The role of silicon-particle defect structure during low-temperature nitriding

The nitriding of silicon powders of different particle size, produced by jet and ball milling, is considered. The nitride formation is found to be affected by the defect density of the silicon particles' surface layers. The volume nitriding of silicon powders was determined by a chemicomechanical effect consisting of surface-microcrack opening.     

Age-dependent U-shaped risk functions and Aalen's additive risk model

Epidemiologic studies of time to some failure often show a quadratic relation between the risk of failure and covariate(s). We study the nadir for a given covariate, i.e., the value of the covariate associated with the lowest risk (supposing a U-shape), within Aalen's additive risk model. This model was applied since the effect of the covariate(s) is allowed to vary over time and, as a consequence, a given nadir can vary over time. We propose a test for the null hypothesis that the nadir is time independent and, if this is the case, an estimate of the nadir. Large sample properties of the test statistic and estimator are derived. The methods are illustrated with data where time to death is related to body mass index.     

MAGE Spectrometer for the Investigation of Hadron–Nucleus Interactions and the Identification of Final Nuclear States

A combined spectrometer is composed of a wide-aperture magnetic spectrometer with proportional chambers and a -spectrometer based on a Ge(Li) detector. The respective momentum and the angular resolutions of the magnetic spectrometer are FWHM/p(%) = 0.59p (GeV/c) + 1.1 and 0.5–1 mrad; its average efficiency for 0°–5° angles is 85%. The energy resolution of the -spectrometer is 8 and 16 keV for 0.5- and 2.0-MeV photons, respectively; the average angular acceptance is 1.5 msr.     

基于视觉信息传达的网页界面设计研究

目的探究视觉信息传达影响下的网页界面设计策略。方法以视觉信息传达为导向,结合网页界面设计的基本原则,从主题、色彩、文字、图形图像等方面深入探讨视觉信息传达和网页界面设计的结合。结论网页界面设计应注重视觉导向,合理安排界面中的图形、颜色、文字标记等信息,才能将网页界面调整得更加条理化。     

基于多角度偏振信息反演海洋上空卷云云顶高度

采用偏振辐射信息反演云顶高度时,为了减小由云层及地表偏振辐射特性变化带来的反演结果不确定度,使用490 nm和865 nm通道多角度偏振信息反演卷云云顶高度.理论分析大气顶偏振特征,给出490 nm与865 nm通道偏振特性差异,说明使用此两通道偏振反射率差反演云顶高度的可行性.假设卷云为一般种类混合模型(General Habit Mixture,GHM),使用倍加累加矢量辐射传输模型计算和分析大气顶490 nm和865 nm通道偏振反射率差对卷云有效粒子半径、光学厚度和云顶压强的敏感性.分析表明,当卷云光学厚度大于3时,偏振反射率差对有效粒子半径和光学厚度的变化不敏感,对云顶压强变化敏感.根据敏感性分析结果选择适当的参数构建偏振反射率差查找表,使用查找表方法反演POLDER3数据的卷云云顶高度,并与POLDER3产品和MODIS产品进行比较.结果表明,与POLDER3的官方算法相比,使用偏振反射率差查找表方法有更宽的散射角适用范围,反演结果与MODIS产品有更好的一致性.     

The state of ferment systems, participating in cholesterole metabolism: the influence of hepatotropic means under food hypercholesterolemia

The studies, conducted on mice and rats with experimentally obtained hypercholesterolemia. Revealed that hepatotropic means of animal and plant origin--hepathosan, entherosan, karsil and alcohol, rich in biologically active substances, make for acceleration of cholesteroles hydroxylation in liver and increase of Hmger genes expression level up to planned indices. It was determined that hepathosan has the strongest modulating effect among hepatotropic means.     

锚支巷道沿空延迟冒落采空区风流规律研究

锚杆锚索支护的回采巷道采后不及时冒落，形成特殊的沿空漏风边界的采空区流场．运用有限元数值模拟方法，结合铰法小青矿S2—705工作面现场实际，从理论上描绘了采空区漏风流动规律的改变特征。给出风流强度分布图解．研究认为，不冒落形成的沿空漏风边界是工作面向采空区的漏入、漏回的主流边界。漏风强度最高；贴近工作面边界的冒落非压实带存在平行渗流．这种流势导致了在下游回风侧的沿空巷道内形成瓦斯集聚，并提出了预先拆锚杆卸顶或局部通风机抽排放两种解决途径．图5，参5．     

基于椭圆曲线的盲签名在电子现金中的方案设计

盲签名体制是保证参与者匿名性的重要密码体制.电子现金的显著特点之一是要保护用户的匿名性.将盲签名用于电子现金方案中,可以有效保护用户的匿名性.对基于椭圆曲线的盲签名体制进行了分析,并将该体制用于电子现金中.实践证明该体制具有较高的安全性,而且签名效率也较高.
