A metastable modification of Y2TeO6 crystallizes at 770°C to 870°C at a heating rate of 10°C·min−1 in air from an amorphous material prepared by the simultaneous hydrolysis of yttrium and tellurium alkoxides. It has a tetragonal unit cell with a=1.0428 nm and c=1.7524 nm. The tetragonal-to-hexagonal phase transformation occurs at 920° to 960°C. Hexagonal Y2TeO6 decomposes into Y6TeO12 and TeO3↑ at 1220° to 1320°C; only Y6TeO12 is obtained as the decomposition product. Both modifications of Y2TeO6 are built up by octahedral TeO6 groups.  相似文献

A method for profiling arachidonic acid metabolites by radio gas chromatography (GC) is described. The incubation mixture of rabbit platelets with [14C]arachidonic acid was purified on a Sep-Pak C18 cartridge and derivatized with diazomethane,O-methylhydroxylamine and dimethylisopropylsilylimidazole. The recovery of total14C-radioactivity was 93.1±7.2%. Loss of radioactivity during derivatization was negligible. Baseline separations for [14C]arachidonic acid and its metabolites were obtained in a single run within 45 min by GC using a synchronized accumulating radioisotope detector (GC/SARD). The recovery of radioactivity from the GC column was virtually 100%. The chemical structures of the metabolites were confirmed by GC/mass spectrometry; peaks of arachidonic acid metabolites were assigned by comparison of the methylene unit values with those of radioactive peaks in GC/SARD analyses. The intra-assay coefficients of variation in GC/SARD analyses were less than 10%. The method was used to map the profile of arachidonic acid metabolites formed by rabbit platelets in the presence of indomethacin, baicalein or glutathione.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose new LMI-based conditions to design output-feedback controllers under structural constraints. The conditions are represented in terms of LMIs with rank constraints and we apply the alternating projection method to solve them. Even though the alternating projection algorithm does not ensure global convergence, extensive numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed design method is promising in designing structured controllers. The difficulties and limitations linked with the proposed design method is also discussed.  相似文献

With the onset of vitellogenesis, the follicular epithelium overlying the oocyte in stick insect ovarioles becomes highly polarized and patent by formation of wide intercellular spaces. The aim of the present study was to provide experimental support to the notion that the follicular epithelium in this insect species may be involved in transcytosis. Data demonstrate that the follicular epithelium carries out sulfo-conjugation of a 85 kDa fat body derived protein by allowing it ot transit from one cell pole to another. Along the basal end, follicle cells branch into a number of cytoplasmic finger-like projections. At the opposite end facing the oocyte they taper off into lance-head shapes. Different vesicular elements are evident at both these extremities. In vivo exposure to horseradish peroxidase shows that the vesicular elements present along the apical end provide an endocytic entry. In contrast, those present along the basal end are labeled with sodium [35S]-sulfate, suggesting that they may be exocytic vesicles containing a sulfo-conjugated secretory product. In vivo exposure to sodium [35S]-sulfate caused radioactivity to appear over the Golgi apparatus and some nearby vesicles of the follicle cell cytoplasm, including the exocytic vesicles. The intracellular pathway of the follicle cells was also examined by immunogold labeling using a monoclonal antibody raised against a 85 kDa fat body derived protein. Under these conditions, gold particles were consistently detected over the Golgi apparatus and the vesicular elements lying along both poles of the follicle cell membrane. Based on this evidence, it is concluded that follicular cells in stick insect ovarioles are endowed with the ability to undergo transcytosis by providing an endocytic entry along the apical end and by releasing exocytically a sulfo-conjugated 85 kDa protein along the baso-lateral domain of the follicle cell membrane.  相似文献

The authors have previously reported the time-dependent change in the diuretic effects of furosemide, a loop diuretic agent, in young and middle-aged subjects. The current study was undertaken to examine an influence of aging on this chronopharmacologic phenomenon. Ten milligrams furosemide was given intravenously to 12 elderly subjects (greater than 70 years of age) at 9:00 AM (day trial) or at 9:00 PM (night trial) by a cross-over design. One-hour urine samples were collected for 3 hours after each administration, and urine volume and urinary excretions of sodium and furosemide were determined. Urine volume and urinary sodium excretion increased after furosemide administration. Contrary to the findings in the young and middle-aged subjects, no significant differences were observed in these parameters at any observation period between the day and night trials in the elderly subjects. Urinary furosemide excretion of the day and night trials did not significantly differ. These results suggest that the chronopharmacologic profiles of furosemide are altered in the elderly.  相似文献

A comparison was made of the endurance of plated chromium and chromized coatings in a high temperature erosion atmosphere, produced by burning propellants in an erosion test apparatus. The substrate materials used for these coatings were a nickel-base alloy (Inconel 718), an FeNi-base alloy (CG-27), H11 tool steel and CrMoV steel. The erosivity was obtained from weight loss determinations. Chromizing provides a better erosion-resistant surface for Inconel 718 than chromium plating does, whereas chromium plating provides a better resistance to erosion for CG-27, H11 and CrMoV steels than chromizing does. Optical metallography, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive analysis with X-rays confirm these findings.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the influence of a resonance on estimating direction of arrival (DOA) with a circular dipole array in a borehole (CAB). The resonance is caused by the phase-sequence of currents on the dipole antennas. Making use of method of moments (MoM) analysis, we predict resonant frequencies of the CAB and describe a mechanism for the resonance theoretically, making use of the fact that a plane wave can be broken down into cylindrical harmonics. In order to examine the agreement between the MoM and experimental data, we propose a signal processing method to extract phase-sequence components from the actual received array signal. This method is useful for confirming excitation of the phase-sequence resonance in experimental data, as predicted by the MoM. Using the MoM, we examine the influence of the resonances on DOA estimation, and we conclude that the resonances give some spurious solutions. In order to confirm these results, we conduct experiments at a field test site. We arrange the CAB, which consisted of seven receiving dipole antennas. In this experiment, a plane wave is incident on the CAB from a transmitter in another borehole. We apply the proposed signal method, and the measured results demonstrate the existence of the phase-sequence resonance in a physically real CAB. The spurious solutions found to occur in the DOA estimation at the resonant frequencies are also found experimentally.  相似文献

The effects of the nozzle contraction ratio on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of an orifice impinging jet were investigated in this experiment. The nozzle diameter was do=10.0 mm=const., and the contraction area ratio CR=(do/di)2, where di is the inner pipe diameter was varied from CR=1.00 to 0.11 and the nozzle‐plate distance was varied from H/do=2.0 to 5.0. The nozzle Reynolds number was Re=1.5×104=const. The flow characteristics were clarified by measuring the pressure and velocity distributions on the plate and flow visualization. The Nusselt number obtained from measuring the temperature distribution on the plate of an orifice impinging jet with a CR of 0.11 and 0.69 were respectively larger by 19% and 9% than those of a pipe impinging jet (CR=1.00), because the centerline velocity of the orifice jet was larger than that of the pipe jet. Under the same operation power, an orifice impinging jet has improved heat transfer characteristics. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
