针对不习惯于Windows7操作风格及习惯Windows XP的用户,提出了在电脑硬件条件满足Windows7系统的情况下,要改变因循守旧习惯、倡导新技术新产品的观念,充分利用特有的快捷操作、兼容组件及虚拟机等手段及早接受并适应新技术带给我们的便利及高效。     

Robust anti-windup controller design of time-delay fuzzy systems with actuator saturations

This study presents a robust anti-windup fuzzy control approach for uncertain nonlinear time-delay systems with actuator saturations. The discussed system dynamics is presented by the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model. To facilitate the design process, the nonlinearity of input saturation is characterized by a specific sector condition. Given a stabilizing dynamic output feedback fuzzy controller, an anti-windup control approach is then developed to maximize the size of estimate of the domain of attraction. Significantly, the convergence of all admissible initial states within this region could be ensured. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii delay-independent and delay-dependent analyses, sufficient conditions for the robust stabilization are derived. These conditions are formulated as a convex optimization problem with constraints represented by a set of linear matrix inequalities, allowing the fuzzy controller to be synthesized more efficiently. Finally, numeric simulations are given to validate the proposed approach.     

Motion regularization for matting motion blurred objects

This paper addresses the problem of matting motion blurred objects from a single image. Existing single image matting methods are designed to extract static objects that have fractional pixel occupancy. This arises because the physical scene object has a finer resolution than the discrete image pixel and therefore only occupies a fraction of the pixel. For a motion blurred object, however, fractional pixel occupancy is attributed to the object’s motion over the exposure period. While conventional matting techniques can be used to matte motion blurred objects, they are not formulated in a manner that considers the object’s motion and tend to work only when the object is on a homogeneous background. We show how to obtain better alpha mattes by introducing a regularization term in the matting formulation to account for the object’s motion. In addition, we outline a method for estimating local object motion based on local gradient statistics from the original image. For the sake of completeness, we also discuss how user markup can be used to denote the local direction in lieu of motion estimation. Improvements to alpha mattes computed with our regularization are demonstrated on a variety of examples.     

GPS及其在移动指挥控制系统的开发

全球定位系统,又称GPS,是新一代的导航定位系统。它能够为全球任意地点、任意多个用户同时提供高精度的、全天候的、连续的、实时的三维定位、三维测速和时间基准。由于这一体系在定位、导航、测速、授时等方面的高效率。高精度,因此它在测绘和导航方面具有广泛的应用。文章首先介绍了全球定位系统的概况,讲述了全球定位系统的原理;然后,介绍了应用于民用移动定位的MC2S（移动指挥控制系统）的框架,并着重介绍了GPS信息接收部分模块的详细设计过程。最后,文章指出了系统的改进之处和发展方向。     

义类自动标注方法的研究

句法分析不能满足汉语分析的需要,句法和语义相结合的分析方法适用于汉语分析。分析的基础要有一部语法语义词典。目前的机读词典多是语法词典,因而需要在语法词典中加入词的语义信息。《同义词词林》是一部较好的义类词典,但没有语法信息,可以《同义词词林》的分类体系对语法词典进行义类标注,得到语法语义词典。这一过程中有不一致的情况,特别地,对《同义词词林》中未收录的词就不能直接标注义类。本文采用《同义词词林》的分类体系,研究设计了一个汉语词自动义类标注算法,对北大《现代汉语语法信息词典》进行自动义类标注。实验结果较为满意,得到91%的准确率。     

Comparison of image reconstruction by using near‐field and far‐field data for an imperfect conductor

Image reconstruction by using near‐field and far‐field data for an imperfectly conducting cylinder is investigated. A conducting cylinder of unknown shape and conductivity scatters the incident wave in free space and the scattered near and far fields are measured. By using measured fields, the imaging problem is reformulated into an optimization problem and solved by the genetic algorithm. Numerical results show that the convergence speed and final reconstructed results by using near‐field data are better than those obtained by using far‐field data. 基于XMPP的化学即时通讯系统的设计实现

目前已有的即时通讯软件不能够满足化学家在即时通讯时的特殊需求,即不支持二维或三维结构化学对象的输入、显示和传输.因此,如何采用统一的即时通讯标准,传输化学领域中的化学时象是一个值得研究的问题.本文深入研究Jabber协议及其系统.对已有的功能模块加以扩展.设计并开发了一个适用于化学家进行学术交流的即时通讯系统.该系统不仅能够实现普通用户之间的即时通讯.而且能够满足化学家的特殊需求,即支持二维和三维化学结构的网络传输和解析.从而使得科学家能够在协同环境下更加有效地开展科研活动.     

铁路动车组故障诊断知识库管理系统的设计

针对我国动车组维修的特点,为动车组维修人员能够及时、快速地对动车组发生的故障进行分析和处理,运用人工智能的思想,结合数据库技术,设计了一套知识表示和知识库管理系统,对动车组故障信息及其原因信息、处理措施信息进行维护,处理了知识的正确性、完备性、冗余性、一致性检验,并在一定程度上实现了知识处理的自动化,对我国高速铁路动车组维修工作起到辅助支持作用．有很强的实际意义。

基于Heritrix与Lucene的垂直搜索引擎研究

垂直搜索是针对某一个行业的专业搜索引擎,是搜索引擎的细分和延伸,是对网页库中的某类专门的信息进行一次整合,定向分字段抽取出需要的数据进行处理后再以某种形式返回给用户。该文结合使用Heritrix与Lucene对学校新闻网站网页进行抓取并建立索引,建立相对应的新闻垂直搜索引擎系统。
