic model of material was used, and the connectedness of thermal and deformation processes was taken into account. The limits of applicability of the test method under consideration were determined.
