为了获取准确的复合材料细观模型,提出了一种复合材料组分参数识别方法。在细观单向碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)有限元模型基础上,构造静态位移场对复合材料组分弹性参数的灵敏度矩阵,以测量位移和有限元计算位移差的二范数为目标函数,针对待识别参数量纲差异较大的问题,利用相对灵敏度提高材料组分弹性参数识别的精度和效率。以纤维均匀分布的复合材料平面模型和纤维随机分布的复合材料实体模型为研究对象,验证所提出组分参数识别方法的有效性和准确性。此外,研究了测点数目及测量误差对识别结果的影响。结果表明:本文提出的复合材料组分参数识别方法在测点数目变化和测量误差影响下仍然稳定。  相似文献

常规的单元平均恒虚警(CA-CFAR)和双参量恒虚警(BP-CFAR)检测方法在均匀杂波环境中通常能获得较好的检测性能,但在复杂的杂波背景下,例如当目标邻近大目标时,严重的恒虚警损失会导致目标(特别是小目标)难以检测。基于AIS信息协作感知的AW-CFAR处理方法利用AIS的大目标感知信息,通过设置宽度自适应控制的大目标屏蔽带,有效排除大目标对杂波估计的影响。仿真实验结果表明,相对于传统的CA-CFAR和BP-CFAR,该方法对临近大目标的小目标的检测性能改善了8~20 dB。  相似文献

基于多尺度分解和能量消耗分析方法,结合压力下锥形分布板射流床气泡直径关联式,建立了一个适于加压流化床(PFB)的能量最小多尺度模型--bubble-based EMMS/PFB模型。应用此模型模拟一个二维加压射流床,分析了操作压力、位置高度、空隙率及剩余速度对非均匀因子的影响。通过模拟结果与实验数据的对比,发现该模型相比于Gidaspow模型,能够更准确地模拟加压射流床内颗粒浓度的分布状态及颗粒靠近壁面处的速度变化;将这种曳力模型应用到流化床浓相段的模拟,预测了床内颗粒浓度瞬时分布及沿轴向的时均值分布、颗粒的速度分布等流动行为,使流化床浓相段的气固流动行为可视化,对流化床的设计、放大有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

Supersulphated phosphogysum-slag cement (SSC) is a newly developed non-burned cementitious material mainly composed of phosphogysum (PG) and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS), with small amount of steel slag (SS) and clinker (CL). SSC is a kind of environmentally-friendly cementitious material due to its energy-saving, low-carbon emission, and waste-utilization. We prepared concretes with supersulphated phosphogysum-slag cement, and studied the mechanical properties, micro- properties and resistance to chloride penetration of concrete in comparison with those of portland slag cement (PSC) and ordinary portland cement (OPC) concrete. The test results show that the compressive strength of SSC concrete can reach 38.6 MPa after 28 d, close to PSC concrete and OPC concrete. Microanalyses indicate that large quantities of ettringite and C-S-H, and little amount of Ca(OH)2 are generated during the hydration of SSC. The dense cement paste structure of SSC is formed by ettringite and C-S-H, surrounded unreacted phosphogysum. The property of resistance to chloride penetration of SSC concrete is better than PSC and OPC concrete due to the fact that SSC can form much more ettringite to solidify more Cl^-.  相似文献

钙稳定氧化锆 (CSZ)是根据有机物聚合络合法 ,即按照Pechini_type型反应制取的 .将一定量的柠檬酸、乙二醇混合液同ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O和Ca(Ac) 2 ·H2 O在 15 0℃左右发生聚合反应形成一透明的树脂状物质 ,尔后在 45 0℃左右进行炭化 ,得到黑色的混合氧化物前驱体 .对前驱体进行差热和热重分析 ,确定灼烧温度在 10 0 0℃时 ,可得到白色的粉末 .经XRD分析表明 ,得到了立方型的稳定氧化锆 ,晶胞参数为a =5 .10 74  相似文献

The objective of the present study is to characterize the production of hydrogen with a sorptionenhanced steam-methane reaction process using Ca(OH)2 as the CO2 adsorbent. Theoretical equilibrium compositions at different operation conditions were calculated using an iterative method. It was found that with Ca(OH)2 as the CO2 sorbent, the concentration of CO2 adsorption was reduced in the product stream, that gave rise to higher methane conversion and higher H2 concentration. An experimental setup was built to test the theoretical calculation. The effects of sorbents and the particle size of Ca(OH)2 on the concentration of CO2 and H2 were investigated in detail. Results showed that the reactor packed with catalyst and Ca(OH)2 particles produced H2 concentration of 94%. It was nearly 96% of the theoretical equilibrium limit, much higher than H2 equilibrium concentration of 67.5% without CO2 sorption under the same conditions of 500℃, 0.2 MPa pressure and a steam-to-methane ratio 6. In addition, the residual mole fraction of CO2 was less than 0.001.  相似文献

A novel preparation method of net magnetic polymer nanogels with swollen shell was developed. UV‐induced photopolymerization of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) was performed in the magnetite aqueous suspension, free of any additive to obtain monodisperse magnetic nanogels with swollen shell. Owing to the step‐growth polymerization of the monomer, the particle size of magnetic nanogels can be conveniently manipulated by changing the irradiation time and the volume of the monomer dropped. The crystalline structure of Fe3O4 core and chemical composition of PHEMA magnetic nanogels were characterized by using X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. Particle sizes, size distributions of magnetic nanogels in swollen state and dry state were measured by photo‐correlation spectroscopy (PCS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The morphology of swollen magnetic nanogels and that of polymer capsules obtained from magnetic nanogels etched by hydrochloride acid were observed by TEM. The high magnetizations and superparamagnetic behaviors of naked Fe3O4 and magnetic nanogels at room temperature were confirmed by the measurement of hysteresis curves. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel carbon fiber-reinforced ZrB2–SiC matrix composite was fabricated by heaterless chemical vapor infiltration through infiltration of SiC matrix into a carbon fiber-ZrB2 powder preform. The C/ZrB2–SiC composite presented a flexural strength of 148 MPa, a fracture toughness of 5.6 MPa·m1/2, and a good oxidation and ablation resistance.  相似文献

Thermal oxidation process of styrene‐butadiene‐styrene (SBS) copolymer was studied by using a variety of analytical and spectroscopic methods including thermal analysis, dynamic mechanical analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. The experimental results indicate that the thermal oxidation process of SBS is a free radical self‐catalyzed reaction containing four steps (initiation, growth, transfer, and termination of the chain) with both crosslinking and scission and the latter is confirmed to be the main process. The antioxidants 1010 as scavenger of free radicals and 168 acting decomposition of hydroperoxides were used to improve the oxidation aging resistance of SBS copolymer. It has been found that synergic effect of 1010 and 168 may be the best in practice and 0.2 wt % 1010 + 0.4 wt % 168 can effectively prevent SBS from the thermal oxidation at certain temperature. Furthermore, the aging resistance of the SBS‐modified asphalt was improved by addition of complex antioxidants. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2010  相似文献
