The effectiveness of five model-independent procedures for the estimation of lag times (Tlag) was evaluated. Two new methods utilize early concentrations which are weighted by a term exponential in time. They estimate Tlag by weighted linear regression. One of these approaches evaluates also the time when maximum concentration is reached (Tmax). In addition, three older, empirically used procedures are considered. Two methods apply either the first two or three quantifiable concentrations and estimate the lag time by linear regression. Finally, the last unquantifiable concentration is often used as a measure of lag time. Simulations demonstrated that this procedure had large bias and generally high standard deviation. In contrast, the new methods showed small variation and negligible bias. The procedures applying linear regression had intermediate characteristics. Lag times were evaluated effectively by an average of two observations between Tlag and Tmax.  相似文献

A 5 V, 100 MS/s fully differential CMOS sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) with 8 bit accuracy is proposed. Based on the stability limitations of closed-loop SHAs studied in a previous paper (see Int. J. Electron., vol. 78, no. 5, p. 907-910, 1995), the proposed SHA is implemented by an open-loop structure using the `gain-enhanced unity-gain amplifier' to avoid the stability problem and achieve higher operation speed. Simulation results which agree well with experimental results have been obtained to demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed circuit  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To study the role of chromosomal aberration in the causation of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) in Chinese population. METHODS: A total of 514 Chinese couples with 2 or more spontaneous abortions at less than 24 weeks of gestation were included. For each proband, a minimum of 13 metaphases were analyzed by G-banding. Additional cells (usually 50-100 cells) were screened when mosaicism was suspected. Chi 2 test was used to compare the number and frequency of couples with and without balanced translocation with respect to whether liveborn was present or absent. Chi 2 test for trend was used to show whether a correlation existed between the occurrence of balanced translocation and the number of spontaneous abortions at ascertainment. RESULTS: The overall incidence of chromosome anomaly was 51 out of 514 (9.92%). Chi 2 test for trend analysis showed that the chance of one member of a couple being a balanced carrier increased with the number of spontaneous abortions. The chance of finding translocation in couples with liveborn was higher than that in couples without liveborn, but the difference was not statistically significant. We also found that pericentric inversion 9 did not play an important role in the causation of recurrent abortion. CONCLUSIONS: Cytogenetic analysis is indicated in couples with 2 or more spontaneous abortions and the chance of finding chromosomal aberration increases with the number of abortions at the time of ascertainment.  相似文献

The effects of the applied voltage on the morphology, composition and corrosion behaviour of Ti7Cu5Sn coated were investigated. At applied voltages lower than 250?V, the composite coatings consist of anatase-TiO2, rutile-TiO2, DCPD(CaHPO4·2H2O) and a small amount of amorphous calcium phosphate phase. When the applied voltage is increased, the ceramic coatings transform from DCPD (CaHPO4·2H2O) to HA (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, 300?V), and new phases of Ca2P2O7, CaTiO3 and TCP(Ca3(PO4)2) form at 350?V. The passive current densities at body potential are one order of magnitude lower than that of the uncoated sample, indicating better corrosion resistance. The MAO film is a tri-layer system: a compact inner layer, a mesosphere porous oxide layer, and an outer layer.  相似文献

The low-temperature properties of block copolyetheresters with hard segments of poly(alkylene p,p′-bibenzoate) and soft segments of poly(tetramethylene ether) were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). In the temperature range of −100 to 60°C, two transition temperatures, a glass transition temperature (Tg) and a melting temperature (Tm), were found by DSC and are attributed to the polyether segments. The Tg monitored by DSC of the polyether segments of the block copolyetheresters is around −68°C and independent of the composition and the type of polyester segment. Thus, the amorphous parts of the polyether segments should be immiscible with the amorphous parts of the polyester segments. The polyether segments of the block copolyetheresters exhibit a lower Tm and a lower crystallinity than those of the poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol due to the presence of the polyester segments. The crystallizability of the polyether segments is dependent on the composition to some extent. The DMA data show that the dynamic modulus drops more abruptly around −10 to 15°C, indicating that the mechanical properties may change significantly due to the melting of the polyether segments. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

In this study, n-type MoS2 monolayer flakes are grown through chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and a p-type Cu2O thin film is grown via electrochemical deposition. The crystal structure of the grown MoS2 flakes is analyzed through transmission electron microscopy. The monolayer structure of the MoS2 flakes is verified with Raman spectroscopy, multiphoton excitation microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) measurements. After the preliminary processing of the grown MoS2 flakes, the sample is then transferred onto a Cu2O thin film to complete a p-n heterogeneous structure. Data are confirmed via scanning electron microscopy, SHG, and Raman mapping measurements. The luminous energy gap between the two materials is examined through PL measurements. Results reveal that the thickness of the single-layer MoS2 film is 0.7 nm. PL mapping shows a micro signal generated at the 627 nm wavelength, which belongs to the B2 excitons of MoS2 and tends to increase gradually when it approaches 670 nm. Finally, the biosensor is used to detect lung cancer cell types in hydroplegia significantly reducing the current busy procedures and longer waiting time for detection. The results suggest that the fabricated sensor is highly sensitive to the change in the photocurrent with the number of each cell, the linear regression of the three cell types is as high as 99%. By measuring the slope of the photocurrent, we can identify the type of cells and the number of cells.  相似文献

Adenosine is one of the normal elements in body fluid including extracellular fluid within the CNS. Its normal level is 0.03-0.3 mumol/L. When ATP's metabolism loses balance, for example, during ischemia, the level of adenosine increases dramatically, may reach as much as 1000 times of the normal. Adenosine plays many physiological and pathological roles in CNS via its receptors. It is recognized as an inhibitory neuromodulator playing a neuroprotective role in CNS.  相似文献

We studied two cartilaginous fishes and described their brainstem supraspinal projections because most nuclei in the reticular formation can be identified that way. A retrogradely transported tracer, horseradish peroxidase or Fluoro-Gold, was injected into the spinal cord of Platyrhinoidis triseriata (thornback guitarfish) or Heterodontus fransisci (horn shark). We described labeled reticular cells by their position, morpohology, somatic orientation, dendritic processes, and laterality of spinal projections. Nineteen reticular nuclei have spinal projections: reticularis (r.) dorsalis, r. ventralis pars alpha and beta, r. gigantocellularis, r. magnocellularis, r. parvocellularis, r. paragigantocellularis lateralis and dorsalis, r. pontis caudalis pars alpha and beta, r. pontis oralis pars medialis and lateralis, r. subcuneiformis, r. peduncularis pars compacta, r. subcoeruleus pars alpha, raphe obscurus, raphe pallidus, raphe magnus, and locus coeruleus. Twenty nonreticular nuclei have spinal projections: descending trigeminal, retroambiguus, solitarius, posterior octaval, descending octaval, magnocellular octaval, ruber, Edinger-Westphal, nucleus of the medial longitudinal fasciculus, interstitial nucleus of Cajal, latral mesencephalic complex, periventricularis pretectalis pars dorsalis, central pretectal, ventromedial thalamic, posterior central thalamic, posterior dorsal thalamic, the posterior tuberculum, and nuclei B, F, and J. The large number of distinct reticular nuclei with spinal projections corroborates the hypothesis that the reticular formation of elasmobranches is complexly organized into many of the same nuclei that are found in frogs, reptiles, birds, and mammals.  相似文献
