By using a double-sideband suppressed carrier (DSB-SC) optical transmitter and a remote self-heterodyned (RSH) detection method, we experimentally and analytically proved the feasibility of a radio-over-fiber system using a 16-QAM signal at 5 Gb/s and 18 GHz, with a transmission distance of 100 km between a mobile service center and a base station. The transmission system performance was carefully analyzed by considering optical amplifier noise, fiber nonlinearity, phase noise, frequency response, and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) quantization noise. The 18-GHz, 16-QAM signal can be radiated from the base station to a remote antenna port without any upconverter, and the remote antenna port consists of a downconverter and high-speed digital signal processors (DSPs) to recover the 16-QAM signal. The high-speed DSP, which partially compensates the intersymbol-interference (ISI) and phase-noise-induced system penalties, was enabled by 20-Gs/s ADCs. The algorithms used in the DSP blocks were also described in details. 相似文献

Exosomes are associated with cancer progression, pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, central nervous system-related diseases, immune responses and viral pathogenicity. However, study on the role of exosomes in the immune response of teleost fish, especially antiviral immunity, is limited. Herein, serum-derived exosomes from mandarin fish were used to investigate the antiviral effect on the exosomes of teleost fish. Exosomes isolated from mandarin fish serum by ultra-centrifugation were internalized by mandarin fish fry cells and were able to inhibit Infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV) infection. To further investigate the underlying mechanisms of exosomes in inhibiting ISKNV infection, the protein composition of serum-derived exosomes was analyzed by mass spectrometry. It was found that myxovirus resistance 1 (Mx1) was incorporated by exosomes. Furthermore, the mandarin fish Mx1 protein was proven to be transferred into the recipient cells though exosomes. Our results showed that the serum-derived exosomes from mandarin fish could inhibit ISKNV replication, which suggested an underlying mechanism of the exosome antivirus in that it incorporates Mx1 protein and delivery into recipient cells. 考察PBA/PMMA乳胶在Al2(SO4)3存在下的凝聚过程发现,乳液表面张力发生从低到高的突变,粘度呈现最高极值点变化,电志率呈最低极值变化,pH值渐减,不同阶段的乳液,乳胶粒的凝并体系分数和乳胶粒径分布不同,≥50%原胶粒子凝并时表面张力突变,全部凝并时粘度最大,凝聚是胶粒逐步凝并的过程,乳胶结构对凝集和凝结干样形态有影响,适度升温有利于乳胶粒的凝聚。 相似文献

Pheromonicin-SA (Ph-SA) is a newly developed, engineered multidomain peptide that has a bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus aureus. The objective of this study was to characterize innate immune responses by Staph. aureus-stimulated bovine mammary epithelial cells (BMEC) following treatment with Ph-SA. Primary BMEC from one lactating Holstein cow were isolated and exposed to Staph. aureus for 2 h, and then treated with rifampicin or Ph-SA. Total RNA was isolated from BMEC at 0, 2, 6, 12, and 24 h postinfection, and the mRNA expression of selected genes, including toll-like receptor (TLR)2 and TLR4, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), and lactoferrin, was quantified by real-time PCR. In the rifampicin group, increases in the expression of mRNA for TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and lactoferrin were observed at 6 h postinfection and in the expression of mRNA for TLR2 but not for TLR4 at 12 h postinfection. In the Ph-SA group, increases in the mRNA expression of TLR2, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and lactoferrin were observed at 6 h postinfection, and an increase in TLR4 mRNA expression was observed at 24 h postinfection. At 24 h postinfection, the mRNA expression of TLR4, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and lactoferrin was higher in the Ph-SA group than in the rifampicin group. In conclusion, Ph-SA might promote the expression of mRNA for TLR2, TLR4, the pro-in?ammatory cytokines IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α, the chemotactic factor IL-8, and lactoferrin in Staph. aureus-infected BMEC. Moreover, Ph-SA may be of value as an antibiotic in promoting innate immune responses by Staph. aureus-infected bovine mammary epithelial cells. 相似文献

Fluoridated hydroxyapatite [Ca5(PO4)3(OH)xF1−x] films have reasonably good bioactivity and stability in the body, they could behave better than hydroxyapatite films in medical applications. In this work, a sol-gel method was adopted to prepare fluoridated hydroxyapatite films on titanium alloy. Three kinds of fluorine-containing reagents CF3COOH, HPF6 and NH4PF6 were selected to add into mixed Ca(NO3)2-P2O5 ethanol solutions to form dipping sols. The dipping sol with CF3COOH led to an apatite film in which fluorine could not be detected in EDS. While the dipping sol, with HPF6 or NH4PF6, could result in fluoridated hydroxyapatite films. The incorporation of fluorine could be attributed to the reactions of both HPF6 or NH4PF6 with the mixed Ca(NO3)2-P2O5 ethanol solution to form nano-sized CaF2 particles, which in turn, react with other species to form fluoridated hydroxyapatite during the film formation at 600 °C. Among the three fluorine-containing reagents, HPF6 was the best because its dipping sol was more stable and the resulting films had better morphology. 相似文献
