基于DPC的中国部分区域陆地气溶胶光学厚度反演

高分五号卫星偏振遥感陆地上空气溶胶光学厚度

针对多角度偏振成像仪(Directional Polarimetric Camera,DPC)数据,提出了基于多角度多光谱偏振信息的气溶胶光学厚度反演方法。该方法使用Nadal-Breon半经验模型计算地表偏振反射率,以扣除地表影响;采用倍加累加法矢量辐射传输模型构建气溶胶参数查找表,通过计算最小残差,动态确定最优气溶胶模型,从而实现陆地上空气溶胶光学厚度的反演。使用DPC的L1级条带数据,反演获得了中国东部地区气溶胶光学厚度的空间分布,并与MODIS产品和AERONET地基站点数据分别进行了对比,反演结果与MODIS气溶胶产品的整体分布具有很好的一致性;同时,与AERONET地基站点观测结果具有较高的相关性,670 nm和865 nm两个波段的相关系数都在0.8以上,说明该算法模型反演陆地上空的气溶胶光学厚度准确可靠,可为DPC遥感大气气溶胶提供技术支持。     

基于多角度偏振信息反演海洋上空卷云云顶高度

采用偏振辐射信息反演云顶高度时,为了减小由云层及地表偏振辐射特性变化带来的反演结果不确定度,使用490 nm和865 nm通道多角度偏振信息反演卷云云顶高度.理论分析大气顶偏振特征,给出490 nm与865 nm通道偏振特性差异,说明使用此两通道偏振反射率差反演云顶高度的可行性.假设卷云为一般种类混合模型(General Habit Mixture,GHM),使用倍加累加矢量辐射传输模型计算和分析大气顶490 nm和865 nm通道偏振反射率差对卷云有效粒子半径、光学厚度和云顶压强的敏感性.分析表明,当卷云光学厚度大于3时,偏振反射率差对有效粒子半径和光学厚度的变化不敏感,对云顶压强变化敏感.根据敏感性分析结果选择适当的参数构建偏振反射率差查找表,使用查找表方法反演POLDER3数据的卷云云顶高度,并与POLDER3产品和MODIS产品进行比较.结果表明,与POLDER3的官方算法相比,使用偏振反射率差查找表方法有更宽的散射角适用范围,反演结果与MODIS产品有更好的一致性.     

Na+ channels are expressed by mammalian retinal glial (Müller) cells

Müller cells constitute the principal glia of the vertebrate retina. Unlike other types of neuroglial cells such as astrocytes and Schwann cells, Müller cells have not yet been demonstrated to express Na+ channels. Here we present first evidence of Müller cell Na+ currents from voltage-clamp studies in enzymatically isolated cells. Some cells from retinae of cats and dogs, but none from rabbit or guinea-pig retinae, revealed fast and rapidly inactivating inward currents in response to depolarizing voltage steps. The currents reversibly disappeared in Na+ free solutions or under tetrodotoxin (TTX, 1 microM). Activation and inactivation characteristics of these currents were strikingly similar to those of neurone-type Na+ channels.     

Inability to work after surgical removal of mandibular third molars

This series presents six cases of a rare variant of dermatofibroma, characterized by marked clear cell change. All lesions occurred on the lower extremities of middle-aged adults (four women, two men), mostly with the clinical diagnosis of fibrohistiocytic lesion. Histological examination revealed well circumscribed, faintly stained dermal to subcutaneous lesions which were due to the overwhelming presence of clear cells (> 90%), some with prominent PAS-positive cytoplasmic granulation. Overlying epidermal hyperplasia as well as storiform arrangement of spindle cells, sclerotic collagen and some interspersed lympho-histiocytic infiltrate at the periphery of the lesion indicated the fibrohistiocytic origin. Individual histopathological peculiarities included: bizarre giant cells in two cases, perifollicular arrangement and haemangiopericytoma-like features with iron deposition in one case each. Immunohistochemically three of four lesions showed moderate reactivity for factor XIIIa and two of four with an anti-metallothionen marker E9, but were otherwise negative with a broad panel of markers. Electronmicroscopy in two cases revealed large pools of glycogen beside focal, prominent endoplasmic reticulum and lysosomes in some granular cells, but only optically translucent cells in cases of clear cells. Recognition of clear cell dermatofibroma is important as the differential diagnosis includes some entities with more serious outcome/considerations such as metastases of renal cell carcinoma, xanthogranulomatous reactions, balloon cell naevus/melanoma and clear cell sarcoma.     

Prevention and treatment of suppuration caused by neck trauma

93 cases of cervical injury are described. 39 patients developed pyonecrotic complications in the course of treatment. These were caused by both increased virulence of the microorganisms and low immunoresistance of the patients. In abscesses and pus absence the inflammatory infiltrate was opened and drained. Powder antiseptic iodopor, antibiotic epocillin, tampon ambikor, etc. were used postoperatively. Bacteriologically, the response was substantial.
