When they are cooled below the stable temperature region of the α phase, crystals of belite (Ca2 SiO4 solid solutions) inverted to the α'H phase without a change in chemical composition and gave six sets of lamellae within the crystals. After this transition remelting reaction occurred within the inverted α'H -phase grains, the liquid phase became nucleated and grew heterogeneously on the lamellae boundaries, resulting in a decrease in impurity concentration in the host α'H phase. When the exsolved liquid wetted the lamellae, complete dissolution of the parent crystals occurred during slow cooling. A variety of microtextures resulted, depending on both quenching temperature and cooling rate. 相似文献

Biaxial compaction is carried out for two ceramic powders using a plane-strain compaction device with various loading paths. It is thus shown that anisotropy is induced into a powder mass undergoing unequal biaxial stresses. A trial to evaluate some experimentally based parameters for the induced anisotropy is carried out. A model for the development of anisotropic powder structure is suggested, and expressions for a measure of the anisotropy are derived. Experimentally measured values of stresses and elastic strains are used to calculate the values of the anisotropic parameters. Anisotropy is also observed in the subsequent sintering behavior. 相似文献

微透镜阵列的制备已经成为微光学领域的研究热点。利用两次X光移动光刻技术,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为正光刻胶,在PMMA基板上制造了微透镜阵列,并对其制作原理进行了详细说明。设计了制备微透镜阵列用的掩膜图形,并通过掩膜图形模拟仿真,预测了微透镜在两次移动曝光显影后的形状。第一次X光移动光刻后,理论上会得到半圆柱状三维结构;第一次光刻后将掩膜板旋转90,进行第二次移动曝光光刻,最终在PMMA基板上制备了面积为10 mm10 mm的3030个微透镜阵列,阵列中每个微透镜的直径约248m、厚度约82m。同时也研究了X光曝光量与PMMA刻蚀深度之间的关系。微透镜阵列形貌测试表明此种制备微透镜阵列的新方法是可行的。 相似文献

Ni-P alloy/multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) composite films were fabricated on acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin by electroless plating and their microstructures, adhesion strengths, and friction properties were investigated. Various types of MWCNTs were used. In addition, various electroless plating baths were prepared to form Ni-P alloy matrices with various phosphorus contents. To enhance the adhesion strength, the ABS resin substrate was subjected to roughening treatment. The microstructures of the composite films were examined by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Their adhesion strengths were measured by tensile tests. The friction properties of the composite films were investigated using the ball-on-plate method. Ni-P alloy/MWCNT composite films containing various types of MWCNTs and with Ni-P alloy matrices having various phosphorus contents were fabricated on the ABS resin substrates by electroless deposition. The adhesion strength between the Ni-P alloy/MWCNT composite films and the ABS resin substrate was more than 1300 N cm− 2. The Ni-P alloy/MWCNT composite films had considerably lower friction coefficients than the Ni-P alloy films. The friction coefficients of the composite films were significantly affected by the type of MWCNTs used. 相似文献

We applied a nitrate freeze-drying method to obtain a fine synthesized powder of 15% yttrium-doped barium zirconate. Fine 15% yttrium-doped barium zirconate powder of particle size about 30 nm was obtained by synthesizing at 500 °C in vacuum from a powder mixed by the nitrate freeze-drying method. However, we could not obtain such fine powder by synthesizing in air. Using the powder synthesized in vacuum, large and homogeneous grains of 15% yttrium-doped barium zirconate were easily obtained after sintering. Then, the bulk and grain boundary resistance were evaluated by AC 2-terminal measurement of sample in the form of bar and pellet and DC 4-terminal measurement of bar-shape sample. The grain boundary resistance was not inversely proportional to the grain size as theoretically expected. We concluded that specific grain boundary conductivity varies with samples. Some impurities, evaporation loss of barium oxide and/or other unexpected reasons might affect the grain boundary resistance in 15% yttrium-doped barium zirconate. 相似文献

The aspect ratio of a foundation beam under a multistory wall with door openings is extremely small, similar to those of beams between door openings in upper stories, and therefore the shear failure of such a foundation beam during an earthquake is a concern as it can lead to the failure of beams in upper stories. This study conducted static loading tests of foundation beam specimens under shear walls with door openings to investigate their structural performance. This paper reports the experimental results including the restoring force characteristics and cracking pattern in the beam specimens. This study emphasizes a new strengthening scheme for seismically vulnerable flat plate-column connections in existing structures. An experimental investigation on a series of three half-scaled interior plate-column connections was conducted to explore the effectiveness of the proposed seismic strengthening method using postinstalled RC wing walls and to analyze the punching shear capacity of the connections. This study focuses on typical existing flat plate structures constructed using low-strength concrete in Bangladesh. Two of the three specimens had wing walls employed in two principal directions, that is, along the loading direction and orthogonal direction, while another specimen was tested without wing walls and served as a control specimen for comparisons between the cases with and without strengthening. Static cyclic vertical displacements with increasing amplitude were applied to the ends of the slabs to represent interstory drift under seismic action. Both strengthened specimens showed higher resistance to punching shear failure. Thus, the test results experimentally verified that installing RC wing walls is a feasible method to upgrade flat plate-column connections, including those constructed using low-strength concrete, to prevent collapse under seismic action. 相似文献

The phosphorus of glucose-6-phosphate residue in starch (P(G6P)) was estimated specifically by means of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (E.C.1.1.1.49) after acid hydrolysis. Sixty to 70 % of total phosphorus in potato starch was found to be P(G6P)). It was shown that the rest of phosphorus (Px) was incorporated as glucose-2-phosphate and/or glucose-3-phosphate, since it was determined as glucose by periodate oxidation, borohydride reduction, acid hydrolysis and treatment with alkaline phosphatase. The Px was more labile to acid and heat than P(G6P) and decomposed yielding inorganic phosphate. The phospholigosacharide (D. P. 3.6), which was prepared by the limit hydrolysis of potato starch with glucoamylase of Rh. delemar (α-1,4-Glucan glucohydrolase E.C.3.2.1.3) was fractionated by gel-filtration through Sephadex G-25 into fractions with D.P. 2 to 7. Each fraction contained a mole of phosphorus per mole of the saccharide. The P(G6P) and the Px were enriched in the low and the high D.P. fractions, respectively. 相似文献
